“What a value! ”
We were so lucky to find this great hotel! Big room, comfy bed quiet and clean, in a safe location! And the price! So very reasonable. Short drive to many restaurants and shopping . Will certainly stay here again.

“OK place to stay in a great area with some concerns.”
Lobby clean, spacious and updated. Breakfast, included, was impressive. Consistently replenished. Included cereals, waffle maker, sausage and egg biscuit sandwich, fruits, packaged muffins, coffee, teas, juices. Attendant quick in cleaning tables and restocking breakfast area. Taylor, front desk agent was five stars! We had a mishap with our reservation, and she cleared it up for us. All while helping other guest check in or provide them with information needed. A great multi-tasker! Now for the downside of Wingate. The rooms need some serious updating. No UBS ports, noisy fans in bathrooms. Although clean badly dated. Shower/ tub area was missing shelves, Caulking needed replacing, making the bathroom even more drab. hopefully the rooms will be updated soon.

“A little overpriced but would stay again.”
We stayed during a busy weekend so I believe that was reflected in the price. Hotel was very clean with a friendly staff. Breakfast was better than expected and the breakfast attendant was wonderful! Only negatives were noise coming from the room above and the room was a little rough in the bathroom. It was clean but looked like a do it yourself remodel was done recently.

“The smell ”
The room smelled like a homeless person lived there. The bathroom wall and ceiling had mold. The shower curtain rod had rust. The blankets had stains. Not a pleas t stay at all.

“Excellent Sized Room!”
We were greeted by the very friendly Jasmine...she was awesome! She even gave us a dining suggestion which was perfect for what we were looking for. We were then pleasantly surprised with our King-bed suite...loved the size and room layout! It made us feel like we were staying someplace a lot more expensive.

“Expected more from a Wyndham ”
No USB ports in rooms and most other hotels have that. Hallway rugs stained. Several cosmetic flaws in room. I just expected better. The front desk lady was outstanding and helped me charged my phone.

“2 thumbs down”
We walked into our room and found a giant bug on the floor. We went to the front desk and the girl offered to put us in a different room. She ended up not having any with 2 queen beds. We we’re told we would be reimbursed for our trouble. Now I’m finding out that we were lied to and won’t be reimbursed. Very disappointed!

“Rude Front Desk Staff”
The front desk staff, all three that I dealt with were rude and uncaring.....breakfast lady was sweet and very attentive. Hotel is descent as far as facilities and location. Pool is NOT open....but gym is.

Agora promised me the lowest rate. I prepaid $95.20 and the hotel wanted to charge $68.00 plus tax total $82.00 I had no luck contacting Agoda. Please refund my credit card.

“World’s comfiest bed!!!”
Checked in yesterday for a 2 night solo stay as I’m working in the area. The nice lady on reception let me check in 2 hours earlier & my king bed suite is fantastic. Omg the bed is so comfy I feel like a princess. Room is clean and I have a lovely pool/golf course view. It’s very quiet and lots of parking spaces. Sitting by the cute pool typing this review in the sunshine. Very close to the airport but I can’t hear the aircraft from my room At breakfast this morning the wonderful Jessica showed me how to make yummy waffles and was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast choices were excellent but my only tip is that they should leave the hard boiled eggs in their shells as they were like rubber balls! Would def stay again and recommend

“Nice hotel and staff”
Unfortunately, we only had a quick stay as we had to catch an early flight. Very convenient to the airport. Clean. Helpful staff. We had to leave too early to enjoy breakfast.

“loud noises in adjacent rooms ”
i couldn't sleep all night, loud noises and music playing all night in adjacent rooms.
