“Dirtier than a trap house.”
Found a weave on ground upon check in. The couch looked worse than porno casting couch. Told the manager and he could careless. Coffee pot in room was broken and again the manager could careless. For the amount of money I spent here I didn't come close to being satisfied. When checking out the person in front of me told a story of utter disgust cause he had to go to Walmart to buy new sheets. Horrible location and horrible staff to go with a disgusting room. Will not recommend and will spread this review to everyone i know in Tampa. Horrible!

The renovations to this place were amazing . The staff were friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back in the future.

The hotel clerk refused to allow me to book in. Than told another guest I was a street walker. I was approached for sex bc of the staff.

“Do not go here!”
This hotel room did not meet the basic requirements promised by Quality Inn and Suites. The first problem upon entering the room was the strong smoke/mildew oder. Our eyes were burning within minutes. The room as a whole was dark and dirty. Lights and fixtures were broken or missing. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was missing. Mildew in the shower. Every fabric had some sort of smell or questiobable stain. We ended up not staying the night and just drove three hours back home due to the condition of the room. My wife's birthday was basically ruined.

“good location, quiet place ”
The hotel is under construction or repairment but the air conditioning in my room 128 is noisy, the bathroom door has a loud squeaking noise, I do reported at the front desk at the time I checked out. (needs WD-40), but in general I would stay again

“Big comfortable bed”
Big room, big bed and clean. Shortfalls are location, and their claimed complimentary breakfast is only coffee (no juice) and couple of pre-packed cereal bars.

Definitely shouldn’t be no overly priced hotel. Our room was right in space. Peoples hair was on the floor. Shower was dirty. Also bed was made like someone had just hopped outta it.

Damp musty old smell was the first clue. Pool water was the color of my eyes....hazel. Staff kept saying 'Oh the pump broke yesterday but we just fixed will be ready this afternoon' - I don't think the brown water and tile around the pool happened overnight. Didn't expect a good breakfast and don't usually eat continental breakfast anyway, however, not ever seen anything this poor. Frozen pancakes floating in water. The 2 yogurts from the day before....still sitting there, nothing remotely edible. The courtyard garden, fountain and stucco building structure were actually nice - it's unfortunate it's not being kept up.

“Comfortable stay”
The only reason I did not give 5 stars for value for money and facilities is because I reserve 5 stars for superbly excellent, brand new facilities and value such as getting a 4 star experience for $90 or less. This hotel is probably a 4 star hotel but on weekends can be $117 to get a room. The location gets 4 stars only because there are not many restaurants or stores that are close to walking distance, but if you order delivery that doesn't matter anyways.

“Not quite what we expected ”
Don’t stay here if you don’t have a car as there are no shops, bars, restaurants within walking distance. There are some biscuits and crisps that you can buy at reception. We didn’t get to sample breakfast on either day, as on our first day it was all cleared away by 9am and on our departure day we had to leave before breakfast started. In other words the time it’s available is quite small compared to other places we’ve stayed. The pool area is nice and towels are provided. The area is very quiet but the air conditioning in the room was the noisiest I’ve ever experienced. Finally we reported an issue with our hand basin where the water didn’t drain away, this wasn’t attended to during our stay.

“Cobraram $40 de taxi”
Quarto reformado, filtro do ar estava tão sujo que o ar não esfriava. Café da manhã só tem waffle, suco e iogurte. Escolhi por ser mais barato, me cobraram $40 de taxa. Ainda bem que foi só uma noite Nunca mais
