“Friendly place”
it's great in overall, the hotel staffs are super cute and nice. This hotel is friendly for children above 8 (there is no tivi in room but i think it's not a big deal) Laundry available inhouse Shared space for everyone could hangout and get coffee or tea

“The location is excellent, but it is quite noisy.”
The walls were thin, and the corridor was quite narrow, with a flimsy door that let me hear my neighbors chatting and the loud late-night singing from the bars down the lane. However, the staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the night receptionist. While the location was great, the noise made it difficult to get a decent night’s sleep.

“良い”
A nice location in District 3, convenient to go around explore the city, near touriatbattractions. The lift is quite slow and small. If you stay in floor 6, superior room, has to walk and climb 2 stairs, not so convenient. We stay 2 persons but the hotel only give us 1 key. To enter or exit the main entrance door, need this key, so it is quite inconvenient to give just 1 key. The staff is not always at the counter table to help open the door. Staffs are friendly, warm and helpful. The hotel stay in a small alley, the car cant come in, so have to walk about 3 mins to the main road to wait. The road very crowded and the car not allowed to stop and wait for customers, so you have to rush jump in the car.

“Great location”
The property’s location was fantastic, very easy to access nearby shopping and cafe. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, cleanliness could be improved, notably in the bathrooms. Overall, a good stay with some room for enhancement.

“Nice place!”
Good location, close to lots of good places to eat and shop. We stayed for 3 nights and book again for next week after the Thailand trip. The room is clean and big enough, shower is hot 👍. There are kitchen, laundy in the 1st floor and also parking space for scooters . Staffs are friendly, replied really quickly through message.

“Excellent location and facilities”
Great location, right off the main street, easy access to shops and transport. Very easy to get into or out of the property in less than a min and be right in the middle of action. Staff was superb, laundry facilities were free and easy to use. Would love to stay here again

“Comfortable stay in the heart of the city”
Stayed for three nights as a solo traveller. Location is good, but the hotel's site is on a narrow lane so cars or vans won't be able to drive to the door; you'll have to walk out to the main street. Air-conditioning broke down on my 3rd day. Informed the staff on my way out and by the time I got back, it was fixed. But the next morning it broke again. It's pretty noisy given that it's in a commercial area with cafes and restaurants. One morning at 8am I was woken up by sounds of loud drumming right outside my room. It continued on for 2 hours. For the price, I don't have any real complaint. Spent most of my time out and about anyway, so I didn't miss not having a pool or a gym and other facilities etc. Thanks for the lovely service!

“Average stay”
The location is a little bit off the main road, car not able to enter the alley but still it is just a few steps walk from the main road. The room is decent with full amenities. However the noise from outside the door and the cafe nearby can be heard from the room. Otherwise it is location near a nice park for workout and a lot of cafes.

“非常に満足”
We were unlucky because there was a construction nearby. The street nearby wasn't an issue. The only bad review i have is the toilet, theres a very foul smell most of the time.

“Quick stay to run workshop”
Delighted with this hotel. Close to the location I was running a workshop at and it proved to be exceptional value. Have been looking at other hotels in the group for when I return next week. The only downside is there didn't appear to be any fitness facilities.

“Almost perfect”
Only issue is the dirty fabric cloths in the entry way pass reception. You have to push them out of the way or bend lower to walk past. Excellent otherwise

“Great choice”
Would have given 5 stars for the cleanliness but the entryway behind reception has dirty sheets of fabric that you must push out of the way or bend down to avoid as you walk through them. Past that and the room is 5stars. This is a very reliable chain of hotels - locations are not impressive, but the room and staff are 5stars!

“1 night stay”
Stayed mamy budget hotel before but this is the 1st time no TV (but it is fine). The biggest issue is the poor quality of the bed (spring pockets produced many noises), mattress and bedsheet (by feel)

“Simple and nice stay”
Staffs were not accessible most of time during the night or early morning but still given the price, it is a good stay. Quite and many nice coffee shoops around.

