“Low budget hotel ”

“Ticks some boxes”
Some good things like location, friendliness of staff and cleanliness all taken on board. Unfortunately we were put on the 4th floor right underneath restaurant which is extremely noisy from 6am onwards. Pool often had no towels available and was facing neighbouring residential buildings who could look right in. Breakfast was average with food being cool at times. Would not book again

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, room just as the pictures show, biggest bed ever! Super hotel contributing to a lovely and magical stay in Hoi An. Nothing to fault it.

“Beautifully designed room”
Let's start with what we like about this hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed and quite clean. Lobby and hotel rooms are in good condition. Staff is attentive and friendly. Staff at the restaurant (breakfast) was very friendly and helpful. The bed was big and comfy! However, there're rooms for improvement for this hotel. Staff should be able to speak better English, at least at standard communication level. It's very difficult to communicate with them. Anyone can walk into an elevator and go upstairs. Keycard wasn't required at this point. I was a bit concerned with security, especially when the front door of the hotel was widely open all the times. The first room we checked into didn't have towel hanger/hook anywhere in the bathroom so they had to move us to another room. which was much better. My parents was in another room and their bathroom didn't have toilet paper holder, which is weird for a so-called 5-star-hotel. Overall, it's good value for money. We had a good sleep. My expectation wasn't that high but I would expect more for a 5-star hotel.

“Do not recommend”
Do not recommended No sound proofing Shower area is just next to toilet bowl and bath tub.everytime the floor n toilet bowl will be wet. Went outing and back and find my room door is open.was shocked and call up receptionist and they check cctv is that housekeeping forget to close the room. Was so scare and unhappy

“Nice hotel. Avoid 4th floor”
The hotel is well-designed. Walkable to the ancient town by foot - takes about 5-8 minutes. We booked the premier deluxe room, that has bath tub and pool view for 2 days. Upon arrival, we were given a room at the 4th floor. Room was cozy and bed was comfy. Sleep quality at night was good. However, as the restaurant is located at the 5th floor, it's really noisy in the morning when the guests were having breakfast on top of our room. We were awaken early as we could clearly hear the continuous chairs' dragging sound. Also, as the pool was open early, the noise from the swimming pool was loud. Combination of both noise sources woke us up early. Anyway, it could be good for guests who plan to start the day early.

“Nice room, nice staff, good breakfast at a fair price”
We are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel, the room is very clean, cozy and well decorated, the staff is very friendly and kind, not the best location available but pretty close to the beginning of the walking street that leads to the old town. The breakfast was very nice too! I would definitely stay here again!

“not happy at alll”
breakfast very poor, no staff at night time, no restaurant in the hotel, cant find even just for the ice, facilities not really good. fist enter was have the old smells very bad. the stuff in restroom very inconvenience. i cant give only 3 stars.

However, our buffet items are always fresh as fruit and pastry is delivered daily to ensure freshness. Staff is limited at night as guest are out on the town. Most guest eat lunch and dinner in the local restaurants. Since re-opening after Covid-19 the property was closed. We are now installing air freshners to eliminate any smells within the hotel from being closed for an extended period. Again we apoligize we did not meaure up to your expectations. I can assure you everything you mentioned is under review and corrections are already in progress. Our staff does work hard to ensure every guest leaves happy and satisfied. “Meh”
Our least favorite stay so far in Vietnam. Really horrible breakfast, very loud street facing room, small room, shower that flooded the whole bathroom, one outlet in the middle of the bed that seemed pretty dangerous. For that price point we expected much better. Wish we had just done a day trip to Hoi An and stayed in Da Nang instead Neat pool

“Good hotel”
This is the first time i stayed at this hotel. After that i have stayed here two more times, each time more than 4 days. The receptionists are really nice but the room cleaning staff is not good.

“Mildew smell. Hotel needs to be refreshed. ”
Although, the hotel provides breakfast, but the food was so limited. Hotel location is conveniently located near the old town and the night market.

“Looks are decieving”
The lobby is pretty. The rooms are large. The whole building smells like musky/moldy/dirt. Hard to breathe for someone with allergies and asthma. They did our laundry but it was very expensive almost $40. Breakfast was fine.

