“2night stay”
TV didn't work and when we said something they said it would be taken care of within the next 30 minutes and that never happened. When they clean the rooms they leave all lennans and trash in hallway for extended period of time. Power ououtage during our stay for 10+ and was told we had to wait till Management came in next day to resolve issues. Elevators didn't work and had to use our phone flashlights to get around hotel.

“Horrible General Manager ”
It was a power outrage during our stay your staff are all nice and pleasant talking about refund they asked me to call the hotel to speak with the general manager to get a full refund l. I spoked with the general manager on the phone asking if we can do the full two nights refund for the inconvenienced strong rain, we are on the 5th floor no elevator and we need to find another hotel that charged us more than what we expected. Yes it’s ok to give us one night refund but please as a “General Manager” can you please be polite!!??instead of apologizing !? You sounds like it’s our fault we never heard any sorry or apology from you as a “General Manager”!!!

“Thanks a bargain for the money but no no creature comforts”
The staff here is a lot to be desired they're not friendly they are on their cell phones and having conversations amongst themselves while they're trying to check you in it's very very annoying the sweets themselves are quite nice for the price and they are kept fairly clean I recommend it if you want to you know I'll barking place to stay by the airport

“If kids are happy,mama is happier ”
Indoor pool (new owners close it till 1pm which sucks for kids that have to chk out at 11) Free breakfast Great location Breakfast staff can at least put a smile on their face and as much as it's annoying when customers are late to grab something to eat, put coffee away last or maybe keep it out with some bagels/sweet rolls till chk out.

“Staff sucks”
This hotel isn't bad it's it's very outdated but the rooms are sizable and they're clean the locations near the airport so it's you know it's convenient the staff absolutely horrible they don't care at all they give you no attention when you're at the front desk checking in they are talking amongst themselves about you know God knows what I'm talking on the phone to other people checking your text messages they're horrible

“Skip this hotel”
Don't stay there the people at the front desk are as rude as rude as rude as they can be I mean rude they were staring at me as though you know I was riff Raff kept emphasizing how they have to have a deposit as though I couldn't pay it a deposit I stay at 4 star hotels everywhere I go I just happened to need this hotel for the night because they were doing fumigation in my building and I need to just a little place to go all they were horrible the room was not too bad but it was very mediocre it's very near the airport that's the only bonus if you're flying somewhere but the staff ruined the whole experience

“Run while you can”
This hotel was horrible, we had to switch rooms 3 times. We were traveling with small children and they were not accommodating at all while switching rooms. Meaning we had to pack up our family and go downstairs just for them to give us another key and go right back upstairs. You’d think they would bring us the key and help us move since it was their neglect that made us move. How does your shower not work and you don’t know?! That room should not have even been available. The walls were cracked there was missing tile in the bathrooms. For a name like “quality” there was surely NOTHING QUALITY about them.

“NO NO NO”
The young lady at check in was exceptional. The rest of the facility is a filthy disaster. Shower curtain fell out of wall anchors and Mr. Fix It brought towels to cover the floor so that I could shower without a curtain. Yes, HE DID! Too much deferred maintenance to list. Was a nice place 25 years ago. If it looks too good to be true...

All bed sheets are all dark white not even clean or even change because still smell a perfume and cigarette smoke. I’m wondering why the room is non smoking but all the rest rooms has a mark of cigarette burnt mark. Every week we are here saw all different room some of them are broken tissue holders, broken shower curtain handle and most of all that I don’t like much the smell cigar. Front desk are not friendly sometimes they are rude.

“stay for 2 days ”
It really needs to be updated, smells, people smoking weed and cigarettes in the non smoking rooms, I had bugs in my room and a leak had to be moved , They try to keep it clean but it's just so old it doesn't help ,I've stayed at quality inns before and this one is very disappointing

“Bed Sheet and Towel”
Every Sunday as in weekly we are there til Tuesday. Bed sheet, towel is not change. The room smell smoke of cigarette even we requested Non smoking but still front desk gave us the stinky room can’t breath with the smell, no light in the bathroom and no lights on the sink that was terrible I asked to transfer us different room.

“One of my worst stays ever”
Had my wife’s bag stolen and that wasn’t doing so bad. Needless to say tried to talk to management and to the customer service line and no resolution was ever found over many of the ISSUES that my wife and I encountered. Have stayed here many times in the past but this experience has made it so we are no longer future guest

“We were so disrespected ”
The ladies at the front desk need attitude adjustments. Just saying, I know you get bad customers/difficult guest sometimes, but not all the guest are trying to be difficult. I mean take my paying party. They just want to get at least what’s always been paid for already. I mean you don’t have to be super nice to us but at the very least don’t be disrespectful. “Needs Work”
Common area rugs need serious cleaning. Breakfast always lack non-coffee drink choices. Internet has an unacceptable signal strength. The lobby computer has not worked since at least March.

My toilet overflowed over night the guy at the front desk couldn’t come up until 4am so he was nice about it… but when I told the lady with the greenish/blue hair around 6:30 am she only gave me one towel because maintenance wasn’t there. It didn’t help with nothing

“Filthy Rooms with inconsiderate front desk staff”
Don't get deceived by the pricing. It's not worth it. Stayed there for 3 days with family. 1. Front desk is understaffed and inconsiderate. 2. Rooms are filthy, no room service in 3 days. 3. Not at all worth the price. Families pls stay away!

“Horrible hotel”
We needed a handicapped room and it smelled horrible. They moved us to another room that was filthy. The entrance area to the hotel had trash and cigarette butts all over the grounds. The entrance door had crushed crackers all over floor. The carpet had horrible stains everywhere showing that no one bothered to steam clean it at all. This is a three year old hotel thet looks like it's been around for a long time. There was n o one to greet you upon entering. Got a refund and left.

“Very kind staff”
Very kind staff but very dirty room. The place looked like it was really nice at one point but has not been well kept. Leaks in the ceiling with toilet paper shoved up in it, stuff in the toilet when I got to my room, hair on the counter, just a very gross dirty feeling staying in the room. “No reciept”
The hotel was unable to provide an itemized reciept for military travel and advised I contact the third party company that made the reservation. Lights were out in the room, lamp shades were missing. Housekeeping just didn't clean the room. The staff was lazy and rude. Breakfast was good.

“Stay”
cleanliness, convenience, ratemy husband and I were visiting while celebrate our anniversary. The check in was smooth although the desk receptionist wasn't customer friendly. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The night shift desk receptionist was very pleasant. The hot breakfast is appealing yet their variety for non pork eating guest was slim. Overall our stay was great. We would recommend this hotel to others.

“Quality suites ”
El hotel deja mucho que desear por el precio que se paga , pero la mayoría de hoteles son así a no ser que sean mucho más caros. Deberían de mejorar la hostelería en toda usa. Porque es una vergüenza. Las habitaciones tienen un olor horrible , la moqueta desprende un olor asqueroso. El ascensor apesta. Poco personal. Lo único favorable es el jardín y que tiene bastante aparcamiento.

“Recent Stay at Quality Suites”
Not a bad stay for what you pay. Will say that there were cockroaches in my room which was unpleasant but you pay for what you get. Everything else was decent, enough for two people to sleep soundly.
