The taxi to the airport for the driver was 330,000 VND, and our staff asked the driver to collect the correct amount, but when he arrived at the airport, we didn't know how much he collected from you. Please let us know the amount he collected so we can reflect on the taxi agent. We are also very sorry that our staff and other groups of guests have made you unhappy, affecting your stay. We will improve it and our team's service immediately. We will offer a 60' massage per person and a complimentary meal for you when you come back.
