“good location ”
very good location, convenient to walk to national mall, 7 minutes walk to metro connecting airport. Room is okay, bedding is too soft.

“PHONE???”
This is a lovely facility which speaks to a time past in terms of the main floor classic, open decor in stark contrast to the clean white & tiny space decor of the room. The staff person, a man, who was on when I checked in was pleasant and helpful, just what you need after a day of travel. However, later, when attempting to set a wake up call, to order room service or to use the room's telephone at all, I was met with a busy signal using any or all of the 'buttons'. I even tried to place a local call to the front desk, but was only met with a busy signal. No one thinks to check if the phone is working until you want to use it, so this was rather annoying and should not have been the case. At checkout, I was told I should have come down to report it - really? Get dressed again to deal with something that was likely the case before I arrived? The location was good for the business I was tending. No idea about the food here....

“Decent facility, great location ”
Rooms are a bit dated and our room had limited hooks and drawers for putting stuff away. It was a good value and great central location, staff were uniformly nice and helpful. And you can ask to have a mini fridge delivered to your room if desired.

“Classic hotel in DC”
I attended a convention in DC and this hotel had the best rates at the last minute. The hotel is charming and classic, with a taste of old world glamour and style. The room was not large, but was definitely not 'too small'. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only small complaint is the lack of a fridge/microwave in the room, but that wasn't a huge issue. Definitely will stay again.

“Charming but small”
Nice European style hotel at a great location. My room while a very good value was tiny. For a one-night stay I was fine with it but anything longer wouldn't have worked. I presume there are larger rooms if you want to pay more.

Amazing proximity to conference center. Workout room was nice but a little warm. Otherwise everything was good!

“Lovely historic hotel that is well located ”
Tidy, clean and effectively arranged smallish room. Lovely staff. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is that my room had a defective thermostat. The heat was either on full time or I turned it off.

“Lots of character in a great location! ”
I really liked the Henley for its classic European style and its great location right next to train stops and Chinatown. It is an older hotel, so the heater in the room was incredibly loud and you could hear every time anyone opened or shut a door on that hallway. But it was quiet after hours. I’m just a very light sleeper, so that was challenging.

“Good value”
This is a rather intimate hotel, with small public areas, elegant in an old-fashioned kind of way. The fitness room is very tiny, but has the basics. The rate I got through agoda was really excellent. I have no complaints.

“Lovely Hotel”
I like smaller and older hotels with class. I prefer older , smaller hotels . This hotel fits the bill. It used to have good dining but food service has not been opened up as yet. Plenty of eateries around.

“Beautiful Boutique Stay”
Upon arrival at the Historic Henley Hotel, my husband and I were treated like royalty. The desk clerk Nufu and the guard on duty assisted us on unloading our luggage taking it to the well appointed room and parking our vehicle. The room was lovely and quaint. I travel extensively for work and it was a treat to receive the boutique experience and not the drudgery of the "chain" hotels. Our stay was lovely, and the service impeccable. We even enjoyed a meal at the restaurant. The service team was very professional and accommodating. We highly recommend visiting and staying at the historic Henley Hotel.

“Nice little room near convention center”
The room was quite small but it had everything I needed to serve as my base as I went to a conference at the Center nearby. Might have felt too small if two people were staying but for one it was fine. Very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.

“Old and Outdated”
I came w/my small child. There was no microwave on premises, and when asked about a fridge I was given an old, peeling fridge that had to be over 20yrs old. The elevator smelled old as though its carpet walls needed shampooing. No ramp for strollers. ALL of the room outlets were loose and made phone charging hit-or-miss. But it was cheap for the area. Housekeepers super nice.

“Clean and best location in DC”
Very good location to trip downtown in DC. Very kind staffs. Also clean bed and hot shower. But little noisy in the morning since it is middle of downtown.

DC에서 이용하기에 꽤 괜찮은 호텔이라고 생각합니다. - 특별한 서비스나 친철함을 기대하지 않는다면 문제없고, - 방과 욕실은 좁지는 않으며 - 와이파이 괜찮고 - 침대 메트리스가 괜찮고 욕조가 있어 숙면에 도움이 되었으나 샤워시 수압이 너무 약해 불편함을 느낄 수 있습니다. - 룸에 개별 냉장고와 실내화가 없는게 계절에 따라서는 불편할 수 있습니다.

“すごく良い”
Hôtel qui ne vaut pas 5 étoiles. 2cm de jour sous les portes. Simple vitrage. Bruit d’une Clim ou autre dans la chambre voisine toutes les 5 minutes. Pourtant nous avions demandé une chambre calme. Déçu de notre choix. Nous n’y reviendrons jamais.

“Schönes kleines Hotel”
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und schön. Die Lage des Hotels ist günstig und es ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.

“Good price and great locaton”
This was the best price I could find for a weekend stay in DC. The hotel room was small but clean and had needed amenities. The location was perfect for sight seeing and attending baseball game. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
