“Hospital visit with class”
Came to town from 3 hours away for an outpatient procedure. The hotel made the whole experience feel carefree and luxurious. Super comfy beds, complimentary drink coupons (good for N/A AND alcoholic options) complimentary reusable metal bottle and some of the best smelling hotel soap I've ever used!

“最高!”
It’s a nice hotel, very stylish but rooms are closed to road, vehicles on the road at night made big noises sometimes. If you like a quiet sleeping environment, not recommended. Staff are nice. No breakfast available.

We stayed for one night. Overall the experience was good. The location is near Westlake station so we easily found our way here. They give awayfree bottled water with a cute design and a drink of your choice so that was cool!

“Super cute boutique hotel ”
Love that everything here is tied to pineapple, they got stuff toy in the room with pineapple theme and pineapple water served down in the lobby. We really enjoyed the stay, the welcome drink and the service, but not very much on the gym and the very thin wall. You can literally hear everything outside and it’s just disappointing to learn that the gym is not opening to public for the time we were staying…

“Couple outing ”
Location was perfect for everything we were doing. We felt safe and could walk any direction and find food or activities. Staff was pleasant. As all the reviews said in the past, the added activity fee is pretty steep for the basics of WiFi & streaming especially when the fitness room is down.

“Good location for museum tourists”
The hotel was funky, quiet, clean, and centrally located. The kids enjoyed the shuffleboard and tabletop games, and all of the staff were very nice. Would stay again.

“Nice, clean hotel, centrally located. ”
Hotel 5 was incredibly cozy, with nice amenities and convenient off street parking (for an extra charge). My only complaint was they put me in a room next to the elevator which had a lot of semi noisy traffic both nights throughout the night, but that is a potential problem at any hotel. Would recommend staying here, just request a room away from the elevator.

“My fave hotel ”
I have my dog with me when I am in town and they're pretty few is definitely affordable and they always provide treats, dog bowls, doggie bags and the funds are my favorite i always get the king suite or the urban suite both of which be are spectacular and will with 200 i will say though the prices vary depending on the dates I've seen the rings cost 500 sine nights which i would not pay and they don't offer a laundry room however I'm pretty sure they do pretty dry cleaning

“Everything Pineapple!”
The hotel was in a good location, which made it very walkable to most tourist attractions. Very colourful surroundings celebrating everything pineapple! A big thank you to Amara on reception for being so friendly and hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble. My room was very comfortable with lovely bedding, fluffy towels and dressing gown. Coffee machine was used constantly and you had as much bottled water as you wanted. Hot water in a powerful shower. What more do you need!

Really unique stay, but the free perks are not really free. They charge $30 for the perks, and state that they charge $37 for parking, but it is $47

“Cheap and cheerful”
I stayed here one night for work, and I was grateful for the quick, cheerful service and low price. The welcome drink was a really nice touch. The hotel itself is tidy and quiet, and the beds are extremely comfortable. I would totally come back here if I were traveling on a budget!

“pros and cons”
pros: Laminate flooring instead of rugs, so much cleaner Good location Lovely staff Monorail outside the window more of a low swish than a loud rattle K-cup coffee maker in the room, so bring your fave pods.1 cons: Heater was quite noisy, I had to turn it off to get any sleep (despite 30s outside overnight, and trying earplugs first) You can hear every banging door in the hallway, from early morning to late at night. Exercise bike in the tiny gym was dead. Only non dairy 'creamer' (sugary chemicals), no UHT half and half.

“Superb!”
Pineapple theme is so cute! The pineapple shaped cookie is yummy and the staff is very friendly. Room is clean, bedding is soft and no struggle with the bedding sheet because they use duvet cover. The location is great. Several landmarks and shopping malls are in walking distance (10-15min) and the monorail station is close by for easy transportation to and from the airport. Highly recommended!

“Great location and cost effective”
This is the hotel with a great location, good services, and cost effective. You will be helped by 10 USD/ room breakfast , cleaning service before 10 am. What else do you need for a hotel? Stay at pineapple is the answer!

