“Very clean”
It is located close to the metro station. The bed is spotless and comfortable. The bathroom is clean as well. The hotel is a bit dated, but cleanliness is the most important for me.

“最高!”
Small but conveniently located hotel. Close to metro which will take you to Manhattan as well as JFK, walking distance to places to eat and the mall. Felt safe to walk from metro to hotel at night.

“Expected a little better from the Brand”
Photos online are I guess from when the hotel was new, the hotel was looking a bit worn, from the lobby to the gym and pool, all looking tired. Cleanliness of public areas like the lifts and lobby weren’t great, but the rooms were fine, apart from the fact housekeeping was running behind each day and sometimes didn’t service us till after 5pm which made it difficult to get ready to go out in the evenings. Could be just staffing issues like everywhere. I wouldn’t swim in the pool, it was murky for the entire 7 days we were there. They did have a laundry on site for washing your own clothes which was very handy. Beds and linen were nice and comfy. Staff were willing to assist with our requests. Still using plastic cups, no cutlery, crockery or glassware, that was a covid thing, it should be reverted by now.

“Not impressed ”
Booked for a single night as I would be leaving the next evening. The hotel room was spacious but the room smelled of cigarettes, even though it was a non-smoking property. Could hear the neighboring couple as though I was in the room with them. It wasn’t the best room since the bathroom was a bit dinged up but it was decent.

“Decent Hote”
Stayed there for a night as a midway point between activities for the day and a place to crash in BK. The staff was nice but not as helpful as I would have liked. I needed something as simple as towels and when I called the front desk no one answered and when I went downstairs to request some they never came. The restaurant was good had pancakes and bacon in the morning. The pool is only open from 9a-12p and 6-9p so didn’t get a chance to check that out.

“Solid Option in the Brooklyn Area”
Nice hotel with a good location. Rooms are a little small but beds are comfortable. Lobby and elevators can be a little cleaner, but overall acceptable. Good value for the money.

“Don’t stay if you need to park your car there”
Their garage service sucks. One told you to call front desk 30min in advance, but front desk ask you to go straight to garage to have your car ready. Their communication is a mess.

“AVOID!!!!”
Unfriendly staff! Dirty washrooms! I was staying for a night in Brooklyn and I am glad it was only for a one day. The staff was extremely rude and unfriendly when we requested for a half an hour late checkout. It was justified that late checkout was not possible but she was extremely rude and disrespectful while explaining. The washroom of our room wasn’t cleaned properly. The toilet pot was left in the same state the previous guest must have left it in. Extremely unhappy with my stay here.

“Delayed check in and curtain issues”
I was surprised that the check in was not available even at 3pm, which was the stated time. I had to wait till 3:30pm and then I was told that there were curtain issues in my room. I chose to check in then, and the technician came to fix the curtains around 3:40pm. Check out took a long time as there was a long wait to get into the elevator to head to the ground floor.

“Horrible ”
Just horrible. They totally ruined my family's day. 1st of all they didn't have my room. I reserved a room with two beds,, they make wait 3 hrs to "get the room ready". then tell me that they don't have any rooms with the double beds.. Then they insult me with a room with a couch after seeing I have children with me Not even a pull out couch. Smh So after they finally just admitted that they can't accommodate me it was too late to do what we came to NY to do. This hotel completely wasted my time and money. I will Never ever come back here. The staff was just lost and unaware. Just poor customer service.

“Bad review for a reputable hotel chain”
#1-I was not given the info upon check in that I am supposed to request cleaning the room a day before. #2-I was not offered anything like free night or something when there was a disturbance next room at 3am and 5am on Jun 12 due to a woman screaming at the top of her voice. it took me 3 calls before the police took her. I was not able to sleep at all and that was the day we were going to check out. #3-One elevator not functioning, some people are allowed to use the elevator without a mask, it took at least 10min for us to get towels at the front desk.

“Weekend getaway ”
The rooms are some what small. The staff is polite and friendly. The environment is beautiful and clean. The establishment only has 2 elevators but need 2 more. This building is a good place to get a goods nights rest. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom was small and so was the shower. I have enjoyed my stay there even though the ice machine on my floor didn’t work. All in all I would rate this hotel 4.5 stars.

