This hotel just transitioned to a Marriott about 4 months ago. The pool and beachfront are exceptional. The bed is so cozy and soft as are the pilllows and robe. I booked an ocean view king room and it wasn’t worth the extra money as there were buildings in front of me and you could get a peek of the ocean but it’s not worth it as you can just go down and be physically at the pool and ocean. Here’s more details if you want to see a few of the glitches. I’d stay again but I’m sure these will be improved in time. Overall, I enjoyed my time here, however there were a few areas that could use improvement. First, the staff noise in the mornings was quite disruptive, with yelling and giggling heard while they moved beds and cleaned rooms. I would kindly request that staff be reminded to keep noise levels down for sleeping guests. Second, I noticed on several occasions the smell of burning materials outside, which even set off the fire alarm at one point. The smoke and smell of burning trash or landscape debris took away from the otherwise fresh, beachfront atmosphere. Perhaps they could consider alternative ways to dispose of these materials safely. Regarding the in-room amenities, I appreciated the coffee and tea provided, however there were no proper cups, only water glasses that burned your hand with hot coffee. Providing mugs could make the coffee experience much better. I also wanted to use the tonic water from the minibar but there was no bottle opener. A simple bottle opener attached in each room would be very helpful. I asked the room manager who provided a bottle opener. The staff were extremely kind and when there were issues with my air conditioner (they came up and fixed it a couple of times but at one point I was out of my room for a bit…I didn’t want to change rooms once I’d unpacked) once they fixed the aircon there were strong moldy smells in my room. I was going to book another week but only booked one more day as I had friends in the area and then changed hotels. communication was very challenging with the language barrier. Additional English training could make things smoother, especially for international guests. While I appreciate that the resort is transitioning, each room should be thoroughly checked and repaired before allowing guests to stay there. With some extra care and attention to these details, they can provide an exceptional guest experience. —— Need more details…. - The pool was just beautiful, with attentive staff swiftly changing out towels and cleaning chairs as soon as guests left. I never had to hunt for a lounge chair. - Hue greeted me by name each time I visited the bar, often having my usual drink order ready within moments. Her personal touch really impressed me. - From 12-4pm, I loved taking advantage of the generous happy hour specials. The deals kept me ordering drinks and enjoying the ambiance rather than leaving the resort, which I'm sure helps revenue. - The breakfast buffet was incredible, with the widest selection I've ever seen. The staff beamed with pride as they talked about their cage-free eggs and artisan offerings. I could tell they loved their jobs. - Every security guard, front desk agent, and doorman I encountered was sincerely friendly and eager to call a cab or give directions. As a solo female traveler I really appreciated how welcome they made me feel. - With ample staffing, I think the shuttle could easily offer hourly service instead of just 4 times a day. I often had to wait around 30+ minutes for a ride. Also, the shuttle blocked the main entrance, forcing me to haul luggage up the stairs from the taxi drop-off area. - Such a treat to have washcloths and tissues stocked in the room - not a standard amenity in Europe or Asia in my experience! - I'm only a Silver elite member, so I was pleasantly surprised by the recognition and perks. The place is nice, stuff is very helpful, food is good with variations but vila is very smelly with mould and humidity is very high, around 90 percents, so it’s very uncomfortable to live in such vila. The administrator told us that it’s there first priority and hope they will fix these issues.

The resort was very nice and clean. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We did a couple 120 minutes massage and it was the best!!

The accommodation seems to be good, but the cleanliness is disappointing, and the service mind of the staff is poor. If there is not a lot of discount, I think I will use another accommodation next time

We booked a 3 bedroom villa for the sake of tranquility and privacy, however, there was a company event happened infront of our villa (and other villas as well) which blasted an insane level of noise and (bad) club music from 7PM to 9:30PM. Completely ruined our night when we were seeking for quietness, we got an insufferable experience instead.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vinpearl resort. The room was spacious, the facilities were clean and big and the stafd was very friendly. The breakfast buffet consisted of many different food options and it was delicious! The gym had many equipments for training and the pool was quite big and included some water activities such as basketball and football. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

This resort was beautiful. From the moment we entered the building, we were treated like royalty. Upon checking in, we sat and had a drink. We asked for an upgrade in our room and were shown our option. We took it. It was a corner room with 2 balconies , a private bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The pool was a perfect temperature and not a lot of people when we stayed. The gym facility was equipped with very nice equipment/ machines. The restaurant food and staff were great. We were only there 2 nights, but wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend anyone to stay.

