“素晴らしい都市の立地にある快適なホテル”

3泊滞在し、私たちの選択にとても満足しました。 ホテルは市の中心部にあり、立地が素晴らしかったです。 ホテル自体は非常に清潔で快適でした。 特に、フロントのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。私たちは遅めのチェックインでしたが、とても簡単でした。プールは小さかったですが、川の素晴らしい景色を楽しめました。 私たちの部屋は素晴らしく、街の素晴らしい景色が見え、2つのベッドと快適なバスルームがありました。枕は私たちの好みに比べると少し柔らかかったですが、大丈夫でした。 次回はぜひここに再度滞在したいと思いますし、このホテルを強くお勧めします。

金額に対する朝食最高、コストパフォーマンス最強。

“広い部屋で、窓があり、中心部にあります。”

安価で、部屋から花火を見ることができます。子供がいる家族には広々とした部屋なのでお勧めです。

“値段の割には良いホテル”

値段の割にしっかりしたホテルです。朝食ビュッフェも値段の割に品数十分。市の中心から少しだけ離れているが、ロケーションに問題がなければお勧め。

“ダナンでゆったり過ごせる場所”

ホテルにはドアマンがおり、凄く親切にしてもらえ、気さくに話せる人たちでした。 食事もビュッフェで多くの種類があり、楽しめました。ただ、デザート関連は出来合いのもの等であまり美味しく無かったのが残念です。 ホテルにはプールもあり、その横にジムがありホテルでゆったりするにはいい環境でした。 ただ、街へ出るには徒歩ではかなりきついです。 私達はバイクをレンタルしました。バイクは免許不要？で借りられ楽しい思い出になりました。 ただ、レンタル代金が街中で借りるより高く、すこし不満です。 あと、ダナンからフエまでの鉄道チケットをコンシェルジュにお願いしたら、チケット手配等全部していただけましたが、手数料がほぼ運賃と同じだけ取られました。鉄道利用の方は面倒でもご自身で取ることをお勧めします。 結果的には過ごしやすくいいホテルでした。

“立地場所が悪い以外は満足できるホテル”

ホテルの周辺にレストランは幾つかあるものの、選択肢はかなり狭く、少し離れた所へ行く必要がある。部屋のデスクにランプがあれば言うことなし。ただし、日本のテレビはNHK Worldしか視聴できないのは残念。

“ホテルの場所が”

海の近くという事ではビーチから５分くらいなので良いが、もっと良いビーチは少し足を伸ばせば他にもあるので、海メインを考えている人にはお勧めできない。街の中心地からもかなり距離があるので、タクシーかバイタクでいくしかない。

“ビジネスで泊りました”

　ホテルの両隣に３件のレストランがあります。左隣のローカルレストランはメニューに英語表示がありますが、右隣りの２件目の海鮮レストランはベトナム語表示のみです。両方とも手ごろな値段でおいしい味です。 　４泊したのですが、最後の朝に朝食レストランの女性スタッフが別れ際に淋しそうでした。

清潔なプールがあるが、プール客以外が立入る環境で利用する気にならなかったは残念。

Clean and reasonable rate. Location is good only for business travels since it's far from the beach. Staffs are limited at lobby to assist guests. Will come back.

“Large room, but a bit out dated”

We choosed the hotel since it was close to the bridges, and "everything" within walking distance. The staff was as tired as the rest of the hotel. We had a large room with a good view, but the room smelled detergents and "tired" interiour. The breakfast was the worst we had in Vietnam, unfortunatly, and they really stared us down at 9:30 - and wanted us to leave... Not the best experience unfortunatly.

It was a good experience to stay at Stay Hotel that I rested and refreshed in the very cool and windy weather in Danang.