“Great location, nice view”
Pros: The rooms are cute and comfy. I had the King bed on the 10th flr. Its Brooklyn so all you see are buildings, but it was nice. Cons: i went during covid and all the amenities except the gym were closed. I was notified of this prior. There is also no bathtub.

MASKS ARE NOT BEING MANDATED, EMPLOYEES NOT WEARING MASK, THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD OVER AND OVR AND HAVE NO EXPLANATION. DIDNT CHANGE SHEETS ON THE BED IT WAS FULL OF MASCARA AND FOUNDATION AND A WOMAN BY THE NAME OF SAMANTHA HAS BEEN COSTING ME SO MUCH TIME, CHARGING MY CARD INCORRECTLY.

I stayed for more than a week at the Holiday Inn. Their cleaning staff was not very good at keeping the room clean and our ;ast night there, the room was not even cleaned!! I had stained the pillow slightly when the blueberry i had fell on the pillow and that same stain on the pillow was still there after the staf supposedly cleaned the room! On our last nitght there they didnt even bother to clean the bathroom or empty the bins in our bathroom! I was quite dissapointed with the level of servuce i got from the holiday Inn though the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful

Located close to malls, subway station, groceries, cool restaurants and attractions. But I hope they could replace their coffee maker as it is already rusted.

“Great Location in Downtown Brooklyn”
Close to Atlantic Ave., close to trains, easy access to Manhattan with plenty do in the quaint neighborhoods of Brooklyn. Excellent staff, accommodating and helpful. Very clean and comfortable.

“Nice hotel though Reception and Location Poor”
Hotel is new and very modern, Location wasn't the best, you could walk to the main block but wasn't much around the hotel block. Lady at reception seemed like she wasn't interested, came across rude.

“Slightly disappointing..”
I am a frequent Holiday Inn customer. I used it most often whenever I came to the United States. This branch I used this time was too poorly managed for the spa and facilities. I have always liked the breakfast at the Holiday Inn, but it would be better to put breakfast in the service without these amenities. Wanted. The cleanliness of the accommodation was also disappointing. However, I was grateful that the hotel arranged my bedding for me throughout the consecutive stay.

“스파가 청결하지 않아어”
스파 랑 수영장 물이 너무 더러웠어요 부산물 둥둥인데.. 청소가 안돠는 듯 해여 객실 물을 보면 깨끗한데.. 녹물 전혀 안나오고.. 공용시설 위셍에 신경써 주세요 객실은 욕실 청소가 미흡핵요 머리키락도 많고 쓰던 수건도 그대로 있고.. 게다가 죽은 바퀴벌레도 입실하자마자 욕실에 있었어요.. 밟아서 죽인 형태로… 위생은 별로였어요

“휴가 중 숙소 그닥 ”
그닥 추천 하지는 않습니다. 조식이 맛있기는 하고 직원들은 친절합니다. 그러나 숙소 위생상태 그리 좋지 않습니다. 습하고 끈적임 좀 있습니다.

“절대 다시 가지않을 INN”
좋은 점 - 맨하탄이나 덤보 등과 멀지 않은 위치 나쁜 점 - 직원이 매우 불친절 옆방에서 smoking weeds 한다고 방바꿔달라고 하니 상당히 귀찮아함 대마초를 흡연하는것을 이야기했는데 조치 하지않음 교통은 좋으나 주변이 깨끗하지는 않음 코인 laundry 이용은 가능하나 세탁기,건조기 총 3대 있음 그런데 거의 room service 직원들이 객실 수건 세탁한다고 차지하고있음 한국어 일본어 중국어 등등 다 불가 (이부분은 당연하지만 그렇게 호텔에서 광고를 해서 기재) 브로서리 서울 이라는 식당 없음 방청소 저녁시간 다되어서 할때도있음 개인적인 경험 - 뉴욕에 총 20박을 있게되었는데 그 중 이 호텔에 7박, 2박, 4박, 2박 총 4회 예약을 했습니다 첫 7박에 체크인을 해서 방을 받았는데 방과방 사이 중간문이 아무런 효용이 없었습니다 거의 같이 거주하는 수준의 방음이었습니다 거기다 계속 weeds를 피우는데 냄새가 심합니다 2밤을 지내고 우연히 장기투숙자임을 알았습니다 제가 받은 9층은 장기투숙자가 꽤 있는것같았습니다 그래서 방을 바꿔달라고 했더니 아주 귀찮아 하다가 이유를 설명하니 군말없이 바꿔줍니다 이때 대마초 와 장기투숙자에 대해서 물어보니까 대답을 회피합니다 일부러 그 층으로 배정한것으로 보여집니다 이날 그 다음 예약 모두 취소하고 맨해튼으로 왔습니다 이 inn 이후엔 그 어떤 호텔도 좋은 기분입니다

