“設備がいまいち”
ホテルの部屋の写真が綺麗だったので2泊したのですが、タオルかけはネジが外れてて、タオルを掛けても引っ張れない、シャワーを浴びると隣のトイレの床が水浸し、wifiの電波は悪くて、ただ部屋が広いだけのホテルでした。受付は英語が話せるスタッフなのに、メータータクシーを呼んで欲しいというと、ぼったくタクシーを呼ばれてしまう、タクシーの件になると何故か英語が喋れないふりをするスタッフ。今回の4日間の旅行で学んだのが、基本的にタクシーはぼったくりしかない。ただ、ハノイでの外食は美味しかった。

Stayed in a superior room. Wifi didnt work in the room and cell service didnt work unless in the bathroom. The window of the room looks into the hallway and didnt lock properly so i had to get them to fix it. Sheets had some stains on them. Good location though.

“Good location, low standard rooms, noisy”
Check-in was quick and ViVi on reception was pleasant and welcoming. Overall the female staff were very pleasant, the male staff came across a bit staunch and militant, perhaps a bit of schooling in the art of smiling may help the business to thrive. Good points: Central location in old town, walkable to The Lake, Night Market and Night Street Market (Fri-Sun) Lots of food options close by, lots of coffee shops and small convenience stores (Circle K) Affordable. Issues: Room small if more than 1 person, I had the windowless room. Shower had no screen so the whole bathroom got wet and became a slip hazard. I was in 302 (2nd floor), the noise from the restaurant in the hotel would start around 5am, and not just clatter, but loud talking. The rooms are not very sound proof. So you hear other people including their TV. Sound of boilers/water through the night (enough to wake you) House keeping will really bang your door down and there’s no “Do not disturb signs” Would I stay here again: Most likely not, I think there’s nicer options for the same price and no shortage of hotels in the Old Quarter/Town

“Great location but.....”
Great location in the Old Quarter. Upon arrival, a man took a photo of my passport and gave me my room key and that was it! No interaction whatsoever and really rude and unprofessional in my opinion. I was in Room 304 which didn't have a window and was next to the boiler room which made noises throughout the night affecting my sleep. Not constantly, but enough to wake me. The location was great and maybe a room with a window might be better, but I wouldn't recommend it. There were 2 girls on reception and 1 of them was rude and unprofessional, making no attempt to try and speak any English, even though I knew she could, and got her colleague to translate. Overall, staff rude, unfriendly and unhelpful!

Thankfully was only here for a single night. Arrived at 11pm to a run-down room that had a wet bathroom (shower was essentially above the toilet so didn’t use it) and dirty bath mat and pillowcases. Photos are misleading, and some rooms seem a lot better than others based on previous guest photos. Good location but I wouldn’t stay here again.

A great stay in Hanoi at great value. Walking distance to everything you need. Staff was helpful with our check-in process, ordering us a taxi from the airport so we didn’t have to, and making our bed every morning.

Don't base it off the high ratings, the location is the only thing that's good, the entrance was blocked with motorcycles, the room had a dead cockroach, the toilet had bugs, the receptionist that was there where I check in just passed the card and didn't care and continued using his phone.

The room isn't clean and I think bathroom walls were not washed for months. Some staff were not helpful, even request one extra towel was denied. Overall, it would be better to pay more and stay somewhere nicer.

“Very gross, very dirty!”
The online ratings for this place are way too high! The room was filthy (dried yellow and brown residue dripping down the walls), the bathroom was horrendous (shower flooded, mold everywhere, toilet splashed water up everytime I flushed), the lights didn't work properly and kept turning off. There's lots of better places in Hanoi, stay somewhere else!

Tough with English. Charged even after prepaying through Agoda (will dispute with CCC); initially gave me a room then moved me and refunded with cash after charging with 3% CC fee (Ate that cost). However, was very responsive in getting me a taxi from airport last minute.

Aircon in room inadequate. Was supposed to have a wake up call for an early flight. Never got the call. Luckily I woke up. When I got to the reception desk the lights were out and a young man was sleeping. I had to wake him up to check out. Dont recommend. I won't ever stay there again
