“Great spot would go back”
The AC was good. Location was a bit far from the tourist things but a short walk away. Rented a scooter really easily. Great spot overall. Peaceful.

“Highly recommend”
The place is exactly like the pictures. Reasonable price and overall it's a very great stay. They will provide one way free shuttle between Hotel-Airport. So we message them prior our arrival, they went airport to pick us up. The staffs there are all very very good. Especially the receptionist, she really try her best in helping us. Our luggage went missing, she help us to contact airport staffs, lend us necessary items and teach us how to get to attraction places. Cafe staffs are good too, the lady and her team provide delicious breakfast for us every morning and greet us warmly. Good location also, restaurants and mini mart nearby. Also, walking distance to the bus stop for free shuttle to Vinpearl. Will definitely recommend this to my friends. Thank you for the great stays ❤️

Although we knew we were picking a budget option for phu quoc, the facilities were less than what we expected and I would not recommend a friend stay here. Pros: Walking distance to the beach, friendly staff, room was a decent size, decent breakfast Cons: shower was awful and at times only a few water drops came out of the shower head, the room felt dirty and run down,

“No worth the money ”
Service is ok breakfast is ok but for 50$ dollars per night not even have a sink in the bungalow not working for me.. . For half the price you can find a way lot better same area

“Looks very cozy but would not spend another night here”
Full of mosquitoes and flies, like hundreds inside every day. Half of them lying dead on the floor and in the bad every evening, The mattress was very thin and hard. It looks cozy at first glance and on the pictures, but I would not recommend this place.

“Great Stay”
Staff was very very friendly! They are happy to help you with any problems you have and are very enthusiastically motivated to make your stay as good as possible. Definitely recommend paying the $2 extra per night for the complimentary breakfast because it’s was quite possibly the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had in my entire life including the ones I’ve paid for. Cool Island as well.

“Value for money ”
I booked a single bed in a two-bed bedroom. Mattress is too hard. Bath towel not provided. Switch for lights & aircond is shared, so you have to sleep with lights on if you want to keep the a/c running. Shared bathroom has no hot water. But breakfast is good. The staff entertained my request for non-meat breakfast and cooked me a special dish. Pool is nice. Location good.

“Excellent front line staff”
Loved the extraordinary customer service to all visitors, one of the staff even initiatively approach us to help us contact our ground tour company to pick us while seeing us waiting for pickup, the only flaw is the room does not have basin, other than that, all is well!

The sandy playground is infested with larvae suspected to be from animals' faeces & pee!!! All of us had larva infections after that. We had to see skin specialists.

“Room213&215 did not maintance well”
room213 & 215 having electric voltage/bulb problem. the light(room and toilet) keep on and off the whole night. (can imagine u bath,the light on and off is like haunted movie😂😂)the water supplier is too slow, and water aso on off. ask for change a room, and i go to c the new room which have alot of gecko stool. then i feel disgusting so i do not change room. the toilet is too small n dun hv a proper wash basin. if hv small baby.then do not hv place to wash milk bottles. swimming pool aso very small. may b suitable for couple or family without small kids. hotel will take for your passport for keep 1/2 day to go police station to record our details(which other hotel do not do so). the hotel establish on 2018, but the room condition did not maintance well. some parts(bungalow is made by wood)are moist especially toilet, the wood hv the moist smell n wood look fade and mold black colour. i ask for help me call taxi, they say hotel hv transportation service,but is pricy. no use meter

“Our stay”
The hotel staff here are very accommodating & friendly. The breakfast provided is a mix local & western & it is great. Facility is good. For family or couple, I would recommend the Bungalow & for group or backpackers, take the home-stays or double deckers. The hotel is located in the vicinity of eateries, convenient stores, pubs & beach. It is just 10mins away from the night market. Pls be warned not to take the taxi & if you do pls insist on meter fare. However, we used the local GRAB (which is UBER in your country), it is cheaper. I’ll definitely come back again!

