“Very disappointing!”
I had stayed here once before and was delighted with everything, but this time, the interior design was still beautiful and the rooms were very clean - but that was all. I asked for an airport transfer but had been told that they no longer provided that service. Airport taxis don't want to make such a short trip and the hotel advised me to offer 100-150,000 so that someone would take me. I arrived to find a locked front door and no concierge - I phoned the number on the door and was told to follow the directions for self entry on Booking.com. I had booked on Agoda and hadn't received any code for the door. Two other guests arrived and tried to use their key card to open the door and it didn't work. Eventually a maid came and let us in. There is no 24/7 concierge as it says on the Agoda site. I found my own key card and took myself to my room. The TV did not have any channels programmed and Netflix was not available as too many people were using it. The safe did not have any batteries so I couldn't use it. Thre was hot water for the shower at night, but none in the morning. There is no breakfast served even though Agoda says that it is available and the dining room features prominently in photos. There is nowhere nearby to eat and so I took a taxi into District 1 - I should have just booked a hotel in District 1 and saved myself the extra taxi fares and had access to every thing in District 1. The final issue was that checkout was at 11am rather than 12 which is standard for Vietnam. By the way there is no swimming pool and tennis court either!

“Ks mới”
Khách sạn mới, ấm cúng, sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh và nhân viên rất đáng đồng tiền bát gạo. Mình vừa mổ xong và đang ở ks 1 mình. Các bạn chủ động mang bữa sáng mỗi ngày lên phòng cho mình. Dễ thương xĩu. Mình cũng làm dịch vụ và mỗi đánh giá tiêu cực luôn ảnh hưởng rất lớn một cơ sở kinh doanh. Mong những đánh giá sau cũng đáng yêu như đánh giá này của mình. Thank you Misaki team.
