スタッフの人柄の良さ、清潔度、バスタオル付き、シャワーも良好、朝ごはん付きと悪いところなかったです。強いて言うなら、四階まで階段しかないことです。値段以上です。

“Totally is OK.”
But a male staff tried to sell drinking water to me. And he forced me to buy 2 bottles because he doesn’t have small money for change. But after I refuse to buy it both 2 bottles he had small money for give me a change immedieatly.

I booked 6 bed female room but In actual I stayed in mixed room with 16 beds. also I book the women only dorm but actually they give me guy room. 16 beds with only 1 bathroom, so disgusting, please don’t go in this hostel to get bad experience like me.

“Would not stay again, super dirty”
I stay in hostels a lot but this was beyond dirty. First thing I get there and the staff was barely interested in checking me in. Didn’t tell me the wifi. Just sent me to my room where the AC wasn’t working and another girl tried telling staff and he just walked out. So 16 person room smelled bad, and was musty from no proper air circulation. Then I woke in the morning and there were bugs everywhere. Ants. Climbing all over the wall and to my bed and others. I grabbed my things and got out ASAP. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

“Ok for backpacker on budget.”
Overall not bad for a budget backpacker. Our experience unfortunately was ruined when we came back at 3am from a night out to find a metal bike lock on the outside of the door which meant we couldn’t get in but more importantly nobody inside could get out. After making a lot of noise for half an hour a guy turned up on a bike and let us in, I think he was supposed to be on guard duty but had snuck off for some reason. He was semi apologetic and I get the feeling it’s not a common practice for them but nether the less I feel I need to mention it. Otherwise the lady who check us in was very friendly and welcoming. The room we had didn’t have a window was damp, the air con also sucked. The shower was warm. The beds were ok but the sheets weren’t fitted so they’d come off during the night. Probably ok for solo backpack but definitely nicer private rooms / hostels in Hanoi.

The beds were quite nice and a large locker was provided. The staff was super friendly but sadly there were big stains on my sheets. Also no breakfast included.

“Was alright”
Clean dorm beds with curtains for privacy. However it felt like you had no privacy in the bathroom. Only doors for the shower and toilet, but you could hear everything that was happening there. The toilet was very weak and got blocked. Staff were nice but their tours are very overpriced.

“It’s a hostel”
As other reviews, beds were comfortable, room was rather spacious, but there wasn’t shampoo and drinking water provided, neither was there hot water to make a drink. But the hot shower was nice. Toilet wasn’t very clean and we had to climb 4 floors to get to our room. It was a simple yet comfortable stay as it’s one of the cheapest hostels in Hanoi.

“It's an absolutely average place”
We initially booked a couple of beds in a 10-bed dorm. We were "upgraded" to a 4-bed dorm which was all right. We stayed, the roommates weren't the best but we didn't really care. We then decided to come back. Booked 2 nights in a private room. I assumed it wasn't a great experience because of the roommates initially but that changed. the beds are very fluffy but really uncomfortable. The pillows too, though size of humans, very hard and uncomfortable. Again, not really the biggest issue. We had our AC drip water and not turn on at 12am in the night. Obviously there's nothing anyone can do at that time, but damn, we were accused of leaving the AC on and it was as though it was our fault. We didn't want to fight at night especially since we checking out the next day (and it being 12am!) The next day, they didn't really listen and just ended up blaming us for our "mistake" of never switching off the AC apparently. Anywho, to shut us up, they gave us meagre 50000vnd as a refund. We took it and left. The place is all right if you have no interaction and just come in here to curl up into bed, else - I'd not recommend it.

“A little run down but still ok”
The toilet and bed were clean but the toilet has a bit of pungent smell. Room was beside a karaoke place and the train track so at times it's pretty noisy. Location wise, most of the places are of a walking distance. The morning receptionist was nice and friendly

“Doesn’t look like the pictures”
This place is currently under renovations, and they don’t tell you that before you arrive. You can feel it very well because many things are old and broken and this place is a big mess. It doesn’t look at all as nice as it in the pictures. You could here the noise of the construction every morning and all day long. In my room it seemed like some people were living there and they brought a lot of stuff and a lot of mess. I didn’t feel comfortable to leave my belongings there alone. The stuff of the place were very nice and helpful though.

I don’t know. Manager was friendly, 6-bed dorm was spacious and comfy, comfy beds, cheap, great location...right next to a karaoke. On this particular night, the noise started in the late afternoon and finished by dinner time. On another night...good luck

“Cannot complain with the price ”
It is so cheap and I was having a lower expectation but it turns out not too bad. Was checking in during midnight but luckily there is still staff who are working. Very friendly staff indeed. Has stable wifi, free water refill and moderately cleaned toilet. Just one con: The bunk is not very well ventilation because of the curtain. They probably need a higher horsepower air condition. Otherwise, I am satisifed!