“New look for an older property”
An older hotel that has been freshened up. Location is within walking distance of Pike Place market. Staff were friendly and efficient. Queen bed room was small but OK for a one-night stay; would probably be bothersome to me for a longer stay. Bed covers consisted of two individual Euro-style duvets rather than traditional sheets and blankets. The hotel took pride in these duvets, but they were annoying to the two of us when they frequently slid off the bed multiple times throughout the night. They were a poorly executed idea. Overall, we had an OK stay because we got a good price. But at a higher price point, we would look elsewhere. Price /value is subjective and we all have to decide what constitutes a good value.

“Convenient Location”
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very small and the lighting in the bathroom is awful but we enjoyed our stay nevertheless. Convenient location for walking everywhere!

“最高!”
Overall it was a great stay. Be prepared to pay the amenities fee which is basically a way for you to prepay for the “free snack credit” haha. The room was very clean and there was a nice lounge in the lobby. It’s in a very walkable location. We went to the museum of pop culture while we stayed here but there are a ton of bus stops around so you can get anywhere easily. The only downside was when we checked in in the evening, they were very short staffed so we had to wait in a long line to check in because the check in desk is also the snack bar unfortunately.

“Front Desk Staff Kelvin was super helpful! ”
I was traveling Seattle without any plans. We just go where ever we feels like on the day, hence we only book hotel the night before. We stayed at StayPineapple for three nights in total with three different bookings. Kelvin was the one who made it effortless! Very understanding and thoughtful. I can tell he was trying to help me out and make my stay a very comfortable one. Super sincere!

“Quaint Hotel”
We loved this place. After staying in various hotels including 5 star while holidaying in the USA, Staypineapple at Hotel Five was our last stop. It has a very homely, cosy atmosphere and the decor is surprisingly different. Everything incorporates the Pineapple theme which is very appealing. All the staff were wonderful. The included breakfast was a surprise and more than adequate (not a full buffet). Great central location within walking distance of the major attractions. The monorail runs past but did not affect our sleeping as it does not run 24 hours. We would definitely stay here again and reccommend it to any traveller. If you are sick of the higher class hotels with their extravagant pricing then STAYPINEAPPLE IS THE PLACE TO STAY.

“Great location, accommodation and staff”
I was very impressed by the hotel. Loved the wacky decor and video. Everything was better than expected would certainly stay again if I was in Honalulu again.

Thanks for your excellent service and I will stay here next time if I have the opportunity for travelling Seattle again. I also appreciate the staffs (the gentleman who serviced around 10:30AM~11:30AM on 24MAY and the lady who serviced around 06:30PM~07:30PM) provided keeping luggage service for us.

“Room super small, bathroom not all that clean”
They gave us a room in the corner at the end of the hall, it was super small, bathroom could use more cleaning walls and ceiling where dirty

“It’s worth!”
Good hotel to stay for tourist. Good location which nearby all the attraction places. Comfy beds with soft duvet. Hotel staff are nice and informative . Shutter bus s provided to Pike place market. Overall is good to stay !

I made an error booking the wrong date and despite showing a day after up I was charged for the date I didn’t attend. Despite supporting the hotel with my business there was zero understanding on Agoda and this hotel’s part.

“Great hotel”
I can not say enough about how great our stay was. The room and hotel were clean. The lobby was lots of fun. The staff were great and seemed to take a liking to my dog. Lots of treats! Loved playing shuffle board and having a few drinks. Will totally recommend.

“Great location ”
Staff great throughout. Room was a good size with everything you would need. Stayed for one night but was a great find. Could of done with more tea-coffee but that’s the only negative. Didn’t really use the facilities so can’t comment

“Disappointed ”
Really disliked your bedding with no sheets . I do not want to make My own bed on vacation. The instructions you offer were too small print and we unhelpful Very disappointed in beds, the bed pulls away from headboard and slides out so you can’t sit up in bed and relax. 0 stars on your beds

“soundproofing”
At night when I was sleeping, I could hear the hallway and received outside sounds. I hope I can improve the soundproofing. Everything else is very good. This time I use a hotel to rent a bicycle. It is very convenient.

“Anniversary Stay ”
Enjoyed staying here, all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They had suggestions for places to go eat at. The room itself was small but nice. Very clean visibly but I dropped my phone and fell under the bed and noticed a substantial amount of dust which is normal just think it can be cleaned here and there. Other than that everything was great!
