“No efforts to reach my orders”

“Great hotel with forest and lake”
Spent a night with two young kids. Amazing infrastructure and big territory allows to have long walks. Kids were never bored, playing near the beach, in the forest, and the kids room.

“Best resort for a short get-away”
We booked 3 days 2 nights at the Forest in the sky and enjoyed every minute of the trip. Super picturesque place and so many fun things to do. We loved kayaking at the beach club watching the sunset and exploring the container art works in the forest. Bike ride was super relaxing too! The only downside was the food option. There was only one restaurant open when we came. Although the food was good, it was pretty pricy and not the kind of diverse menu we wanted. Nevertheless, I would still love to come back to the resort soon.

“Exciting and Brilliant Hotel”
I have been to Flamingo Resort about 4 times, and every time I leave I have the feeling of invigoration and being refreshed. There are so many things to do, and the main building is truly a stunning piece of architecture, I didn't think the trees that adorn the outside would stay alive when I first visited, but now 2 years later it is a testament to the staff and designers that the place still looks incredible. There is just one drawback to all the positives, and that is restaurant and the staff that work there. We were staying on a quiet evening and there were only 25 diners. The restaurant had easily enough staff to cope with demand and should have been functioning perfectly. Sadly, the staff dithered and repeatedly overlooked tables when it was obvious that service was required. I spent a lot of the evening chasing the staff to get them to serve us. This is common in Vietnam, but when visiting a 5 star hotel this shouldn't really be the case.

“Do not recommend at all!”
We were 21 adults with 2-3 babies and few kids. When we checked in their set us right above the karaoke room. Image the noise at midnight? When we asked the receptionists to do somethign about it. They asked us to understand for them and try to sleep with it? This must be a joke. They can't even seperate the karaoke room from the rooms and can't even arrange for us (with kids and babies) to get a calm area. Our babies coudn't sleep at all. Then just as we checked in, tried to get some rest. But no no. The noise of outdoor activities was so loud that you cant bare. Is this a place to rest? And then just before we were leaving. We discovered that the water was so polluted that we thought we had some tapped tea. With the price we had to pay not even a warm swimming pool in the winter. Not even a free pool table. Value for money 0. When we tried to have a small birthday pic-nic near a lake on the grass (owns by Flamingo) they asked for about 130$ (3M VND)? This must be a joke x2.

“Clean and comfortable stay”
We had a great stay at the Resort. The good points were: quick and convenient buggy service, the food was acceptable, the scenery was very pretty, especially the Container bar area. We love the art works throughout the resort and how green the Resort is. The best part is staff’s service standard, they were friendly and helpful. My special thanks to Ms Hoa Quynh, who went above and beyond her duty to ensure our stay was a memorable one. She helped us arrange transport, provided suggestions what to do and where to eat. She also spent time telling us about the great initiatives the Resort is undertaking to become better. We were very impressed with her professionalism, knowledge of the Resort and friendliness. Definitely we will stay in the Resort again if we visit the area. The only part we were a little disappointed was the lack of dining options, understandably due to the low peak period (beginning of the week). We speak Vietnamese so we got around with ease. Love stay!

“Good Hotel with many facilities to enjoy”
It is very good hotel with eco environment. We stay on Wenesday and offered All in Passport package which is really money worth. Would recommend for families with Kids although breakfast is really crowded.

“Average amenities but poor customer service”
Attending staff doesn't pay attention to transportation arrangement (shuttle bus). My family ended up booking a taxi and because the location is not that convenient for public transportation, we waited for a long time. Room charges wasn't checked carefully before posting in their system (can be accessed on smart tv in the room). Housekeeper doesn't check if the blanket is dirty and needs to be changed. They let us use it on our 2nd day. Amenities are designed 90 % for Vietnamese market. Movies posted outside the cinema are all in Vietnamese. Breakfast is not convenient if you stay at Forest in the Sky. Although they have free service to get to the restaurant, it will be more convenient if breakfast is just some floors away from your room. They only open the restaurant in the hotel if their guests reached more than 500 (during the summer). VR games' equipment stinks. Local quests are too loud and disturbing. We should have booked accomodation in the villa for a quiter environment.