Without a doubt would stay again! The villas are absolutely perfect for families/ groups. We had such an amazing stay. The staff was lovely, the spa was exceptional, the buffet had tons of bfast options and the main pool- wow! The staff were just so accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again! It’s a quick 10 min drive into town and taxis were always readily available if you weren’t organized enough to jump on the hotel shuttle!

The villa with private pool is a wonderful idea - the villa is huge and the private pool with terrace is just perfect. Rooms and bathrooms are big, with everything you need (even umbrellas in case of rain). Breakfast buffet is tasty (a variety of food/drinks). The fitness room is really nice and the Staff is friendly. The hotel area is taken care of and looks beautifully with its green trees, bushes, flowers etc. The were almost no mosquitos there (we could see a mosquito spraying Staff member in action). The only drawback during our stay was the room service which delivered 2 (out of 6) times wrong food to our villa - however, a compassionate Lady from Restaurant delivered extra fruit plate as a compensation afterwards. It is definitely worth the money and I would consider it again in case I come to Vietnam one day.

우선 3베드룸 단독 빌라에 묵는데, 욕조 마다 청소불량으로 머리카락이 몇개씩 붙어있음. 욕조 3개중 하나는 플러그 고장으로 물을 받을 수 없음. 그리고 온수 스위치 고장으로 온수사용 불가, 서비스맨들이 스위치를 교체해 주고 갔지만, 기본적 설계가 불량인지 온수가 냉수로 바뀌는 탓에 온수로 욕조하나를 못받는다. 그리고 다른 베드룸에서도 온수용량 부족으로 온수가 나오지 않음. 누가 3룸 빌라 빌리면서 이런 서비스를 생각이나 했겠나? 7명 씻는데 급샤워로 대충 씻고 또 기다렸다 또 한명... 이 빌라만 그런지. 모처럼 나선 해외여행이 이렇게 짜증날 지 누가 알았겠나? 이 돈 들여 절대 다시는 안온다. 여기 오시려는 분은 다른 곳 가세요. First of all, I stayed in a 3-bedroom villa, and there were several hairs attached to each bathtub due to poor cleaning. One bathtub bottom plug has a problem, so it can't hold water and just drains. Also, hot water didn't come out well due to the malfunction of the hot water switch. Servicemen replaced the switch, but I guess the basic design of hot water for the villa is not enough and while the bathtub was being filled, all of the sudden, hot water changed to cold water, so I failed to get even one single bathtub filled with hot water. Also, if hot water is used in another room, hot water does not come out in the other bedrooms due to insufficient hot water capacity. And nobody explained the switch, we don't know the fact that people have to turn the switch on whenever using hot water. Weird. Who could have thought of the poor facility while renting a 3-room villa? Is this the reason that people pay a lot of money for a short-time use only? It took too long time for 7 people to wash. but we all just took a quick shower roughly before hot water came cold, keeping waiting in line, and then another person... I am not sure it could happen only in just this villa. Who would know that my long-awaited overseas trip would be so irritating? If I knew this, with the amount of my money for the villa I would never be here. If you have this hotel on your mind to come, I recommand to think twice.

The foods in this resort are all really bad.. I don't really comment about the foods but it was barely edible but not worth it for the 5-star hotel. The staffs are very friendly but it looked like they want only tips everytime. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for many reasons and there are many Korean. Almost only Korean :)

My family includes 2 and 6 years boys and I enjoyed very much at this wonderful hotel!! Not only enjoyable swimming pool, but breakfast, play room, amenities in our room are really satisfied with us. Kind staff always helped and smiled our kids. We all recommend this hotel to everyone with great confidence!!

The location was not special, you go here to be at Vinpearl. I enjoyed everything from the pool to the room, and the complimentary foot massage. During the day I went to the amusement park (I forget it’s name but the hotel provides transport) The only surprise was that my companion and I could not share the spa together because they are separated to mens and womens. But on that point they were otherwise incredible. The buffet was a blend of western and Asian food, but other than the breakfast buffet I felt the prices for food was a little high. There weren’t really any other options locally either, unless you enjoy street food (and I try not to)

I booked 1 night via Agoda, they offered free airport pickup service. You can ask the receptionist to book bus to go to Hoi An acient town with only around 5$ for round trip/person; and bus to Vinwonders is free, just need to book with the resort in advance. We told them that we're on honeymoon so staff set up our bed with roses, towel swan, and even a tiramisu cake. Kinda impressive cause it's free too. In the room I asked for 1 pizza "Phở" with beef and didnt expect it to be that great taste, highly recommended for anyone. Room is clean and facility is good, pool has good view and very comfortable with bed. The only thing that I complaint is they dont have enough staff. There're only 2 people in check in place, sometimes 1 is disappeared so you may need to wait for a while.

