The facilities are good. Location is excellent. Room had cockroaches which were a nuisance. The breakfast is an issue. Indian Chicken and egg eaters will be able to manage but options are limited. Vegetarian options are limited as well. There is a good indian restaurant called Lazeez which is a saviour. The staff is very helpful. Airport pickup us available at reasonable price. “Unprofessional staff behaviour ”
The staff behaviour is definitely not up to the mark. They need serious level of training on how to treat guests. No proper door mat in the entire room. Asked for an extra towel for my baby but they refused to provide one. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.

The Jr Suite is a big room. Try to get a higher floor to enjoy the ocean view but be aware those room face the sun is get hot if the AC can't keep up. The only negative is the shower head is small and weak flow rate.

It faces the sea but the windows are not cleaned so salt water stains, hence not a great view. Breakfast spread is good but it doesn’t actually start at 6:30 AM like they promise, still a few things being setup till 6:45 AM, its a problem depending on your tour call time. Laundry Service is super expensive because it’s not weight based. The restaurants nearby didn’t seem to be great so the location of this hotel may not be good for tourists

“Rude staff behavior and senseless policies ”
Our stay at Sekong in Da Nang was deeply disappointing, all due to the hotel's rigid policies and unprofessional staff. While the location was great, offering a beautiful sunrise view over the beach, the service completely ruined our experience. We checked in at 1 a.m. after a delayed flight, exhausted but relieved to finally get some rest. The problems started the next morning when we realized that despite booking a room for three people, we were only given two towels. A simple request for an additional towel turned into an unnecessary, heated argument with the hotel staff. Instead of accommodating the request politely, they insisted that three towels had already been provided and outright accused us of misplacing or even stealing one. To make matters worse, they sent a staff member to inspect our washroom and luggage, as if we were criminals over a missing towel. This level of distrust and disrespect was completely unacceptable. On top of that, the hotel had strange, inflexible policies—only three bottles of water per day, three sachets of coffee, and absolutely no extra amenities beyond their daily limit. Coming from India, where hospitality is a top priority, this kind of treatment was shocking. The way the staff argued with us, raised their voices, and treated us with suspicion completely ruined our day. Instead of resolving the issue with professionalism, they escalated it, leading to a stressful confrontation that delayed our city tour and soured our experience in Da Nang. I would strongly NOT recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and guest-friendly stay. A beautiful location means nothing if the staff is unwelcoming and the policies make guests feel like they’re being monitored instead of taken care of. There are plenty of other hotels in Da Nang that value customer service—this is not one of them. Rating: ⭐ (1 Star)

It’s close to the beach, but not close to the main drag of restaurants. Nice cafes and stuff about 5-10 minute walk away. For some reason, the house keeping would knock on my door every single day at 9:30am, and then I’d tell them to come back later. When I did return to my room, my bed was made but with the same exact sheets, for 3 nights. Begs the question, what’s the point? Also, the doors to each room are impossible to close quietly, you literally have to slam it. Which isn’t great.

“Very good value for money”
We stayed here 3 nights, the room was very clean and we had everything we needed for a confortable stay. The furniture looks a bit old, but in very good condition. We could also rent a scooter from the hotel reception. The breakfast was good with both asian and european options. Very good value for the price we paid.

Our stay at Sekong hotel was short but sweet. The staff are welcoming and helpful. They are easy to talked to and are willing to assist you with your personal needs. The hotel is near the beach so you get to have an easy access of it. We were impressed of how clean our room is. Overall, I will recommend this hotel and might book again once I get back in Da Nang.