“Not 5star hotel's service at all”
You should wait at least 30-40mins after request checkout. Hotel staff can't speak English and proceed all the things too much slowly. Even there're 4 staff at front desk but they work ineffective way. This hotel has good facilities but I don't want to visit again with my valuable time and money here. And microwave and other kitchen stuff, can't use as per their policy even it shows at photo.

“The finest forest in the sky!”
This hotel will blow your mind and expectations. When you book a room during a quiet week you will be provided with the most opulent accommodation and experience at a very affordable rate. The grounds to this hotel are massive and there are many things to enjoy while you're there including: art in the forest, kayaking on the lake, a selection of pools to swim in and a most varied and extensive breakfast. This is a real deal and a great tranquil break from Hanoi's hectic street life.

“리조트 정말 이뻐요~”
정말 이쁘고 멋진 리조트 였어요. 방도 만족 스럽고, 시설적인 측면에서는 최고 였어요. 다만 너무 큰 땅이라서, 먼쪽?은 관리가 소홀하다는 느낌이 있었어요. 리조트쪽은 아주 최고! 타겟층이 베트남 자국민인지는 모르겠으나 의사소통에 작은 문제가 있긴 했네요ㅠㅠ

“거주증 없이 비자 없이 가지 마십시오.”
거주증 OR 비자 없으면 체크인 안된다고 실랑이 하다가 그러면 취소 해달라고 했더니 자기는 취소 못한다고 합니다.(취소 안되는 옵션으로 예약함) 그럼 돈 돌려달라고 했더니 돈은 못돌려 준다고 하고 체크인은 안된다고만 얘기하고 저는 거주증이 있어서 결국 혼자 체크인하고 놀다가 왔네요 로비 직원 예의도 없고 융통성도 없고 두번다시는 안갑니다.

가격대비 만족도가 높은 숙소였어요. 호텔의 분위기가 남국의 정취가 물씬나는 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 리조트가 굉장히 넓어 조용하고 조경도 좋아 힐링하고 왔어요

수영장이나 객실 등 시설 퀄리티는 대체로 무난합니다만 식당이 외국인들에게 잘 안 맞아요. 룸서비스도 맛이 없네요. 평일치곤 가격이 좀 비싼 점도 아쉬웠어요

“5성급 리조트로 어린자녀를 동반한 여행객에는 만족할 만함”
리조트, 룸의 컨디션은 5성급 리조트에 적합하나, 주말이라 베트남 투숙객이 너무 많아서 그런지 아침식사때 마치 직원식당에서 먹는 거 같은 느낌을 받음.. 음식은 전반적으로 맛있었으나, 대형 테이블 위주로 되어있어서 마치 직원식당 같았음... 그리고 저녁뷔페를 갔었는데.. 광고에는 랍스터 뷔페처럼 했는데, 2명당 한마리로 한정되어있고, 음식을 가지러 갈때나 먹을때나 직원들이 계속 쳐다봐서 매우 부담스러웠음.. .음식도 종류가 너무 적었고, 고기류는 너무 질겼음. 다음에는 이 뷔페는 이용하지 않을듯함...

“最高!”
숙소 컨디션은 더할나위 없이 좋습니다. 다만 5성급에도 불구하고 영어를 할수 있는 직원들이 거의 없어서 의사 소통에 어려움이 많았습니다. 또한 식당도 규모에 비해 적었고, 현지식 위주라 좀 힘들었네요. 이런점만 개선된다면 다시 또 올 의향 100프로 입니다. 많은 부대 시설을 다 누리지 못하고 가서 아쉽네요.

리조트 자체 건물은 좋았으나 룸 컨디션은 별로임. 2층이라 프라이버시 확보 안되고 거실티브와 전화기 먹통. 직원부르니 분전반 스위치 올려서 해결함. 가격대비 재방문의사 없음.단체로 단독빌라 렌트해서 놀기는 좋을거 같음

하노이에서 1시간 거리에 잘 갖춰진 리조트입니다. 깔끔하고 수영장 좋네요~^^ 비용이 좀 쌌으면 더욱 만족 할 것 같아요~^^
