“道路を挟んで、すぐビーチ”
ホテル前の横断歩道を渡ると、すぐにビーチです。ビーチのBarの海に向かって左側が、スターシティホテルのエリアになっていて、青いホテルのタオルをホテル入り口で確保して行くと、無料でビーチチェアとビーチパラソルを係の人が用意してくれます。有料ですが、ビールも飲めました。150円くらいで安かったです。 部屋は、プレミアム デラックス オーシャンビューを、おすすめします。 道路がありますが、部屋からの180度の海の眺めは、ワイキキのSホテルのオーシャンフロントに匹敵します。 2部屋利用しましたが、1部屋は、少し左側に振れていて、170度って感じですが、最高です。

28階に宿泊、ビーチの真ん前、隣にビンコムマートもあり、買い物も便利、朝食は、若干種類が少ないものの美味しく満足、冷蔵庫の効きは悪い。フロントはフレンドリーで最高です。SeaView（一部）の部屋でしたが、低層階だと隣の古いビルが見えてイマイチです。 プール・トレーニングルームは少し古いです。午後になるとプールに日は当たりません。部屋は綺麗でした。また泊まりたいです。

思っていたよりは小さめのホテルでしたが、 ホテルの周りには飲食店からコンビニ、マッサージ店など。 他にも隣のシネコンの４階にはフードコートもあって 悩むようならフィードコートでも食事が可能という非常に便利な立地です。 今回9階のお部屋でしたがとても眺めはよく、 向かいに見えるビンパールランドの観覧車の明かりがとても綺麗でした。 ただビーチ沿いのバーの演奏が深夜1時まで大音量を奏でるので 早めに眠りたい人にはちょっとキツイかも？ 防音だけが不満で残念です。 ちなみにホテル前のビーチを右手に進んだところにある Louisiane Brewhouseというお店では ビールの試飲セットが飲めて楽しいですよ。 朝食のバイキングは洋食と中華がメインの内容で種類も多く満足感があります。 パンも種類が多かったけど小さいケーキが沢山でごきげんです♪ 部屋の設備で一番満足度が高かったのはお風呂のシャワーです。 今まで何カ国かのホテルに泊まりましたが、 湯量も温度もシャワーの勢いも一番良かったです。 ただしクーラーがキンキンに入っているので 気をつけないと風呂上がりに風邪を引いしてしまうかも……？ 温度調整は忘れずに！ 今回宿泊中に島巡りのツアーを旅行会社で頼もう思っていたのですが、 ホテルの人に聞いてみたら日本で頼むよりも安く、 2島を巡る送迎・ランチ付きで一人450,000ドンで手配してもらいました。 ガイドが日本語でなくても気にならない人なら大丈夫でしょう。 日本語が通じなくてもガイドの皆さんかなり親切です。 最終日は体調が悪かったので空港までタクシーで行こうと思っていたのですが、 気にかけてくれたスタッフが自分に気付いて声をかけてくれて、 空港までのタクシーを手配してくれて非常に助かりました。

“掲載写真と部屋の装備が違った”
ビーチフロントで部屋の写真が良さげで予約しました。到着は深夜便だったのでホテル着が夜中2時。フロントには若い男性1人だけ。チェックイン済ませて部屋に入ると、掲載写真にはベッド&ソファでのんびり過ごせそうだなと期待していたのが、部屋は広いがベッド以外の空間に、喫茶店にあるような小さなテーブルと椅子が置いてあるだけで、明らかにソファを撤去されたような跡がある。さすがにビーチフロントのホテルで部屋が広くてもソファが無いとくつろげないし、そもそも写真と違う。フロントに問い詰めたがフルブッキングで部屋が無いと。仕方ないので屋台でフォー食べて改めてフロント行くと、別の人間が一人で、たしかに手配通りだと。ラチがあかないんで、アゴダの問い合わせサイトからメールで対応お願いを送信して寝ました。翌朝朝食食べてスタッフが増えたので改めてホテルの公式ホームページと実際の部屋の写真撮ったの見せて抗議したら、空いたら他の部屋を考えるが今は無理だと。これは自力で言っても恐らく無理だろな思ってました。再三フロントに抗議してやっと3回目に出来そうなスタッフに当たったのと、アゴダのカスタマーセンターが直接ホテルに掛け合ってくれたおかげもあり、フルブッキングだったはずの部屋に何故か空きが出てその部屋に変えてもらう事が出来ました。変わってからは快適な滞在でしたが、抗議してなければそのままだったかも。ホテルは綺麗でロケーションも良く、朝食は非常に満足でした。アゴダみたいなネットで介する予約サイトは、この程度のトラブルには介入しないだろうなとは思ってましたがレスポンスは意外と早く、丁寧に誠実に対応頂けましたし、登録電話に日本支店から電話もかかってきました。サポートの良さは実感しました。ホテルは満足、周囲に飲食店やスパ、マッサージも多く快適でした。物価はダナンに比べるとやや高め、観光客はロシア人が多数で、ビーチは白人が目立つので、ヨーロッパのビーチみたいな錯覚を覚えました。空港からタクシー40から50万VNDです。ホテルは四つ星。

