“Loved this boutique hotel”
The staff were excellent, the a la carte breakfast was amazing (and so much food), the beach is just a minute walk away and many restaurants on the main road. We loved our stay. There are lovely design elements in the hotel. It's well done.

“Possibly the best hotel I have stayed in”
The hotel design and architecture is top notched. It has such a lovely and beautiful space. The service is amazing with a la carte breakfast that tastes better than a lot of restaurants inside the Old Town. The room we were in was lovely with a relaxing vibe. Location wise, the hotel is a bit far from the Old Town but it's only 2 mins walk to the beach.

“Relaxing and quiet place to recharge”
Very nice quiet neighborhood just 50m from An Bang beach and a short Grab ride to the lively oldtown of Hoi An. The sisters are very nice to us. We got to pick our free breakfasts every morning that keep us full until lunch. There are nice local restaurants and cafes within walking distance or a short bicycle ride. Yes, there provided free bicycles too. Our driver asked why we did not stay at big hotels in Danang, I said this hotel is 1000x better 😀

“Relaxing stay in Chiem Hoi An”
The hotel is very close to the sea, in the evening we could hear the sea waves from our room. It is newly build, so all infrastructure is great. Amazing breakfast. Hoi An is close by, thus great to have relaxing time near the beach and in the evening visit the town. Also, close by many great places to eat.

“A friendly gem steps from the beach.”
My family felt so welcome. We also enjoyed seeing families staying with their dogs. The room was lovely and the staff couldn’t have been kinder.

“Fantastic little hotel tucked away from town”
Stayed here as a couple for a few days over my birthday and loved the facilities and the service! Everyone so friendly and helpful plus the breakfast was phenomenal!

Excellent staff. Professional, friendly and very helpful. Aem My is fantastic. Hotel layout, design, decoration is very pleasant and confortable. Location is good. Near the beach, quiet street. Walking distance to restaurants and small shops. 10 min drive to old town

“Excellent hotel near beach ”
This hotel is very clean, quiet and has beautiful rooms. But it is a bit farther from old town hoi an, therefore going places you would need a grab. But the rooms are clean and spacious. And the breakfast is good.

“All Round Excellent”
A small and charming boutique hotel tucked away in a quieter end of An Bang Beach. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, the inclusions add a personal touch to the stay’s experience, and the location accommodates ‘all to to’ in the Hoi an area. I recommend the Chiem Hotel Hoi an 100%.

“Beautiful boutique hotel near the beach”
It's a short walk to the beach and to the main road where you can take a Grab to anywhere nearby. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is excellent, although you have to place your order the night before.

“Loved it!!!”
CHiEM was a homely and relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and knew us all by name. We were close to the beach, restaurants and small convenience stores. The room had 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms which suited getting the kids to bed then having my own space. The taxi ride to Hoi An old town was 10-15 minutes. It was a really relaxing stay and I wish we could have stayed longer.

“Excellent staff and lovely location by the beach”
Great breakfast and lovely rooms. Had some rain and rooms great for chilling for a few hours. Easy to get a Grab into Hoi An for the evenings but cool beach for the day. Staff were excellent!

“Complete relaxation”
This is the happiest hotel we have stayed in. Everyone greeted you with a big smile and makes you feel that they are so pleased that you are their guest. Very good breakfast plan ensures no waste. All in all a little gem.

“Perfect beach vibe”
The kindest staff (thank you Hanna & Chloe) with a California beach vibe wander just steps to the sand. Pool to cool off in and tasty salted coffees at breakfast. Lots of great beachside restaurants for dinner just steps away as well. A short Grab into Hoi An old town will run maybe a dollar. 🙌🏻

“Perfect place to stay”
We were so presently surprised by this gorgeous boutique hotel. The service, location and staff were all amazing. Staff could not do enough for you. Remembered us by name from the moment we checked in. I stated to get sick on the day we left and one of the wait staff noticed straight away and got me a lemon ginger tea. We had such a relaxing time there, which is just what we wanted and needed. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. If you are considering this hotel, do yourself a favour, you will not be disappointed.

