“small but acceptable”
The room is super cramped. It’s a small hotel but is okay if you wanna spend for a night. The price isn’t justified considering you can get a better hotel for the same price. There was no hot shower when I was there.

“Ridiculous check-in arrangement”
I called to the hotel at 6:00pm on day to check if 24 hours check-in service is available and I mentioned that even check-in before 11pm is still OK? the receptionist replied yes, then I finally arrived at the hotel at 8:30pm, however, the receptionist told me to wait another 20 mins, I asked for the reason, because normal check-in time is 3:00pm, she then replied that because I told them that I will check-in at 11:00pm, they have a right to sell all room on hourly basis, and I denied that I didn't confirmed check-in time is 11:00pm and there is no point for the guest to wait another 20 mins as all room is paid and non-refundable, therefore, do not recommend this hotel to other tourist. I finally got into the room at 8:52pm.

“Terrible!! Pensé que valdría la pena”
Pagué por 9 días de estadía , así que fue un precio bastante grande por lo que esperaba algo mejor o por lo menos un buen trato. Lo malo es que no se ve igual a la foto es más pequeño de lo que parece y al salir la que me trató horrible fue la administradora de turno del día 25 de septiembre a las 10:40am , que horrible que una persona sea tan discriminadora. Solo le preguntamos si hablaba español y a partir de ese momento empezó a tratarnos pésimo. Le preguntamos si podíamos guardar las maletas un tiempo porque aún no era nuestro vuelo y nos dijo si caben en ese espacio pueden ponerlas así que al abrir el espacio todas las otras maletas de huéspedes estaban desordenadas así que lo que hicimos fue sacar algunas para poder poner nuestras maletas q eran más grandes y poder organizar mejor. Eso fue todo para que ella empezara a gritarnos y a tratarnos mal se hizo la que llamó a la policía y hasta la propia policía le dijo q se calmara que no era razón para tratarnos así. Aún así ella nos sacó del hotel y fue horrible la frustración de no poder explicarle que eso fue lo que entendimos. No nos quiso devolver la garantía por lo que vamos a hablar a administración. Hasta que no cambien a esa señora tan grosera o pida disculpas y nos devuelvan la garantía esta calificación no va a cambiar en ningún lado!! Terrible!!

“Needs new front desk overnight ”
Front desk was so unwelcoming. I gave him a virtual mastercard to run but he kept running apple pay on my android! After an hour of him saying I'm new and shrugging his shoulders as if to say o well I realized he kept charging the wrong card! When I pointed out his mistake he literally acted as if nothing not a single I'm sorry. Hotel is great but he was soo rude and unwelcoming. He seriously needs to be fired! Not checking in as long as he is running anything!
