昨年の1月に家族の大人たちと一緒に2つの部屋に滞在しました。ホテルの入口のコンシェルジュチーム、フロント、ハウスキーピング、F&Bチームなど、すべてのスタッフが非常に親切で素晴らしかったです。英語での円滑なコミュニケーションが可能で、簡単な韓国語を話すスタッフもいました。周辺の便利な施設や観光案内も完璧でした。また、ホテルからのオーシャンビューや清潔な部屋の状態、ルーフトッププールとラウンジバーも最高でした。朝食も種類が多く、美味しく、広々として快適でした。ラウンジバーとプールも広くて清潔に管理されており、スタッフが頻繁にチェックして気を配っているのが感じられました。すべてが完璧で素晴らしいホテルで、ぜひおすすめします！市街地から車で5〜10分ほど離れていますが、だからこそ静かで雰囲気を楽しむのに適しており、若くて歩くのが好きな旅行者には歩いて回る場所も十分にあります。徒歩10分以内に銀行がたくさんあり、ATMでの両替を考えている方も心配ありません。ベトナム国内だけでなく、世界的にも素晴らしいサービスとコンディションを誇るホテルです。次回のベトナム旅行では、このホテルに一週間滞在したいです。本当にありがとうございました。ただ一つ、スパマッサージチームは親切でしたが、マッサージ中に携帯電話を使用し、一手でマッサージをしていた方がいました。その方だけでしたが、その点を考慮しても最高のホテルでした。特にフロントのハさんとジャンさんのサービスに感動しました。彼女たちは最高の従業員で、彼女たちのおかげで楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

The property is around 10mins from Ha Long city center. Air condition at level 24 where our rooms were situated didn’t work very well. Rooms looked modern and new.

“A new hotel”
it's newly built hotel located near Bai Chay where we can find many sea food restaurants and coffee shops. Nice outdoor swimming pool but we couldn't swim due to the cold weather. The Gym equipted with good facilities but quite small. Breakfast is OK, expected to have coffee machine when you are in 5 starts hotel but only ready-to-drink coffee available.

Great hotel, we stayed for 2 nights as we didn’t want to rush back to Ha Noi after the Ha Long Cruise. It has all the amenities and the facilities were great. We were here doing the cold season, and it would be ideal if the pool were heated and if sauna/spa is available to use.

The Diamond Suite was very nicely done up and feel cozy. It was well maintained. The lobby decor was beautiful and cozy with a lot of sofa. The spread of the breakfast was good. Overall a nice stay, and will recommend this hotel.

“The Watson is highly recommended”
The Watson is a 5 star hotel conveniently located in Halong City. It is close to Tuan Chau Marina and also close to good shopping and restaurants. The one thing we enjoyed about our room was the German made bathtub which was of exceptional quality.

“Poor soundproofing”
I had to request to be moved to an end unit. Rooms close to the elevators are noisy due to poor soundproofing. I wanted to sleep in one morning and someone called me to remind me that breakfast ends soon. Why do you have to do this? I hate being interrupted with my sleep. I couldn't care less if I miss breakfast!

“Good stay for one night”
Good stay for one night, not much around the hotel but we were just waiting for our cruise anyway. The hotel lost power when we arrived and we couldn't use the lifts so were stuck on our floor for a while. Breakfast was good.

This hotel was amazing, modern, clean and spacious. The staff, in particular Jenny, made our stay very special. They were extremely friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The buffet breakfast was awesome, plenty of variety to choose from. Would highly recommend.

Hotel was very simple not as nice as advertized. Room had no balcony. Breakfast was only from 6 to 9. Checkout was at 11am. Very tight and not flexible

Room is spacious and clean. Design is modern. Will be good if there is a shower screen as the whole toilet will be wet after shower. Location is around 8-10 mins drive to Sunworld. Breakfast is good. Overall, a great stay. 👍🏻

The most perfect comfortable and clean stay, amazing service and couldn't have been better for our stay in Halong Bay. A couple stay with large spacious rooms, comfortable beds, AC and great facilities. Large shower room with great water pressure and temperature. “Memorable Stay ”
I would fully recommend Watson Premium as the number choice to stay in Halong Bay. It's excellent value for a 5-star hotel that comes with free breakfast. Everything is spick and span. Reception staff took great pride in their work and excellence in their handling of guests checking in and responses to guests' queries and personal requests' needs. Special Two front-desk staff deserve special mentioning, Ms Jenny and Ms Linh. Their personal attention to checking in guests would make the guests felt so pleased and welcomed to stay in this hotel. My group will definitely wish to stay in this hotel again if we ever visit Halong Bay again. And definitely would recommend this hotel to my friends too. The only feedback to the hotel management is to consider free access to the hotel gym and sauna befitting of an international 5-star rating accomodation. I believe this is the first 5-star rated hotel I stayed that charge a fee for the use of the gym and sauna.

The overall experience was excellent! The pictures in agoda are very accurate, you get good value for money. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating even for reservations to Yoko Onsen and our bus to Sapa. The pool has an overlooking view of the Halong bay. The price for the food is not too price-y so you could splurge a bit. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety. Ms. Chanh Ko Chua, helped us and even offered assistance. She made our vacation very memorable. I definitely will recommend this hotel.

“Amazing place to stay! But the massage service is the worst in my experience in Vietnam ”
We stayed one night and it was so clean and front staffs were so nice. We really enjoyed staying here but the spa massage was not good. We had 75 minutes full body massage and all of the massage stuffs were using their phone…. And the massage quality was so so…. We even paid the tips without any noticing …. Made our experience a little bit worse staying there……