“Nice hotel, very weird vibes”
After being in Da Nang for a couple of months, we went to check out Hoi An on a last minute trip. It was during rainy season. Our welcome was a bit strange to say the least. I booked very late the night before and used whatever discount offered by Agoda. Upon arrival the manager (I think) asked a few questions about our booking, which I didn't mind at first, but then went on to say that he was very surprised at the cost of the booking because it was so low. He asked if "we knew what we had booked?" and that "the cost of the breakfast alone was more than the booking." While it's a lovely hotel with very nice staff, the conversation felt like we were being scolded. Apparently it was some issue with the discounting on the back end, but as a customer that is not my issue and I certainly don't want to feel like I'm in trouble for simply making a hotel reservation. It was awkward to say the least. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and the staff were nice as well.

“Amazing Experience”
We absolutely loved our stay here. It was steps from the beach. The hotel is brand new. Most of all, the staff was amazing. They made us feel like family. Highly recommend!

기대를 너무하고갔나봄 방음은전혀되지않으며 위에서 변기내리는소리가들렸음 화장실문은 밀폐되지않아 항상꾹 누르고 문을잠궈야했고 복도는항상꺼져있어 너무캄캄해 항상 스위치를찾아 켜서문을열었다 사용10분전에말하라는 사우나이용은 마감3시간전 말했을땐이미예약이다찬상태였다 나는 사우나때문에 스케줄도변경한상태였는데...흠. 또한 다음 예약을해도소용없었다 그들은준비를해두지않아 항상다시한번 쫓아가말을해야했고 준비를못해 미안하단말을한번도한적이없다 열쇠는항상 맡기고다녀야했으나 그것도 그때그때 그들의 마음이였다 어쩔땐쫓아와열쇠를받았으며 어쩔땐 관심조차없어서 출입자체가은근히신경쓰였다.서양인들에게만최적화된 미소 그들은목소리자체가 너무다르게 우리를대해서 내가실수한게있나생각해보았다 조식은 생각대로나왔으며 하루이틀정도까지 질리지않고먹을수있었다 이호텔의가장큰장점은 아름다운새소리를들을수있다는것과 위치 정도 안방비치에서나는 그숙소에더이상있기싫어 레이트체크아웃을취소하고 다른곳으로이동했다 여행을많이다녀봤지만 나는 여행할때숙소가중요하구나하고 이번기회에 처음느꼈다

“직원의 친절함과 조식은 너무 좋았으나..냄새이슈”
화장실 문이 우선 밀폐가 안됨. 배수구 문제 땜에 화장실 냄새가 방 내부에 다 들어와서 방안에서 에어콘 및 실링팬 돌려도 냄새가 안빠짐. 실링팬에 먼지가 많은지 짧은 머리카락 같은게 침구에 많이 떨어져 있었음. 냄새 관련해서 비닐로 배수구 해당 부분 막아봤는데 해결이 안되어 같이 숙박 했던 엄마가 제대로 못잠. 조식은 진짜 맛있었고 직원분도 너무 친절하고 좋았지만 배수구 냄새때문에 재방문은 안할것 같음.

조식이 넘 맛있어요!! 첫날 골고로 먹어보는거 추천 코코넛커피 최고! 저희 아이들은 바다보다 호탤수영장에서 더 많이 놀았어요 안방비치 가기 너무 좋아요 유명한 식당들도 도보로 이용가능해요 직원들 모두 친절하고 작은 호텔이라 얼굴 다 기억해줘요 방에는 샤워기필터 필수 양치는 생수 사용 미니바 옆으로 개미길이 있어서 개미가 줄지어 다녀요 다른곳엔 없었어요 티비에 유튜브가 나와서 애들이 좋아해요 침구 상태 보송보송 에어컨 온도 적절해요 골목이 좁은데 넘 이뻤어요

“Little gem in Hoi an”
What an amazing find. A beautiful boutique hotel on An Bang Beach. The staff are all excellent, so friendly and helpful. Rooms are quality and the a la carte breakfast is super nice, with different flavours and choices to suit all tastes.
