it’s a good hotel the location is good, but it just take hours to check in and i stayed there like 3 times and every time they gave me a room the tv never worked 😒 but other than that its a good hotel to stay

Mold air conditioner didn’t work exposed wires with outlets hanging out the wall no door handle on the bathroom felling was caving in keycards don’t work properly the list just keeps going please don’t go here worst hotel I ever seen ruined my whole vacation

“Not a good experience ”
I was made to pay extra for resort charges, which I was not informed. I have to search for location where room was allotted. Uber ride to airport was not arranged, in spite of request. Staff was rude and non cooperative at times.

“BEDBUGS!”
First room smelled musty. smelled like mold, dingy, holes in the wall, "landlord special" all of the place, and then we found BEDBUGS!! Second room was worse in all ways except the bedbugs, looked clean. The whole place was just gross. The pool was okay... except for the broken lifeguard ring, thing.

“Worst Experience”
The location and price are fantastic, but unfortunately, the staff, facilities, and cleanliness leave a lot to be desired. We had a frustrating experience trying to get someone to clean our room, but it felt like we were ignored entirely. As for the facilities, the pool was dirty, and we ended up having to clean our hotel room ourselves.

The room is dark, only table lamp and toilet lamp. The heater is also not function well, mode heat but is very cold. We have 4 luggage and we stay at second floor, there is no escalator.

“Nightmare ”
It was honestly the worst experience dealing with the front desk, took me over an hour to check in and when I finally got to my room, none of the lights were working, and the room was dirty, I called several times and they never answered I would love to get a refund

Front desk doesn’t answer the phone there’s not even an option on phone room to call them . Waited almost an hour in line to check in the resort fees was doubled than stated online . We got keys the room we was assigned too the door was wide open had to go back up to front desk to request new room . There was mold on the lamp and walls it smelled of smoke a mildew . At 11:39 pm the fire alarm went off for over 6 minutes . It was just horrible .

“never go back!”
The room was very old with no cleanness. There were no towels in the room, but It took me long time to get my towels. pool's water tempature was too cold!!!! I didn't like to place at all. never go back.

AC was loud and ineffective most of the night, the bathroom door was halfway off the hinges and breaking apart; moreover, a beat up bed frame to compliment the worn out bed. Not enough staff !

“Dirty and abandoned hotel”
Dirty, old and abandoned hotel. Rusty doors, bathrooms and lamps. The restaurant does not work. The rooms smell like they are stored, the linens are dirty, you can tell they are not washed and they may even have mites. They charge for wifi and this service is not even provided. Very bad experience.

“An old and abandoned hotel”
I stayed for 6 nights and it was a very unpleasant experience. The room was dirty, it smelled old, the bathroom was rusty, the bed covers showed that they had not been changed or washed because they were dirty and it made us scratchy because it probably even had mites.

“Would Not Recommend ”
Dirty carpet, dead roaches in chest of drawers, then live roaches in bathroom. Had to move to another room, as first one had lamp that sparked, and no electricity on one wall. Not sure how this place passes health inspection!!! Second day I was there, three sheriff deputies were banging on door two rooms down!

“The price reflects the stay.”
You get what you pay for. The room was disgusting, their were holes in the walls, the towels and beds had hair, the tv didn’t work, the walls had dried up sauces and mold on it, the edges of the wall had dust… housecleaning kept knocking towards check out as if they actually do anything besides change sheets.. it was cheap and a lesson learned. Never again get a low priced room!!! It’s for a REASON :/

“Do not Book”
The lobby smelled funny. Upon checking in I had to pay extra money per night for "service fee". They said that is is to use the pool, gym, computer etc. I was so upset because I was unaware of this. In addition to this, I order some packages and had to pay $5 per package which was very annoying. No maid service, the carpet on the room was stained. Chairs in the room was rocky so I told my children not to sit to further damage it. There was no coffee maker and no microwave in this room "the neighbouring room had a microwave" we would have to walk all the way to the lobby which was very far to warm our tea or coffee lunch every day which was annoying...cobweb on the steps and hallways, airconditioned leaking so the walkways were wet. Overall terrible place to stay. I will never book this hotel(I don't know if to call it a hotel) again. It made our first trip to Orlando a bad experience.

Pool was nice. Actually 3 pools. No restaurant but you are right next to several restaurants and near a Walgreens. Checkin was a massively long process with long lines. They had coin laundry. If you are looking at price point only this is a pretty ok place. Bus to the parks. This was a great location near to public bus and several great restaurants as well as Sunset Walk.

This place has pretty good value for the money. You only have to check your room very good when you check-in because there are some rooms that ar not very good. But if you are looking for something cheap just to sleep overnight, it's ok

“DONT BOOK HERE”
Well. I really don't know where to start with this, lol.... I booked and paid for this room online, not knowing that I would be charged another $400 in extra fees when I got the the so called "RESORT"/ 2 star hotel at best... because it was late at night when we arrived we said screw it and paid it, because a refund would take days... upon getting into the room we was greeted with the smell of great granny's closet full of cloths she hasn't touched in 10 years. Lol. Everything was pretty dated, the carpet was old and stained everywhere, the cabinets where busted and 1/2 didn't open, only one drawer on the dresser opened, Everything was pretty busted. the door going into the next room didn't lock so we had to block it with our things, the desk was colored on with a black marker, and paint all over the cabinets and things A white powdery substance, probably sheetrock dust over everything in the sink area, We killed 2 roaches the first night there No real amenities in the room but a fridge, No cable tv, No microwave, No coffee pot, No ice bucket, No cups, No was cloths. They offer a breakfast, that's $10 a person, lol, even motel 6 offers free continental breakfast. Lmao. 🤣🤣🤣 We will not be going back and if you are thinking about booking here,,,, "DONT" It's worth it to go somewhere else because when it's said and done your still paying about the same price and not getting what any of the other hotels offer. The disappointment is real here... once I figure out how to post pictures in the reviews I will because I took e few to show.

We loved our stay at this hotel. They need to update their hotel description though because they did not offer a breakfast or mini golf and the shuttle needs to be reserved in order to utilize it.

“All around horrible ”
After paying for your hotel online they fail to mention all types of fees that came out to $140 more than what I already paid and then staff instead of helping me just got very defensive and rude. The hotel was extremely dirty just in the front office alone. And due to these fees and the safety of my own well being I left and I’m still trying to get my refund back which I hope this Agoda company will do. If not then it’s my due diligence to make sure everyone knows about these issues