“Good location...”
I stayed here for about a week and what I like about this place is its location. I pretty much just walk around the 'spots' in Hanoi and it is also situated right across the block of the famous 'Hanoi Train Street' in fact the track of the train is right next to the building so it can get pretty loud sometimes in the evening when the train passes by. And this hostel is situated in the old quarter. Unfortunately the common kitchen can do better with more cleaning. It was a bit dirty but they do allow you to cook or heat up some water. They also cater monthly rentals for some locals so I guess that is why the kitchen is pretty used and abused but lacks cleaning. They also only accept cash payments. I stayed in a private room because I have to work at night. The room is okay, spacious with a comfortable bed and was situated in the 4th floor. This hostel does not have a lift so if you are on the upper floors, you'll be pretty fit going up and down. This also does not look like the photos posted in here. The building and facilities are older than what is shown here. They also have wifi but sometimes the connections inside the room drops so if you want better connection, you can stay at the lobby.

“They put me in another building”
When I arrived, they told me that they were all full but that I could go and stay in their new hostel. I found this very weird. A dude came and picked me up and we went to "the new hostel". The new hostel was a few rooms on the third floor above a restaurant - no reception area or anything. I was lucky with my room mates, but the same thing happened to them. This was not the place we had booked. One morning I had booked a tour to Halong Bay, but the restaurant was closed and there was no way out of the building. I tried to call reception but the phone number was not in use. I stressed because I wanted to get breakfast before the tour - that didn't happen. Suddenly, I remembered that a girl in my room had the number to the dude who took me to this bulding so I had to wake her up to call him. I made it out of the bulding just in time for my pick up. This new hostel was right in the middle of old quarter, which is nice. The rooms were fine but not being able to come and go as pleased is NOT OK. They let people believe that they get a room at the actual hostel, but when you show up, a lot of us end up at this "new hostel". If that is what they are selling to us, let us know!!

“Be aware of being transited to another location”
I was surprised that the owner told me to relocated my booking due to full booking. And then, I was transited to other location located in Hang Bac, which is next to Ta Hien Street, aka the center of Hà Nội Old Town. Honestly , the new location is really convenient but the accommodation quality is on the other hand. Really upset about the room facility and cleanliness.

“Bad exeperience, disorganised and dirty ”
I arrived after booking the hostel for 3 nights. After the first at 2am they had move my stuff and they gave the bed to another client for no apparent reason. I had therefore to relocate in the night to a new bed. The toilets are never cleaned and the room in generale lacked working facilities as the bed lamp. Not a nice experience

“Great location! Solo traveler! Clean! Affordable!”
Loved my stay here! The beds are high quality mattresses that are super comfortable. Clean sheets, and the dorm rooms are cleaned daily. Each bed also has a night light and privacy curtain. This is a family-owned business run by Thuy, who is the sweetest lady sitting at the reception desk. I liked this hostel so much, I stayed for a total of 12 days. Central location in old quarter, with many great food options nearby. Cannot recommend this place enough!

i stayed two times during two weeks of vacation and even though it is hostel the quality of sleep and stay was even better than hotel. especially staff was so kind and very responsive. next time i go to Hanoi and i will stay there again 100% !

“Private room was perfect for what we needed. ”
We had a private room and it was spacious, had a super comfy bed, really got water and good pressure in the shower and the AC worked great! Can’t ask for much more and breakfast is simple: 2 pieces of toast with jam and butter, 1 fried egg, a banana and tea or coffee. Location is just outside the main old quarter. But easily walkable everywhere. Only con was some mild mold in our bathroom. But not enough to phase us.

“Noisy and dirty”
Im supposed to be stay 4days and 3nights but due to the noisy of karaoke from the besides of building, the traffic, also people from others bed, i decided to stay only one night and check out by tmrw and cancel the next day stayed. Im so upset because of the review is superb good but it is very differ from My expectations. I booked for female room but how could them mix the guy in a room. The facilities also not so good. However they refund my money due to the cancellation.

“No good”
Terrible location, outside of city, next to loud karaoke bar, WiFi goes in and out at all times, very annoying, but worst part is cold showers. Wouldn’t stay here again.

英語ができない私にも常に笑顔で親切に対応してくれて、美味しいフォーの店も紹介してもらいました。ベッドやトイレも清潔でとても過ごしやすかったです。スタッフの方々は明るくフレンドリーなので一人旅でも安心出来ると思います。ハノイ滞在時にはオススメです。
