“Not so Good experience”
We have booked 2 rooms for 3 night from Agoda in Sofia boutique hotel . Credit card was given as gurantee purpose . As they couldn't charge the card the cancelled the booking. I again booked the same hotel at the day of arrival with a greater price than the previous booking. Upon arrival they tried to charge my card but failed so I had to pay it with Cash. The same card was used for every purchase in Vietnam so I guess their machine is faulty. We got rooms in 4th floor which is the highest floor. They don't have any lift so we have to carry our luggages through stairs . The receptionist helped though. The rooms were clean enough. But after some time we found the Ac is not working and the lights of the room keep going out in every five minutes due to some faulty sensor . After complaining the receptionist gives us another room but didn't update it in the system. In early morning while me and my wife were sleeping some guy from reception opened our room with master key. Later on he apologized and said that he didn't have the info that we were in that room. Breakfast was in set menu. Limited options were there but it was good. The location was very good . It is 5 minutes Walking distance from My khe beach.

“An Amazing Find in Da Nang!”
Han and her staff were amazing! This hotel is in the perfect location. Close to the beach with a market across the street. The restaurant was great! They served us a perfect breakfast of Pho, fruit, and Vietnamese Coffee. We look forward to staying with them again.

“Weekend for Yearly Marathon”
The location is quite near the venue. Staff are incredibly friendly and will assist you in anyway they can. My room is spacious for a solo traveler, although you can slightly hear the noise from the outside or other room. There's a lot of local restaurants around just about 10-20 minute walk. I'll definitely come back here again next year.

“조식 쌀국수 맛집! 새벽 체크인 시 주의 필요”
여기서 조식으로 먹은 포가 식당에서 먹는 것보다 맛있어요. 문제는 새벽에 체크인하러 갔는데 문 다 닫아놔서 헤매다가 그랩택시기사가 도와줘서 들어갔네요 카드 수수료가 2프로 붙는데 어리버리한 척 하면서 영 하나 더 붙이고 그러니까 정신 똑디 차리셔야합니다ㅎ

“すごく良い”
服務人員的態度極好，早餐也很不錯，雖然沒有電梯但是服務人員都會為我們搬運行李十分貼心。可惜的是飯店本身十分的老舊，冷氣不冷，浴室的牆上有一個不知道作用為何的孔洞裡面有很多頭髮…但是以這個給跟青年旅館一樣的價位來說，已經算是很舒適了。

“Helpful staff and accessible location”
For the price per night which includes a breakfast for two, it is such a steal. The staff is very hospitable and made our stay great. The restaurant downstairs is also convenient. The room is very big and clean.

“Revisited and disappointed ”
It is a bit outdated and needs renovation. It is situated far from the centre but close to the beach. Surrounded by high-rise hotels and a lot of construction going on. On my first trip i had a better experience but now i was disappointed

“Cheap but not very nice.”
We booked for 3 nights pre-paid but on checking in we decided not to stay. The window, shutters and balcony were very dirty (including cigarette ends), an electrical socket was hanging loose from the wall. We found a better albeit more expensive hotel. On the positive side, the owner did agree to assist us with a refund from Agoda. We were very grateful for this The refund was given in AgodaCash

“Phuong was great!”
Phuong received us and provided an amazing service! She gave great recommendations for food and where to visit. She organised transport and a visit to Marble Mointains. She arranged late check out, when we needed it. She anticipated all our needs. We felt super relaxed and well taken care off. Great host! The Banh Xeo was amazing and the coffee superb! Loved our stay in this small informal hotel!

“Best economic hotel at beach”
Best location just 100 m from central hub of beach. Clean and big room. Add ONS, staff provided best balcony room, help us to rent bike, help us in our iteranary, food at hotel is best,24*7 store in front of hotel and at last as like every Vietnamese hotel they greet us with big smile at every ocassion. Reception manager is best in their brigade.