The hotel is in the process of installing air fresheners throughout the hotel. So this has been addressed and should not be an issues in the future for other guest. $40 for laundry does see a little high not sure how many kilos you had. Location ... so,so Renovated old hotel (only partial) Bad smell throughout Staff.... seemed quite 'basic' Breakfast... shocking Look elsewhere.

“Understaffed?”
Rooms are spacious as you see in the photos, but the location is not as close to the centre of Hoi An. They are also clearly understaffed, only reception speaks English well.

“A Great Hotel to Stay in Hoi An”
Old town Hoi An will be approximately 10 minutes walk from the this hotel. Free bicycle from the hotel but subject to availability. 2 minimarts and 2 message service counters just around the hotel. Helpful staffs and clean room. There are other Le Pavillon Hotels in Hoi An. so please make sure you come to the right one. We arrived very late night at the hotel from Danang Airport. Welcome drink still served to us and checked-in process was very quick. a 10 minutes walk to the closet border part of old town of Hoi An. A 20 minutes walk to the old town river or the delicious Madam Khanh Banh My/Starbuck. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Strong wifi connection. “Great Hotel to Stay Near Old Town Hoi An”
We arrived very late night at the hotel from Danang Airport. Welcome drink still served to us and checked-in process was very quick. a 10 minutes walk to the closet border part of old town of Hoi An. A 20 minutes walk to the old town river or the delicious Madam Khanh Banh My/Starbuck. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Strong wifi connection. Overall a great hotel to stay in Hoi An.

Not very near to old town. About 10-15 minutes walk. Shower water pressure low, quite disappointing. The shower partition is good for dry wet differentiation, however there isn’t any holder for shampoo and shower soap. So you still need to open the glass door everytime you want shampoo and soap. Totally defeat the purpose.

“Great design but lack detail”
The hotel is rather new with grand lobby and modern interior. Staff is helpful and you can get free bike to roam around. The sound proofing is poor as we can hear the kids screaming and playing around on the same level, funny thing is the parents won't control them. Another complaint is the bathroom, there is no rack for towel, no hook for clothes. No place to put shampoo and we put them on the floor. And the shower head aims towards your nipple, quite funny. Hope they can improve the bathroom experience by actually taking a shower themselves in there.

“Highly Recommend if you don't mind a long walk to Old Town”
Hotel is new, clean and quite. Overall is good in our group view. However, it take around 10-15 minutes to old town in Hoi An. It's okay for us to walk because we can see a Vietnamese life along the way to old town.

Beautiful room, super friendly nice staff and the best and biggest jacuzzi bath tab I ever saw on an outdoor terrace. Place was great. I recommend to avoid 6th floor as we had some disturbing engine noise from the rooftop . Any other floors must be perfect .

“Perfect for a short stay ”
I stayed with a friend for a long weekend. It was well situated, a 15 minute walk to the old town or an inexpensive car ride. The room and breakfast were great but the rest of the building was unused and wasn’t as well maintained. I’d recommend this hotel to friends staying in Hoi An!

“New build hotel, good staff and convinience location.”
The hotel located around 10 minutes walk from center of old town, it is stilly enough at night. All stuff are new and nice. The next day Afer check out i found out that i lost my watch , staff there help me find and ship it to my house.

The location isn't ideal (a 10min walk to old quarter) but Le Pavillion makes up for it with free bikes for guests. Take one park it at the beginning of the old quarter and the distance becomes irrelevant. Gekko and the staff were great. Rooms are clean, quite, and spacious.

“Photos look better than actual property”
The photos look better and more spacious than the actual property. The location is slightly out of the way from the main action but some might prefer it for that reason. Rooms are clean and modern.

“Nice hotel but should not book with breakfast”
Hotel is nice, Within walking distance to the center. I booked with breakfast but there was not enough people staying so the hotel could not serve normal buffet for breakfast. We were served 1 noodle bowl each which was not value for the money paid. P/S There’s no lock for the bathroom so should consider if you don’t stay with family:)

酒店位置偏遠，早餐少種類選擇，服務人員態度欠佳。 我們訂了3間房，3間都不同房型和尺數不一，有一間還要沖涼房的去水倒漏出廳，要用毛巾吸水。

“Amazing hotel”
I loved my stay at this property. The quality and size of room at this price is unimaginable. Really enjoyed this city and one reason for that is amazing stay at this beautiful hotel