“Clean and affordable place surrounded by lots of fancy/ trandy cafe”
Staffs were mostly absent especially during the night. Yet, the rooms are modern and clean. A bit far from the main tourists' area. Yet, a good mixture of local and tourist's atmosphere.

Great for people wanting to explore district 3. It’s a 3 min walk to turtle lake and all the hip cafes. There’s also a 24 hr cafe right beside it for your coffee and snack fix.

“Thái độ nhân viên rất tệ”
Mình đã ở M village nhiều home khác nhau nhưng trải nghiệm 2 đêm ở Điện Biên Phủ cực kỳ tệ. - Phòng không chuẩn bị sẵn bàn chải, phải gọi người mang lên. - Dọn phòng không kỹ, có nhúm tóc đen dưới sàn - Khăn ở đây dùng loại thuốc tẩy gì mà mùi rất là hôi - và điều làm mình thất vọng nhất là thái độ nhân viên. Bạn nhân viên nữ có đeo khuyên ở mũi có thái độ rất láo. Sáng thấy mình đi ra ngoài bạn chạy lại, kiểu “ủa chị trả phòng hả”. Nói chuyện với khách mà “ủa”. Mình vẫn lịch sự trả lời, “chị ra ngoài thôi em”. Tới khi mình quay về, bạn này thấy khách cũng không chào, không tươi cười vui vẻ gì cả mà mặt láo láo không đếm xỉa. Lúc mình check out, thái độ của bạn cũng không nhiệt tình gì. Mình trả lại thẻ phòng nên không mở cửa được. Bạn này cũng không chủ động ra mở cửa cho khách. Khi mình nhờ thì thái độ ra quẹt 1 cái rồi ngoe nguẩy quay vô. Tóm lại là tại sao có thể có 1 nhân viên quá tệ và láo như vậy. Mình cực kỳ thất vọng.

Sau khi nhận được thông tin chị cung cấp, chúng tôi đã xử lý thông tin nội bộ với nhân viên liên quan, cũng như hướng dẫn lại nhân viên lưu ý hơn về nghiệp vụ chăm sóc khách hàng. “Phòng nhỏ, không sạch sẽ”
Phòng nhỏ, máy lạnh lắp đầu giường rất khó chịu khi dùng. Toilet có mùi hôi, sàn toilet cũng không được sạch. Rác (vỏ thuốc) & tóc của khách ở trước không được dọn. Bụi trên bàn rất nhiều, không được lau dọn kĩ càng.

“Great value, great room but loud location”
Love the value on this room, but the room we picked had street view (of Dien Bien Phu street) which had really loud container trucks driving through during the night. So not a quiet room to sleep well). Also, it is not an easy location to find (as google map could get quite confusing). Please note that this location is in an alley and cannot be seen from the street. So you'll need to go to the given address and go through the alley (which is big enough for a car to enter). The alley is next to a coffee shop named "Saigon coffee").

“Cảm giác không đúng chất của MVillage”
Mình từng lưu trú ở nhiều MVillage trước đó: Tú Xương, Đông Du, Lý Chính Thắng, NKKN... tuy nhiên cá nhân mình thấy phòng ở Điện Biên Phủ khá ồn, dọn dẹp không cọ cốc cho mình, và không gian cảm giác bí bách hơn vì các phòng san sát nhau, đồng thời bước vào phòng là chỉ ở trong phòng, không cảm giác có tính kết nối hay cộng đồng trong thiết kế. Mình book phòng ở các nơi khác thường thì nhân viên sẽ chủ động nhắn tin cho mình khi tới lưu trú. Nhưng tại đây, dù m tới vào buổi tối, nhưng nguyên cả ngày không ai hỏi gì cả. Mình tới nơi, không có NV trực nên phải đợi 1 lúc, và mình phải tự tìm số để gọi... Btw là mình không thích không gian ở BĐP cho lăm.