“Nice little hotel”
We've got much more than expected from this little hotel. From outside it didn't look much attractive but inside the decoration make you feel warmly welcomed. The current receptionist team (Dec 2022) was very nice, sincere, and helpful. They've tried the best they could and they should be given credits for that. Breakfast was a la carte and mostly Vietnamese style so if you were a fan of British/American breakfast, you could be a bit disappointed. (Anyway, we hope they improve this soon) The place is in a walking distance to My Che beach and a nice seafood restaurant. We went there on a rainy day so nothing much on the beach we could do and we took the hotel's offer to go to its Emotion Spa in Sofia Spa hotel, which is a pricier and closer on the beach. The spa, which was reopened after COVID 19 break was great and not overprice. If you're looking for a friendly hotel and do not expect any luxurious, grand services and facilities, here is the place.

“Pleasant Surprise”
Actually stayed at Sofia Suites. Feared the worst when I was shifted from Sofia Boutique last minute but Sofia Suites turned out to be great. Clean rooms, nice breakfast and friendly/ helpful staff. Especially Pheonix on reception.

“Pleasent stay all around”
Pros: - nice and friendly staff - nice and tidy rooms - nice Restaurant (had launch and breakfast) Cons: - my room was to the streetside so it became quite noisy during rush hours I would recommend this place and will definitely stay there again when visiting Da Nang.

“Got moved to their sister hotel the Sofina”
We received an email from the Sofia the day before we checked in saying their construction had not yet ended and they offered to put us in their 4 star sister hotel the Sofina My Khe Hotel and Spa. We accepted. INCREDIBLE. WONDERFUL. SERVICE beyond expectations. I especially want to sing the praises of Trung and Trinh. Trung lives the ethic of service. He was there for whatever we needed. He gave us an incredible tour of his favorite spots in Da Nang which included the market, a special and unique tea shop/cafe on a little back street and the Contemporary Art museum. Truly amazing experience.. I strongly suggest that you check him and the tour out. He'll customized based on your needs. His English is incredible and he really knows the city and the people. Trinh also works the front desk on the afternoon shift. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us by name, and offered us fruit and a beverage. She too was there to cater to our every need. “Amazing, amazing place.”
Was supposed to stay at Sofia Boutique but because of renovation or similar they upgraded me and brung me to Sofiana Me Khe Hotel for FREE. Most likely my best hotelexperience ever, but I normally dont stay at 4 stars hotel. The wekcome was amazing, Skybar with swimmingpool was great, free breakfast was amazing so very nice and friendly staff, only around 100 meters to beach, several nice bars and restaurants around. Will absolutely recommend Sofiana Me Khe hotel great service to affordable prices.

“A lovely and memorable vacation. I'd definitely visit again when it is not the monsoon season. ”
We received excellent service from the staff. Some of them speak English and they tried to cater to our requests. The lack of a lift makes it a little hard for the elderly. Access to the beach was good but there were not much shopping in the area. It was very convenient to call for transport though. It was very cold in Ba Na Hills and thanks to the staff who kept reminding us to dress warmly, we were okay. It was a good trip but due to the weather, it definitely calls for another visit during the non monsoon season.

“a clean and safe hotel for ladies”
We had a one night stay at the property and was greeted by very helpful staff. They helped us to arrange a day trip on the very same day we arrived at Danang and gave valuable advice on the places to visit. Food was decent and tasty. When we checked out and were leaving for another city, the hotel staff went beyond to help us to communicate with our pre-arranged car driver who got lost trying to fetch us. We were grateful for such help that was rendered and they waited with us until the driver arrived. Great experience and awesome job done by the hotel team!

Staffs are very nice and helpful. Location is very good and close to the beach. Only 20 minutes or so from the airport. Room is clean and big enough for two of us.

