Great staffs. I had not noticed that there was no fridge, I found a negative point that I did not have in the room, but it was my fault not to pay attention when I booked the room. It was good to be there for one night.

“Super friendly staff and awesomely located place”
Bang (apologies if I butcher the spelling) was an awesome host at the Homestay - very helpful and friendly. The family who owned were also very friendly. Overall our stay was absolutely wonderful. The only downside is that there was not a mini-fridge however, a very small downside. Would highly, highly recommend!

“非常に満足”
The staff were very helpful. They gave us recommendations on where to visit, how much it would cost, and other details about each tourist location. They allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel after we checked out until our train left that night. The breakfast was average. Our room did not have proper bedding, we did not realize until morning when we looked into another room.

“The price is too expensive with the accomodation & the serivce”
1. The policy is too rigid. I arrived the homestay at 11.30a.m and they have available room. But I need to stay out with the temperature at 36c, too hot. And when I can not bear the weather, I come back the homestay at 1.10p.m. They asked me to pay 100.000VND for check-in sooner(check in 2p.m). I think it will be better if they have support customer at this weather 2. Accomodation: The bath room has water that spill the wall then come out to the room. 3. Motorbike: for person who stay in 1 nights, the motorbike fee will be 120.000 for Sunday from morning & 60.000 for Saturday from 2p.m to 10p.m. So my motorbike fee is 180.000VND. It's too expensive, in comparison with other homestay In conclusion, The price I need to pay for 1 night in this homestay is too expensive, it's equal to I live in a resort . I suggest with this fee you should go to other hotel with pool or go to resort

“良い”
Rooms at the home stay were huge but don't expect too much. Very basic amenities but was overall clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple (cooked by the staff) but good enough to start the day. The location of the home stay was a little tricky and difficult to find but is generally within walking distance to most restaurants, convenient store and bar and they have motorbikes and bicycles for rent. However, communication with the home stay staff was a little challenging.

“Great accommodation, horrible service”
+ excellent rooms, new and mondern +lovely pool + walking distance to Tam Coc centre - only one person who speaks english - booking your follow up tour is a huge hassle due to miscommunication. Verdict: Stay here for a great night sleep. Just don't book or dine here, they screw it up. For instance: we paid for a car ride to Nihn Bihn to be the first on the night bus. One of the staff dropped us off at the local bus stop without tickets.

“Nice homestay with pool”
Enjoyed the stay here, have a pool that was very nice on the hot days. Would definitely stay here again............

“Friendly staff and nice rooms ”
Nice small hotel with great new rooms. Pool could be cleaned more often - the water was quite unclear and the staff were swimming fully dressed in the pool at night. I believe that is unsuitable if you are running a professional place.

Location very nice...staff very helpful and always smile charming.you can rent a motorcycle to somewhere else....just a little bit need to improve the breakfast and need to change the swimming pool water not so clean.

“Nice place with good location”
Staff does not speak any English which makes things a bit difficult, though they try to help. The pool was quite dirty. The pool area is a bit useless: not much space around. Breakfast was okay. There were power outages on 2 days out of 3 days we stayed. It was June, so very hot. The room gets crazy got within minutes without the air conditioning. Both time happened around lunch time, so you might not notice it at all if you're not in the room. Though it was quite inconvenient during the check out: we could not pay by card.

“good location”
The homestay is good in general, the staff/owner is helpful and friendly, facility is morden and I like the design. there was also a swimming pool that my baby loved swimming in it. minus point: - phone number display made people confused because (84)... was mistaken as the country code of Vietnam while it is not. I finally managed to have the right phone number. - the direction by google map is poor and led us to the narrow road and our pick up was almost stuck. homestay should note this clearly on the description or guide the guest clearly. - poor selection for breakfast and - no electricity generator and we experience black out from 4:00 am in the morning and my baby could not sleep well.

“Little touch of paradise”
When we arrived we couldn’t believe how beautiful this place was, located right on the river and a slight view of the mountains. It was a perfect location to get around by bicycle, and just a walk from the boat rides. The people were very accommodating and the breakfast was simple and efficient. Lovely little pool for a dip and very clean and spacious rooms. Would stay here again!

“20000 for a towel ?”
Early checkout and then you can shower but you pay 20000 for the towel! Maybe normal but not customer friendly!!!

“Calm and clean environment”
Well ventilated, nice sunlight penetrated and comfort environment. Walking distance to Tam Coc boat tour, but vehicles can't access the alley to the homestay location.

“Awesome stay, the best hotel in Tam Coc”
PROS: the room is big, bright and clean with direct view on the swimming pool, the staff is lovely and helpful, the swimming pool is lovely and open 24h, the breakfast is simple but tasty and efficient. CONS: nothing at all I'd recommend this place 100%! While visiting Tam Coc town we realised our hotel was the best of all interms of facilities and location.

“Value for Money ”
The place is hard to get at first (just don't believe google map)t. The location was perfect, few minutes walking to get whatever you want (boat ticket, food, drinks..etc). The room was new, clean and comes with everything you need (aview and a swimming pool included).

“すごく良い”
服務人員非常熱心，有任何需求都會盡可能協助。入住想要更換原本所安排的房間，服務人員確認後馬上就協助更換到我想要的房間。我在退房後，還可以提供洗澡的浴室。離開後提供一瓶礦泉水，覺得服務很貼心。 房間熱水和水壓都足夠。 有提供租機車服務，如果要加油，記得找真的加油站加油，價錢才會合理。 小缺點是早餐內容普通。

“가격대비 아주 훌륭한곳 ”

“Localización perfecta”
En general lo recomiendo, está en una zona muy buena con varios hostels alrededor un ambiente muy bueno y te dejan bicis gratis para moverte. La camas y las almohadas no son cómodas, la habitación huele a humedad y el desayuno no es que sea muy variado, pero por el precio que tiene tampoco se puede pedir mucho más , café , zumo y algún plato sobre todo de huevo (huevos, tortilla, huevo cocido… etc) en general lo recomiendo.

“Wow! Very very nice hotel”
The hotel is in a area, clean and calm and close to the attractions. When we check out, we forgot a jade ring beside the sink and the ladie sent it to us to our hotel in Hanoi. They are so nice 😊.

“Bon rapport qualité prix”
L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 5mins du centre. Ce n'est pas le meilleur hôtel que nous avons eut, mais il a un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Forcément, au vu du prix, il ne faut pas s'attendre à un 5 étoiles, mais il y a tout le nécessaire (eau chaude, clim, chauffage...) et le personnel est très sympathique. Possibilité de louer un scooter directement à l'hôtel

Chỗ ở khá thuận tiện đi lại. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, có điều hơi ẩm do ít mở cửa sổ. Nên có thêm hút mùi hoặc thông gió cho toilet.

“Definitely recommended!!”
I love this place, location is great, close to Tam Coc, surrounded restaurants and chill bars, the staffs are amazingly nice. They recommended some places during our first night. Even though the bathroom is a bit small but Overall this hotel is amazing. I would definitely come back.
