Bedbugs & bites be very leary. Stains on white sheets!! Worst hotel in osage. Over charge customers for rates and don't want to honor online prices through "agoda"!! Truly a joke. The front desk girl.... I seen her overcharge senior citizens. Sad indeed! Terrible practices, they dont honor military discounts either! My husband is military, They said not on weekends! They have freely running pitbulls on the property and don't care about others safety, these dogs belong to the workers who live on property (so if you complain, good luck). Also Police on property 4 times in one night (due to the workers who live there, fighting about the dog's), gosh forbid you actually sleep. Never stay here if you don't want your vehicle damaged (a worker from the hotel...dented in a customers brand new vehicle) !!! Terrible place to stay and be careful if you do!!! Don't believe my review, pull up police reports freely from July!!! That all happened from my room window! Scary place to be!!! Sage yourself grief. Stay away!!
What makes this a star hotel are the friendly can't- do- enough-for- you people. They are the reason I came back. The facilities are cleaner, they continue to make improvements. Kirsten, Jessica , Aidan and RAP were Stellar.
Location is great, rooms and linens were clean. Complimentary breakfast is of poorest quality that I've experienced so far. They have two pools, but the outdoor one is barely maintained. The tap on the sink didn't work. Nevertheless, it was one of the cheaper options in the area.
Bed bugs, ants and flashing lights, being called out all night long. Choose to either being bit while you try to sleep or get woke up to hollering and screaming fights in parking lot.
My husband and I week for a weekend get away. The staff was very friendly, our room was very clean. The only thing was they wanted you to leave a tip for the housekeeping, AND I AM GOOD with that, but they don't change sheets, give you clean towels, but every 3 days? We were there 2 nights
Nice and quiet no one really bothers u. Enjoyed my stay.
Good place to stay.
Quiet, clean.
Couldn’t even get in our room for 4 hours
They are always the cheapest if you book on line. I haven't had a bad king or queen size bed yet but all the smaller sized not so great. Cleanliness is poor. At first it's clean but once you get settled in you start to notice how so not clean it is. I'm a neat freak and I have actually asked for a different room. All I can say is you get what you pay for... SOMETIMES.
New management as of 09/01/22. One woman was very nice & helpful. The owner barely spoke English, very rude, refused to refund my money after we took a video of bed bugs all over the place. Another guy that worked there was ridiculously rude, followed us out the hotel after we packed our bags & left. Then got very aggressive in front of our kids (who are mixed mother being Caucasian) dropping the racial "N" word along w/ inappropriate foul language as if we were a couple non-paying, loitering, homeless beggars trying to squat in the parking lot. It was after 1 am & we were in the parking lot ready to leave just looking for someplace else to stay because it was Saturday night of Labor Day Weekend. We ended up having to cram 6 of us in a 2 person room seems our was the only thing available costing an arm & leg which was across the city. By the time we got there it was almost 3 am.
Dimmly lit room & just not clean enough for my standards. Only stayed one night & moved on to the Holiday Inn down the road.
Very run down and old for the amount of money you pay per night. We had to switch rooms because our first one the AC wasn’t working. Half of the outlets in the room didn’t work, we actually had to move the microwave to a different outlet and the breakfast should not even be called a breakfast, it was barren.
Everything was great except the cleanliness of the room. The room was very dirty as if they went in made the bed and replaced the towels.
Bathroom had mold, was put in a room with no tub room smelled very old. Mold in shower. I was not impressed for 165$ night stay. Pool was closed but was not told that.
It was worth the price. Location was pretty nice.
Surprised by this place. Good price, excellent location, quiet and clean. Breakfast offering wasn't much to brag about, but better than I've had at some Marriott properties. Staff was very pleasant although short-staffed.
The price was right, room was clean and the staff was pretty awesome
Clean room good staff good location
Not the cleanest at all.
Always clean!
Robin at the front desk is super accommodating and helpful. By far my hotel of choice when I'm in town.
Yes, it is older, but the staff works at keeping it clean. I like that the sink is separate from the toilet/bath area. The king room was spacious and well arranged. I did take pictures, but I don't if this survey will let me upload them Breakfast is the more true continental type that they refer to as grab'n go. There were only a couple of tables. The pool was in a separate building. It looked good. There were no tables around the pool. There was also a pool table in a room next to it. The parking lot was large. A gazebo with chairs was in it. I've paid twice as much at other higher end chains and have received less in cleanliness. Staff is all friendly and accommodating. Visit the Lake of the Ozark Brewing Co. The owner and bartender were engaging, friendly, and informative. JB Hooks was another good establishment to visit. They put on a corned beef feed the Saturday before St. Patrick's Day. Good food, drinks, and music.

Great location, close by restaurants
Clean, comfortable beds, and nice staff.
The staff were all amazing. The room itself is alright, toilet seat kept falling which was strange but overall about what you'd expect from a hotel like this one. I would stay again.
good value at this special time. several nice restaurants within walking distance. nice breakfast in a small hall
Yes, it was labor day weekend. Yes, we were way overcharged for the quality of the room. Yes, we kept our shoes on at all times because the room felt that dirty. Yes, the non-smoking room smelled like a humid musty bar. Yes, we woke up with congestion from our stay. Yes, we felt like sleeping in our car would've been a better option. All in all, unless you are covered in grease, dirt, or sweat and your car is broke down in the Days Inn parking lot, I would keep driving as fast as you can to find somewhere that takes care of their business and has their customers comfort in mind. 2 stars max overall rating .
A very nice Days Inn in a touristy area. Room was clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast options. Bed was a bit on the firm side, but that’s just preference. Price / quality is good.
