“Good hotel”
I always stay here when I come to town it's a good hotel. Although the fire alarm went off this morning at 7 am and woke everyone up it was scary because I have ptsd idk who did that but ughhhh. Then I look outside n seen 2 family's fleeing and I'm on the 5th floor so I was a little freaked out first thing in the morn

Everyone is nice and friendly. I have stayed here during the summer as well and it is definitely my favorite hotel!

“最高!”
The staff were beyond friendly! When I walked into the room it was extra clean which in all honestly I was not expecting since I had a bad experience elsewhere. Very quiet as well and I was on the first floor fairly close to the lobby. The only thing that was disappointing was the wifi. It kept going in and out making it a little difficult for me to work. I would definitely stay here again though.

“Last Minute Stay”
I had to stay a few nights (re-booking almost every night) due to an emergency. Staff was very accommodating and allowed me to stay in the same room the entire time. Able to secure a room last minute, pretty clean (despite the hole in the carpet) and everything worked. The view in the back was beautiful at sunset as well!

“Same price no breakfast ”
The hotel was nice but the fact that you guys still charged full price and you don't even serve breakfast anymore let me know you don't care about the customer

Having a room with a kitchen, even though I didn't use it, for the same price as a regular hotel room was nice.

“went for bts concert”
although physically close to metlife very inconvenient to get there without a car. cannot walk across bridge. i would recommend staying near secaucus junction instead. i requested twin beds through agoda but they said since 3rd party site they didn’t receive it and couldn’t accommodate. refrigerator fan was loud in room. window was stuck open partway. bus to nyc was good.

“Drugs, prostitutes, semens on the floor”
Check in was a nightmare, ran into a receptionist who was ‘high’, couldn’t figured out how to check in and she let it out on the other poor guy who was trying to do his job. Room: there is a kitchen but no utensils were provided, we asked for bedsheet for the pull out bed and it was first time in my life staying in a hotel and was told I have to walk to the receptionist myself to get it. There were sticky stuffs on the floor, you don’t want to take your shoes off until you reach your bed. There was a man that looks like homeless was shouting and yelling at night and a lady that dressed up nicely arguing with him by our corridor. Cops came and arrested him.

“非常に満足”
central location for my purpose while in Secaucus. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Grab and go breakfast could be better and longer. Comfort level of the beds not the greatest. Hot water for showers leaves much to be desired usually lukewarm.

如果開車到紐約市探訪親友，又不想住到擁擠的市内， 這酒店是個好選擇。停車免費，很近Lincoln Tunnel （進城收費$16; Lincoln Tunnel和George Washington Bridge可以付現金）。 這個連鎖酒店都有小厨房方便煮食。這間酒店比我住過的另外幾間管理得好一點。

La gerente es fatal trata a los clientes más de paso está de puerta en puerta y no respeta la privacidad de los huéspedes es lo peor te ponen límites para quedarte en el Hotel y trata mal a los clientes no lo recomiendo deberían de cambiar a la Gerente dominicana es la Peor no es la Indicada para ese puesto Creo qué hay personas mejores preparadas

“Nope will not be back ”
Gave this hotel a try for business trip. On arrival saw garbage rolling around the parking lot. Lobby felt like it was intake for a jail. Staff was nice.. Booking site and hotel website lists BREAKFAST. That was not exactly true. A breakfast nook with coffee and granola bars/muffins. Oh a instant oatmeal