The resort was far from town and taxi was pricy. Although staffs changed my room because of black mold around shower and sink, new room was not better. It took a bit of cleaning by cleaning crew before black mold was removed. The resort is large but felt empty. Hallways lightning is inadequate because they were not on. Staffs were too serious. May be due to lack of smile. Pool Attendants at the bar were more focus on going somewhere else to chat than serving guests. I actually had to go to the bar looking for pen to sign the bill. Should have left the bill unpaid :(((

Typical Vinpearl quality - classy decor. Though beach front, no swimming allowed. Very good buffet. Location is not walking distance to town centre but nice and tranquil so depends on what you’re after.

Pros: The 3 bedroom villa are new and clean. The beds are comfy. The main pool is big. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cons: No plates, cutlery, cookware in the kitchen. It’s very inconvenient. It supposed we cannot cook in the villa as there are no cooking equipment. No floaty available. There is no beach. The nearest beach is ah bang beach, they offer free shuttle bus. Location is a bit far from the city centre.

My friend and I had a good time at this resort in general. However, the service offered in the concierge and reception were very inconsistent. Since it was the first time for us to be in the city so we needed a lot of recommendations from the staffs in terms of restaurants or activities nearby, however most of the time there was no one at the concierge counter and therefore unable to answer our query. Sometimes we had to go to the doorman to ask for help. Also, since we booked Spa appt on the last day of our stay between 10:30-12, so we requested for an one hour extension of check out time, as the hotel was not full at all. However, the reception called and asked us to change our spa booking to 10am instead of granting a merely one hour late checkout... which we were quite surprised since we were there to attend their spa service. On the other hand, the staff Hanna at the concierge who helped us check in had been super friendly and helpful!

1) Entire corridor carpet in my floor is nit qualified for a 4/5* hotel. It isn't clean (that can not be fixed) and smell bad. It looks like we are living in a simple guesthouse. 2) Hotel doesn't have beach for swimming or playing. 3) The hotel rate is about double or triple higher than other 5* hotels/resorts nearby.

My wife and I decided to splurge while on vacation in Da Nang and decided to stay here. First, Hoi An is worth the visit and if you want some pampering this is the place to stay. Our room was great with a view of the pool and ocean, but of course, every room has a view of the ocean. The staff was attentive to all our needs and went above an beyond in helping us. The pool is very big and great after a day of sightseeing. One thing to note is that there is no beach, but waking up to the sound of the ocean was great. If you want to go to the beach, they offer free shuttle buses to the beach and Hoi An city. I could go on about how great this place is, but I will end with the fact that there is a mini-mart on the premises selling what you would expect from marts; beers, water, snacks, etc. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The villa was very spacious and well decorated. Breakfast buffet was awesome with a widespread of food to select from. A couple of things which we thought would be great to add on :- 1) Phone in the living / dining room. 2) Provision for dryers to dry clothes. 3) Provision of full length mirrors in the room. 4) It was great gesture to provide Christmas cookies but some of these attracted ants. Perhaps those less sweet cookies would be better. Overall, a very great experience.

This hotel is very clean and new. We had a very peaceful time in there. The breakfast service is also good. Especially vietnam noodle pho was great :) Impressed all staffs are very kind. Wanna visit again! When all facilities(i guess restaurants setting were not finished) settled down.

First at all the location is really far from the old town and everything!!! Staff at the reception are trainee, need improvements. But the restaurant waiters/waitresses are gorgeous, they always come and ask your needs. With the room we had few issues, safety didn't work when we arrive but fixed after 15 mins. The other issue is abut the lighting of the modem on the ceiling (never seen that anywhere), the green and red LED lights are flashing all the time, it's really uncomfortable at night time, when we mentioned to this problem, they covered with a piece of foil, but to be seen at the other night. Breakfast is plentiful and great!