“Great hospitality”
The staff was incredibly helpful. We approached the front desk for help to hire a driver to take us to Bana Hills, and bring us back to Da Nang for dinner before heading off to the airport. The managers from 2 different shifts helped us made all the arrangement and we just had to kick back and relax. Breakfast was a feast. You can order pho on top of the breakfast spread ! The room was clean and tidy. Although it had a bit of musty smell. Perhaps due to the humid weather of the place. It would also be helpful for us to know that there isn't a lift in the building so that we can request for a knee friendly floor. Otherwise, the staff and the place deserve a 5-star ratings!

“Great stay”
There was a problem with my AC unit, they informed me when I arrived. They offered me a free upgrade to their sister hotel a short distance away and gave me the choice to stay for one night till the AC was fixed or to stay for the entire 6 day of my trip. I stayed at the sister hotel and was treated fantastic. Both are Sophia properties and I recommend both.

“Great stay”
The staff here were exceptional, all of them. Extremely helpful friendly and polite. Breakfast was great, buffet style, varied and changed every day. Room clean and serviced every day. We really enjoyed our 3 days here and would definitely stay again !

“The perfect small hotel !”
Great location, close to, but not on, the beach and in an up- market area of nice restaurants, big hotels and new luxury high-rise condos. Wonderful buffet breakfast as it is also a restaurant. Excellent staff, so charming and helpful. Pleasant enough rooms, though I hear they plan to up- grade them soon. On the whole, a very pleasant place, which I highly recommend!

“The staff can't be beat!”
The staff is just wonderful. They're welcoming with a smile, remember your name, have actual conversations, and care about you having a nice experience in Danang. The room was excellent, breakfast was full of variety. The only problem is rooms that face the street can be noisy from the occasional car horns. Nothing the hotel can do about that though, it's part of the environment. I'm a light sleeper and it actually didn't bother me. I slept well and would gladly come back during my next visit.

Hotel sorrounded by many restaurant. All the staff helpfull with a big smile. We really enjoy stay there even only 1 nite. We had welcome drink , some slices fruit and cold towel for face , love it special in hot day. Thanks a lot .

“Such nice people ”
We stayed 3 nights at Sofia & the staff were fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble, super friendly & great service. The breakfast was really good, lots of variety & plenty of good food, great coffee & overall choices. Lunch was very tasty as well, the location is close to the beach, a short walk away.

“Wonderful staff, nice hotel”
The location is so good that just a short walk to a beautiful beach. I stayed in a family suit which is spacious and clean. Restaurant serves delicious food although it is not much choice for breakfast but it is still great. The hotel staff are the most lovely staff I have ever met. They are super helpful, friendly and caring. Miss them and I will be back....

“Near beach, caring staff”
I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to visit Da Nang. The location is very good, just a short walk to the beautiful beach. My family stayed in a family suit which is spacious & clean. The staff there are super friendly and caring. 10/10 stars for them!

“Excellent Value”
You definitely get more than you bargained for. ONLY 2 negatives - no pool and no lift. BUT for the price - its fantastic - and it is one of the most friendliest Hotels that I have stayed in for a LOOOONG time. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!

“Best service I've received at a hotel”
The staff at this hotel were exceptional in their service. Great rooms with a great balcony view of the city and a nice, quiet homely feel. The staff really made us feel like part of the family with daily conversations and above and beyond helpfulness. Would highly recommend to all travellers.

“5 Star Staff”
It's almost a bizarre experience getting such nice treatment from hotel staff in Asia, or anywhere for that matter. They are truly a kind bunch, and they speak English pretty well. Bed was comfortable, and it's a short walk to the beach. I would pass on the city itself, but the hotel staff was great.

Great hotel. Lovely sweet staff. Wonderful buffet and hot breakfast. Gracious, large room with large balcony. Noisy road outside but didnt impinge. Restaurant food rather bland to cater for foreigners I presume.

“Just only one draw back- no elevator. Otherwise everything is so good. Specially staffs, best. .”
Best staffs, very cordial. Restaurant serves good food too. Try chicken cashew nut. Breakfast is good, not much option for halal foodies though. But staffs will try to help you always with your food.
