場所はかなり良いと思いまうす。 今回、４人で４部屋で利用しました、チックイン時に２部屋で、一部屋に一人、もう一部屋に３人などとフロントの男が言い出しました、違うサイトで２部屋ずつの４部屋を予約してるのにも関わらずです「ふざけるな」と言ったら４部屋になりました、また私の部屋は外れで窓が無く九合部屋でした… 朝食はまずまず、スタッフも感じが良かったで。 宿泊には少し注意が必要かもしれません。

“Highly recommended hotel stay”
After a nightmare, Airbnb situation, we had a last-minute booking in JM Marvel, and it was the best thing to happen ever. The staff was amazing and they accommodated us gave us recommendations and to extend our booking they were able to provide top-notch service. The location was in old quarter and central to Hanoi. It was so refreshing to stay in a wonderful hotel and I will be staying here in the future. Hien at reception was super helpful for us to throughout our stay that we extended our booking until the end of our trip. If you need to stay in a hotel in Hanoi, we highly recommend JM Marvel

“The best Customer service”
The staff over here is amazing. They helped me and my gf to collect luggage from another hotel without any charge. The staff over here knows a lot about hospitality. They gave us a free upgrade as well. Bathroom were little cramped up but the hotels in old quarter has that problem of space. They were genuinely curious as to how they can make our stay more enjoyable. In the end, we did get a free parting away gift as well. I would stay with them again if i'm back in Hanoi.

“The perfect hotel!”
This place is easily a 5 star hotel. Hot night spot on the roof even. They have everything you could possibly need. Quiet room has no windows but you will sleep well. Best food in a hotel in Vietnam. Checkin process was delightful. Central in the old quarter. Would stay again!

Thank you so much JM Marvel Hotel & Spa for such a warm welcome and relaxing stay! I loved how they styled the interiors, it sets the mood with so much vibe yet keeping it intimate and cozy. The drinks at the Cloud Sky Bar were so hip, chic and classy and of course yummy! And the food at the Viet Restaurant amazing! Their Bun Cha is one of the best, grilled to perfection and served elegantly to match the dining area’s setting. They really got attention to details! We had a great time finishing our trip at JM Marvel. The staff were really helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. 10/10. For the price, this is the best value hotel I have stayed in Vietnam. This may be $20+ a night more than many hotels in the area but it is worth it. This hotel saved our trip, the night before we stayed in another hotel and it was terrible so we checked out early and moved to JM Marvel. We will be back

“Good value for money”
A quaint and clean hotel with awesome welcome drinks. Was offered a ton of assistance by Ms Thom Nguyen which made our stay so much easier and pleasant. Only drawback for me was the soundproofing, so try not to get a room facing the main road so you might be faced with early morning calls from the rush hour traffic.

Was recommended by a friend who had a great stay. Its quite near the night market about 8m walk. Only thing about the location is the nearest message spas were 5mins walk away. The staff was good the room was clean & nice. The breakfast was good for a boutique hotel.

“Awesome hotel ”
This is such an awesome hotel in Ha Noi old quarter. Great location within walking distance with a lot of good restaurants and attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful and spotless. But most important of all is the customer service provided by their staffs. Everyone there were so helpful and welcoming especially Peter and Thom. They went above and beyond to meet our needs and make sure we got a great time in Ha Noi. You won’t regret staying at their hotel.

Felt so welcomed from the day I booked with the hotel. They helped me with everything while I was there. From Visa / Tours / SIM / Directions Amazing staff pleasant hotel. Should’ve upgraded to a larger room. But the experience was amazing. Always there to greet you in the morning and when you arrive in the evening. The staff was so awesome in each area. Upon arrival in Hanoi at 5:30 am, we were promptly greeted by the hotel's arranged driver. The staff, notably Jayce, were exceptionally welcoming and helpful during check-in. Upon realizing our booking mistake of a double instead of a twin room, Miss Thom and Jayce graciously upgraded us to a family room due to unavailability. They provided excellent advice on dining and sightseeing, with Peter aiding us with inquiries about the Ha Giang Loop and Ha Long Bay. Breakfast was consistently delightful, with a varied selection each morning and attentive staff. The hotel's central location, near an ATM and numerous restaurants, added to the convenience. One of our friend had recommended us to stay at this hotel. 1st day we decided to take a cab to the Hoan Kiem lake but actually it is very near to the hotel. You exit the hotel, turn right and at the first junction, you turn left all the way will be the Hoan Kien Lake and along the way , there is lots of things to see, buy or eat. One thing that not friendly this is not a handicapped friendly hotel as I had sprained my ankle a few days before my trip... there are lots of steps and the lift will go to level7 for breakfast, need to walk up to level 8 daily for breakfast and level 9 for Cloud Sky Bar... lots of stairs to climb.

“Amazing Hotel”
Staff were all extremely helpful the entire stay. This was part of our honeymoon, which was not too long after our wedding, so naturally, we missed a some things during mayhem of planning. That’s where the JM Marvel staff came to the rescue! They were also very easy to reach through WhatsApp. Harry worked hard and found us a spectacular last minute Ha Long Bay tour and Josie helped get our Vietnamese Visa urgently (while we freaked out at the hotel). The staff at the hotel reception were also very nice and friendly. I cannot say enough how hospitable they all were, it was like nothing I’ve ever experienced in all my travel. For the hotel itself, they welcomed us with refreshing tea when we got there. When we went to our room, they had decorated it very nicely for our honeymoon. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The location was very close to lots of delicious food, massage areas, and historic sites. They gave us good recommendations and spoke English very well so it made it easy to communicate. We would definitely recommend you stay with them if you are visiting Ha Noi, they truly were top tier.

“We will stay here again”
We loved the JM Marvel. The staff welcomed us every morning and helped answer questions, provide recommendations, and arrange our travels. Mrs. Thom always asked us about how our day was to make sure her recommendations met our expectations. The hotel breakfast was delicious every morning, with a rotating menu of the local dishes to ensure we were not bored of the dame food. The western style breakfast options stayed the same, but honestly, why not try something new while on vacation? We will stay here again next time we visit Hanoi.

“素敵すぎる”
こちらのホテルに宿泊予定でしたが、予約していた部屋が少し小さい為、無料で姉妹ホテルのGM Premium Hotel Hanoiの大きい部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。2つのホテルは近い距離ですがタクシーで送ってくれ、とても素敵な時間を過ごせました。両ホテルのスタッフの方は皆さんホスピタリティが凄く、今回の旅行で1番素敵な時間を過ごせました。必ず、ハノイに来た際はまたこちらのホテルに、宿泊します。ありがとうございました！
