席について食べられるキチンとした朝食がIncludedだったのは有り難かったが(お約束の量が多い)、セルフパーキングで$24取るのにはちょっとがっかり。往きに泊まった手前の低価格のBay x-----xホテルはFreeParkで朝食もビュッフェで適量取れ、滑走路が良く見える部屋もあって、泊まるんならこっちのがお勧めです。

“トランジェントにて1泊”
ホテルまでは、15分、空港戻りが20分かかりましたが、空港から近く部屋は清潔感があり、広さもありかなりくつろぐことができました。 ただ、プールがオープンしてなかったのが残念でした。 かなり疲れが取れたので、満足です。

翌朝SFOから帰国するため、宿泊した。バスタブが広く、アメニティもまあまあなのはありがたい。すぐ近辺にレストランやスーパーがないのが欠点か。

“立地が便利で、利用しやすいホテル”
食事や日用品の買い物に便利なストリートのそばで、空港、鉄道、バス亭に近い立地。出張に大変便利なホテルであること。promotional rateでもあり、コストパフォーマンスが極めてよかった。出張利用であるため、観光の時間も短かったが、空港、カルトレイン（鉄道）駅、バス停留所に近く、また、米国、イタリア、中国、日本、タイ料理など、さまざままタイプのレストランや日用品の買い物に便利なストリートにも近い立地であり、とても便利であった。部屋タイプはスタンダードだが、当然ながら日本のビジネスよりもかなり広い。ネットは有料で少し不満だが、このホテルのタイプであれば、米国では仕方がない。

“空港に近く便利なホテル”
部屋が快適サンフランシスコ国際空港（SFO）に近いので、早朝・午前中の出発ならサンフランシスコ市内の高くて狭いホテルに泊まるより、ここに泊まった方がいいです。空港へのシャトルバスも頻発しているので、とても便利でした。部屋もきれいに掃除されていて快適です。ただし、こういう空港ホテルの常として、食べたり飲んだりするには選択肢がないので、食べ物や飲み物を持ち込んだり、事前に食べて来たりした方がいいかもしれません。SFOにも食べられるところはあまりないです。あと、インターネットは無料にして欲しいと思いました。

“Worst Hotel. Don’t stay”
Facilities are old. Elevators are quite scary. Requested for room cleaning . But didn’t even clean the room for 3 days. Paid the 3 days for nothing . Parking not free . $24 per day.

“Very clean good pricing”
I have not stayed at a hotel in SFO, this was the first time. It was very clean, was a walking distance to SF bay trail. I so enjoyed the morning walk before the scheduled business meeting. Breakfast buffet wasn't great compared to Residence inn etc, but considering the location I wouldn’t have any other choice to go anywhere near by. I came back from the walk with so much grass on my shoes I had to scrape at the door mat. It was amazing how quickly the cleaning guy came out to blow it off. Very nice.

“Practical transit hotel”
Older hotel but very practical. Great free airport shuttle service. Large rooms. Two double beds in rooms make it great for families.

“One nite layover”
Ring water and snacks with you. This hotel sells very basic items and there is absolutely nothing within walking distance to buy a meal or anything. This hotel knows that and charge crazy amounts for anything they sell. It’s a ripoff and they know that their customers are at their mercy. Very sad that Crown Plaza does this. Very disappointed in this hotel for doing such a thing. If possible, avoid long layovers in the SFO area, you will be taken advantage of, especially by Crowne Plaza hotel….

We checked in 10/21/24 at around 7:30 the lady that assisted us with check in was extremely rude (Indian lady) we decided to let it slide as we where tired from our drive. What do you know 9 am housekeeping walks right into our room while my fiancé is practically naked. Woke up in the morning with bites on arms legs and chest. Really a big NONO FOR THIS HOTEL. Rooms where dirty and lobby was gross the walls had stains.

“Not good”
We were first confused on what we were suppose to do. You have to go inside and check in but there are no marked parking spots for guests. Then when I got to the counter, the girl was rude and doing multi things at once instead of just paying attention to me. Then our A/C was not working and there was a stuffy smell in the room.

“Outrageously overpriced”
I know there was a convention in San Francisco but to charge this sort of money for a hotel room without breakfast in a three star hotel was ridiculous. Staffware helpful no discount as a pensioner.

Thank you for the wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location not far from San Francisco Int’l Airport. Very convenient because they have shuttle from and to the airport.

“Good economical option close to SFO”
Reliable airport shuttle that runs twice hourly. Comfortable spacious room with good a/c and inviting bed. Not renovated but not old either. Breakfast is very simple (eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, waffle, yoghurt) without a cheese or fruit section, so I wouldn’t pay more than ten dollars for it per person.

“Communication Concerns ”
After arriving at the airport, I contacted the hotel via the information phone outside to see when the shuttle bus would arrive. It took three calls before someone answered, and this woman gave me erroneous information about the shuttle arriving every 30 minutes, 15 minutes before each hour and 15 minutes after each hour. After waiting 35 minutes, I called again and got a completely different schedule. When I finally arrived at the hotel, the same woman told me that I had booked a room for two nights, but I showed her the Agoda confirmation, which indicated I was just booked for one night. She asked for my credit card and made the change, but did not want to see my passport when offered. After an 11 hour flight from Asia, I was exhausted and went to bed early. Unfortunately, I was woken up after midnight and told that another guest with my same name just arrived at the hotel. Apparently, the woman who registered me mixed me up with someone who had a completely different first name, but the same middle name as my first name, and the first two letters of our last name were the same. She had used my credit card to book the room for someone else, even though my room has been prepaid by Agoda. In the morning, the gentleman I spoke with, could/would not provide me any kind of receipt, but said he was pretty sure that the charges made under my name where rescinded. When going down the elevator with three other guests, the elevator stopped very suddenly between floors after shaking for a few floors. When I reported this to the front desk, they said they would take care of it. Typically, the hotels I’ve stayed with via Agoda have been excellent over the past 15 years, but this experience after such a long flight, was quite unpleasant. While I will continue to use Agoda in the future, I will most certainly not stay at this same hotel.

Good hotel for a short stay when you have flights at odd hours. There is shopping area nearby within 15-20 minutes drive in residential area with restaurants and supermarket

“Bad,never experienced”
Stayed 2nights (8/29-8/31) and 1 night (9/1-2) On 8/30, room was not cleaned, towels were not replaced. Shuttle bus between SFO and the hotel is much less frequent than other hotels. On 9/1, I had to wait for the bus for about one hour. Thesy mischarged about 150USD on my credit card.
