“Great location and clean and best sleep we had in all of vietnam”
Pros -matress is somewhat soft and we had the best sleep we've had in all of Vietnam -very clean -saftey deposit box available -luggage storage -location is central to all the important things Cons -staff are confused and difficult to work with (with the exception of the first guy who checked us in, he was amazing) - but we even had a staff member enter our room in the morning with the hotel key while we were still sleeping in the room (they were very apologetic however it woke us up very early and unpleasantly)

“ Pleasant stay, great location, and friendly staff!”
Our stay at this hotel was lovely; the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They held our luggage for us while we traveled outside Hanoi and even upgraded our room for free. The room was clean and the AC work great. Good location! I would definitely stay here again.

“地點佳, 有電梯”
就在36老街和還劍湖中間, 步行到大教堂5~10分鐘, 到哪兒都方便, 然而夜間很安靜, 不會吵鬧. 櫃台就是旅行社, 販售各種行程或車票.

“하노이 여행의 중심지에 위치”
좁고 어둡고 불편해요. 하지만 하노이 중심가에 여행자들이 많아서 안전하고 시장, 호수 등 걸어다니기에 불편함이 없어요. 위치는 정말 좋아요. 그리고 숙소의 불편함을 모두 별거 아니게 만든건 다름아닌 너무나도 친절한 직원들 덕분이예요~ 그 친절함 덕분에 하노이 여행이 더 즐거웠습니다.

“非常に満足”
위치 좋고 직원들도 친절하고 아침밥이 맛있어요. 구시가지가 그렇듯이 구조는 작아요. 옆건물들 보면 이해가 됨

“생각보다 저렴한 가격,좋은위치,단점은 조식 쌀국수가 약간 맛이 없어요.”
조식에서 주는 쌀국수가 별로구요.오물렛이나 팬케이크는 맛있구요. 호안끼엠 호수 앞이라서 이동하기 좋구요. 가격대비 가성비 좋아요. 직원또한 친절하구요. 하지만 사진과 다른게 방은 아늑합니다. 하지만 크게 불편하지 않아요. 다음에 다시갈 의향 있구요.

“住第二天被以修水管為由轉到後面很差的飯店”
由於喜歡陽台，特別訂了兩天有陽台的房間，住第二天時被以全館修水管為由，櫃檯帶我們轉到後面一間很小又不太乾淨沒陽台的飯店，一直跟我說等級是一樣的，當場我抱怨根本不一樣，後來他才說那補償我們免費送機，只能勉強接受。處理完經過這家時看到有其他旅客入住，根本不是像他說的全館都在修水管無法住人，感覺被騙。

You did book 2 seperated reservation date at our property and I believe that your first stay. However as you know, after you check out we have an incident with the drainage system then I did tried to inform it as soon as possible for you. Then we need to block a couple of rooms to find out the reason and fix it. And your room was unfortunately one of them. It was anyways on our mistake so we would like to apologize again with our sincerest. As you wrote, we arranged another hotel next to us and also offer private car as an compensation. You were both shw me your satisfaction with the solution. After all we are very surprise and upset to know that we was lying on you. We have maintained the services with our honest, faith and passion so we are confident to say we have never ever lie to customers. Thanks again for your time Christian (hotel manager)

“A recommander sans hésiter.”
Très bien placé dans la vieille ville tout près du lac. Personnel d'une gentillesse extrême, et de très bon conseil pour les excursions. Chambre( luxe vue sur rue) très agréable et très propre. Petit hôtel très bien tenu.

“Ks có vị trí thuận lợi và gần hồ Gươm”
Mình đặt là p deluxe nhưng hôm đấy còn p family nên ks đã up cho mình lên miễn phí, nhưng mình vẫn thấy p nhỏ hơn so với ảnh trên mạng, 2 giường kê đã gần hết diện tích nên p tắm ướt át đi ra đi vào thấy lúc nào cũng ẩm. P ks ko mới, đầy đủ tiện nghi cơ bản. Ăn sáng cơ bản, còn ko có phở nc. Điểm cộng lớn nhất ở đây là nhân viên nhiệt tình và rất lễ phép.

“服务一流，地点一流”
客服服务非常好，会尝试回答你的所有问题。每次进出都会站起来跟我们打招呼。。地点靠近还剑湖，附近吃的，喝的一大堆。。。房间非常整洁。

“Great!!!!”
First impresstion is the friendly staff and good location. But the private restroom is small, just has shampoo, not conditioner. Except it, everything is perfect