“Good services staff very friendly ”
The design of the room is very special, very comfortable , staff service attitude is very good very friendly serve liked family ,staff always smiling face , any requirements will agree and give good advice even will prepare a love breakfast for us although the location is a little far away, the environment is very good very close to nature, feel so relax really high recommend

飯店超賣房間，導致要入住時卻沒房可住，預訂時就付款完成，臨時幫我們換到一間不等值的舊飯店，整個旅遊心情超差，如果有要入住的人，請做好心理準備可能會被換房。

“Nice service”
作人员很有礼貌,翻译通过手机，吃的早餐都好吃要吃bacon煎蛋也可以直接问服务人员可以另煮出来，要去的地点可以在门外叫meter taxi,附近也有吃的餐馆，回程reception还free了我们一轮taxi去airport.只是要进bungalow前面在装修所以路有点湿和沙多，其它都好。

“사진빨입니다”
장점은 여행자 거리 내에 있어 위치가 좋습니다. 홈피자, 파인애플바 등 여행객 겨냥한 음식점들이 가까워요. 직원은 매우 친절했고 짐 맡기기, 스쿠터 빌리기 등이 가능했어요. 그런데 그 직원 한 명 빼고는 스텝들 의사소통이 전혀 안 됩니다. 숙소가 매우 협소하고 수영장도 작습니다. 사진과 다릅니다. 방에서는 바퀴벌레와 모기가 나왔고, 천장 위로 뭐가 계속 지나다니는데 직감했습니다. 쥐라고… 소리를 정말 많이 냅니다. 찍찍 거리고 발소리와 긁는 소리 등

“시간 떠서 짐 놓고 쉬는 용도로 쓸려했는데”
수영장 절대 안저렇고 방은 열자마자 무슨 수건 쉰내가 나고 화장실은 한강 공중화장실이 더 나은거 같고 침대에서 냄새 소파에서 냄새 그냥 모든 곳에서 냄새가 남 침대 잠깐 누웠는데 맨살이 너무 간질간질하고 따끔거려서 진짜 1시간만에 캐리어 끌고 나옴

체크인한 첫날 제가 예약한 방 화장실이 고장나서 이상한 컨테이너에서 묵었어요 되게 더럽고 찝찝하고 화장실도 최악 매트리스는 돌덩이에요 그냥 돌침대 다음날 방갈로로 옮겨줬는데 침대커버만 정리하고 향수만 칙칙 뿌려논 느낌 조식도 먹을거 없고 딱 이 가격만큼하네요

“Très agréable et calme”
Ensemble de bungalows autour d’une piscine et terrasse ombragée . Moments passés avec plaisir après les journées . Personnel très gentil et attentionné. Nous avons toujours été accueillis avec sourire à la moindre demande. Je ne regrette qu’en seule chose : rester plus longtemps !!!

Giá rẻ, phòng ok, lúc đi bị cúp điện 1 buổi đầu nhận phòng nằm nghỉ k máy lạnh nóng kinh, máy nc nóng thì nước bị yếu nên rất nóng tắm k nổi. Vị trí oke thuận tiện đi ăn uống.

“Phòng nhỏ xíu, chăn màn đồ dùng rất cũ.”
Thực tế phòng nhỏ hơn rất nhiều so vs trên ảnh, tivi có nhưng k mở được. Cửa phòng lá cây, bừa bộn cũng k được quét dọn, tối ngủ mà có kiến bò ở giường. Nvs còn k có chậu rửa mặt luôn.

Bungalow ấm cúng, dễ thương, sạch sẽ, gia đình tôi rất thích. Phòng có trang bị đèn đọc sách, các bé rất thích thú vì có đèn đọc truyện trước khi ngủ/khi trời mưa kg ra ngoài được. Tuy nhiên khá nhiều muỗi và rêu (rất dễ trơn trượt, khi lưu trú gia đình tôi dù đã rất cẩn thận tuy nhiên vẫn trượt mấy lần, may mắn là kg bị ngã). Nếu có dịp quay lại, gia đình tôi vẫn chọn Ex, mong Ex bố trí người dọn rêu ở lối đi vào những lúc trời mưa