“半日ステイ”
他ホテルでのチェックアウト後〜空港チェックインまでの約6時間、子供（幼児）の昼寝場所を確保するために利用しました。ショッピングモールが隣にあり、海の目の前で景色も良く、ホテルスタッフの対応も一生懸命で非常に感じがよく、当初の利用目的以上に満足するステイになりました。ホテル内は他の五つ星リゾートと比較すると客層の違いによって落ち着いた雰囲気とは言い難いものがありますが、スタッフ同士がみな和気藹々と業務にあたり、感じの良さが伝わるホテルでした。 以下、星数には関係ありません。 空港までのタクシーがなかなか捕まらず、またなんとか捕まえてくれたタクシーの運転手は空港までの道がわからず、国内線出発時刻1時間半前に空港へ到着する予定でホテルをチェックアウトしたものの空港に到着した時刻は搭乗開始時刻を過ぎていました。 ニャチャンステイは5度目、ベトナム国内に数年滞在しているので時間感覚や地理がわかる方だと自負しています。それでもこのようなことがあるので、こちらのホテルー空港間の車移動に最低60分かかると思って計算しておいた方が無難です。

“ビーチ沿い”
カムラン空港からのバスですぐ近くにバス停あり。道路横断は一大事ですが。 朝食は、少し遅めに行く方がいいかも。団体が多いので。 ニャチャンでは、¥の両替は、しぶられるし、レートが悪い。行く前に両替した方がいいです。

“ビーチが目の前です。”
ホテルの前の道路を渡れば直ぐにビーチに出られます。清潔な部屋と親切なスタッフで安心して滞在できます。ホテルの周りには食事する場所、マッサージ店も多く便利です。

“立地が最高！”
ホテルの隣にビンパールの商業施設があり、海も目の前なのでとても便利でした。事前にagodaのシステムエラーで予約のトラブルがあったので、きちんと予約されているか心配でしたが、チェックインはとてもスマートで親切な対応でした。 部屋が海に対して斜めに面していたので、思っていたほどシービューではなかったですが、とても快適でした。

“まあOK!”
中国人客が多いにもかかわらず、スタッフがうまく対応してくれたこともあり、ほとんど不愉快な思いはしませんでした。ニャチャンのホテルとしては中の上の方ではないかと思います！

“スタッフが優秀”
ここのマネージャーの男性は優秀です。ウェルカムドリンクなど、通常は一杯で終わりですが「おかわり、いかがですか」と言われて二杯も頂きました。ベットの寝心地は最高で、午前中ずっと寝過ごしたくらいです。セイリングクラブが目の前で、ロケーションも悪くないです。

“海が近い、セーリングバーに近い、リーズナブル”
ロケーションが抜群で、部屋も過ごしやすかった。 ただ部屋の鍵が壊れたり、横の部屋がまだ完成していない等の改善の余地あり。朝食は大陸方面からの旅行客の方が独占されているので、なかなか摂ることが難しいです。

“Ideal Hotel”
This hotel is very excellent for its price and location. I wasn’t able to take a lot of photos because we were tired, however this hotel is a perfect one if you love the beach, you can just cross the street. The room has a really nice view!! One thing that is a disadvantage is that their complimentary coffee is bare coffee black. They can provide a better one. Although the place is really nice, keep up! It has swimming pool as well in.

“Great location”
The stay had been great. The only reason it lost a star was because of the uncomfortable bed giving me back pain from the springs. My husband hasn't had this problem, just me. Location, value, amenities and included breakfast are great. Would return
