“Great Value”
Located a few blocks above the old town the hotel located in a nice neighborhood with many dining options. The hotel breakfast is excellent. The doorman is by far the best I have ever experienced. We stay five days and he greeted with a smile every morning and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. The Lobby is not impressive and filled people in tour groups, but the rooms are very nice.

“Spacious Rooms with Poor Bathrooms ”
Bathroom faucets are pretty old. Need to be changed. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff they suggested all the shopping spots in Hanoi.

“Excellent Stay”
We stayed here and it is really amazing property. The Check-in process was very smooth. Spl thanks Tuan who is very cooperative and proactive. He has upgraded our room and given us the room on 9th Floor

“Great place!”
Large clean room and pretty good breakfast for the price. The best thing is the staff. I would have rated them highly anyway, but they were exceptionally helpful when I managed to lose my wallet, even translating for me at the nearby police station and offering to lend me cash until I could get some wired over!

“Great hotel and great service!”
I stayed at the Thien Thai Hotel for 3 nights and loved it! The staff was very friendly and Lihn Thuy, the receptionist gave us a lot of tips and showed us the hot spots of the city! The hotel is in a very calm street near the Old Quartier. I would definitely stay there again.

“밤새 소란스런일들”
투숙객들의 소란으로 밤새 잠못잤음. 새벽3시30분에 누군가 전화걸어오고, 지속적으로 문을 노크해댐. 엘리베이트 소음으로 잠을 못잠. 하지만, 직원들은 너무나 친절했다.

“CP值高，早餐不錯。”
四人房是兩間雙床房連在一起，有兩間浴室，一間有浴缸，一間是沐浴很方便。 早餐可以點歐姆蛋跟河粉現做，有一些已經做好的鬆餅麵包水果之類的，還不錯。 整潔再加強有些會更好。

“2 nights in Hanoi city center ”
We had 2 perfect nights in a large room with balcony. People are really nice, breakfast is delicious, I can only recommend this hotel.

“Отличный отель”
Отличный отель с прекрасным расположением и безупречным обслуживанием. В номере всегда была горячая вода, а ванная комната была чистой. Уборка проводилась регулярно. Из окна открывался прекрасный вид на город и озеро. Рекомендую этот отель для приятного пребывания.

“good location, expensive for the facilities”
The rooms were neat and tidy, staff was helpful, breakfast options were quite diverse. Overall amenities very limited.