“뉴욕에서 제일 만족스러운 숙박”
Downtown Brooklyn과 Fort Greene 동내 딱 사이에 -- Brooklyn Museum도 멀지 않고 -- 문화, 쇼핑, 맛있는 식당, 공원, 다 가깝다. 산책에 좋은 동내, 그리고 전철도 접근 편한 위치. 단점은: 주변에 새 건축 많아서 다소 시끄럽다, 그리고 방은 작아요.

“새 건물이라 시설은 깨끗하나..”
도로변 옆, 공사 현장 옆이라 아랫층에서는 시끄러움. 반면 이용할 수 있는 지하철 노선은 다양해서 이동하기 편리함.

It took too long to wait for the elevator and pick up the car. The smell of weed wafted into the room. I won’t come again.

房間算大床也ok,但是2人房浴巾只給一條，浴室地墊有一次也缺，住了5晚有2晚如此，清潔員有待加強素質！

“Cargos ocultos. Cuidado”
La estancia en el hotel ha sido correcta. Sin embargo, al hacer el check out nos informaron de que pese a que teníamos el desayuno incluido, debíamos pagar las propinas de dichos desayunos, pese a que en ningún momento habíamos sido informados de ellos e, insisto, teniendo ya el desayuno pagado. Tras varios minutos insistiendo en la idea de que cualquier cargo por nuestros desayunos estaba incluído, el personal de recepción nos aseguró que no nos cobrarían ningún extra. Lamentablemente nos mintieron ya que dos días después, nos han cobrado las propinas en la tarjeta sin nuestro consentimiento y pese a habernos reconocido que no nos las cobrarían. Un engaño en toda regla. Así que mucho cuidado con este hotel, y sobre todo con entregarles la tarjeta de crédito porque después cargan en ella lo que consideran sin el consentimiento del cliente.

“Serious Security Concern”
I love Holiday Inn but this experience really threw me off. A few hour after I checked in when I am in my boxers a guy just unlocked the door with a keycard and surprised! And this is not the first time this has happened as I read someone posted a similar review regarding her stay. Really scary and made me feel unsafe during my stay. Hotel staffs were 'ok' but someone went to speak to me after I reported this but I did not get any definitive findings after we spoke. If you are looking to stay in this hotel, double lock your door! PS: My security deposit refund was not yet returned after 2 weeks. Wierd.

“Muy buena estadía para Año Nuevo”
Fuimos un grupo de 8 personas. La verdad es que las instalaciones del hotel han sido muy buenas y pulcras. Las habitaciones cumplieron con las expectativas y el servicio en recepción también. Quizás la única cuestión negativa es que hay solo dos ascensores y a veces hay que esperar un rato para poder subir/bajar, dado que son muchas habitaciones por piso. Por lo demás, ha sido una satisfactoria estadía!

“ที่พักดี คุ้มราคา”
เนื่องจากเป็นโรงแรมที่มีสาขา ก็ได้ตามาตราฐาน ราคาถือว่าคุ้มค่าเมื่อเทียบกับที่พัก, ที่ตั้ง, และคุณภาพห้อง อยู่ใกล้สถานีรถใต้ดิน ดูปลอดภัย ไม่ไกลเมือง ข้อเสียคือมีเสียงรถใต้ดินและถนนดังมาถึงบนห้องบ่อยๆ