“Nice staffs and atmosphere, but not enough service for massage”

I've stayed here for 4nights and 5days with my parents. The staffs were pretty nice and willing to help me out. The most thing I liked is that the hotel was very silent, so we could sleep very well. And every day, they cleaned the room and filled the amenity. But I'm sorry that their massage service was not good. they didn't satisfy with our needs. we told the staff that the pressure is too smooth and should be more strong several times, but they didn't reflect my voice. sorry to say that we were not satisfied with their massage service. and one more thing I would like to have told is breakfast. we liked the menu, but should be more various. most of the days we stayed had same menu. otherwise, we really liked the receptionist's service and the room :-)

“ Nice hotel & convenient location ”

Very clean hotel. The hotel located in 3 Thanh 2 street, quite easy to get reach to the city center & museum. The staffs were very friendly. Didn't see big tour guests. However, It would be great if the maintenance was paid more attention. The wall paper in our room was torn, the ventilation in the toilet was not working but they did come up to fix the ventilation fan very quickly. Anyway it was good for the rate we paid about 70usd/night for a deluxe twins.

“Stay here”

I only stayed one night, but I enjoyed it very much. The room was large and clean, and the aircon worked well. The breakfast was also very good. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

“Friendly staff but did not speak much english”

We had an awesome time overall..however the hotel staff did not speak much english even though it stated that they could. We asked for suggestions for local places to eat and shop but they could not understand, so we ended up searching everything on google ourselves. Other than this, overall stay was great!

“Good staff, clean hotel”

We stayed for 4 days, with a 4y old kid. The hotel staff is very nice & helpful, the hotel is clean & quiet. Mainly Korean & Japanese guests so in general very pleasant and not stressful environment even at buffet. Negative point: not so close from the beaches, arm, banking services, always have to take a cab even if it's only for short distance

Staff were great and I really enjoyed my stay here. Hotel website does need to be updated as there were things listed on the site that they no longer do.

It will be better if there is swimming pool for kids, and if there is hotel shuttle bus provided.

Hotel caters primarily to tour groups from the Asian countries. Hotel is in need of a major renovation. Shower screen is mouldy. Shower towels are torn due to over used and not replaced with new ones. Breakfast spread is not replenished after the swarm of tourists had their fill. Hotel failed to Honour late checkout request despite wrote in print. Last minute cancelled the late checkout. Front desk staff spoke in loud calloused manner unbefitting of customer care.

“Best hotel in Da Nang”

We stayed 4 nights at the Studio Suit Twin for 3 people. It's about $96 a night, worth every penny. This hotel has the best service, especially the bell boys, they're the best. Breakfast is really good with many selection. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we go back in 2017.

“Well presented hotel”

Only stayed a couple of nights but seemed to be one of the more stylish hotels for the price. There's not a great deal in the direct vicinity of it however so expect to have to play the taxi roulette if you want to get out and do anything worthwhile.

The hotel is very comfortable with good sized rooms and ammenities. The cheerful staff maintain a relaxed atmosphere while providing a 5-star professional service. I would be very happy to stay at The Northern again.

“Worst experience i ever had. Not 4 stars hotel ”

i booked this hotel on agoda and planed to spend weekend with my gf but the receptionist stopped us. She asked us to show marriage certificate that makes me crazy. I requested her to let me talk GM but guess what GM was busy she said. Finally she said you have to pay 20 usd more so she let us stay which makes us angry. Be careful while booking this hotel. She talked so impolite and unprofessional as the 4 stars hotel staff should be. Not recommended at all.

Upon arrival, lobby looks like a 4 star. Room was big let down though. TV was ridiculously small. Even though the hotel is only about a year old, the look of the room feels like at least 5 years or above.... In my opinion, 3 star, not more. Not really value for money.

I really enjoyed my stay at the 4 Star Northern Hotel in Da Nang. It is truly a 4 star experience and not some 4 star wanna be. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is great. Mt room had a nice view of the ocean and next door was a very peaceful coffee an tea restaurant. I highly recommend the Northern Hotel for both business travel and holiday travel. You will not be disappointed.

We had a good clean breeze from the sea in our room. 2 rooms are spacious and clean 3 if you like walking it is close to the cham museum, the bridges ( beautiful at night when lit up) many restaurants in the neighborhood. Staff is friendly and helpful.
