“Awful Front desk people”
I paid at the time of check-in ... and I was charged almost USD 200/- extra. And when I asked why I am being charged extra and can I have detailed bill, I was told that I can get that only at the time of checkout. During my 6 nights stay (i had 2 bookings with them.. one after another), I asked them 3 times about the extra money I had been charged and rather than clarifying, I was told the same that I will find out at the time of checkout. At the time of checkout, When I checked the details then I got to know that I was charged for the parking although I had clearly told them at the time of check-in that I don't have car. And when I confronted the front desk staff about it then the refund was made. So be careful when you stay in this hotel.

“Worse customer service ever!”
I never stay in the hotel with this kind of unfriendly staff. When our parking card was not working the receptionist look at us as we bothering them and no smile at all. I though southern people are very friendly... not in this hotel though.

“Great value for money - Very friendly staff ”
Staff - Nice room with a balcony and a nice view - Location 10 minutes walking distance from the French Quarter but quiet neighborhoodThe hotel is greatly located: 10 minutes walking distance to the French Quarter, 20 minutes to the Mississipi, but outside of the hassle of the touristic area. Room service is good and breakfast is simple but generous. We didn't like the first room, the staff changed our room without asking any question and gave us a room with a balcony and a nice view. The concierges were very nice and kind but there tips were not very good. Apart from that, great stay. Nice pool.

“good for biz”
location, interior1. cozy, clean, and good location for business. 2. strongly recommend for biz tourists 3. not so far from tourists sights 4. not a fancy hotel but comfortable bed and furniture is quite good

“Good Location, Enough Facilities”
The real selling point for me is the location. It's really just a few minutes walk to the French Quarter.Stayed in at the Holiday Inn over a weekend during a business trip. Didnt expect much but was surprised. The room was big, clean and had everything you can expect. The pool is not huge, but big enough to cool down and go for a short swim. The pool area is big enough to relax for a while before going out again. The breakfast buffet is relatively cheap but offers enough choices. If I wanted to find something negative, then it would be the air condition as it is quite loud.

“Not bad but with some severe problems”
location, room sizethe hotel is pleasant located: central but not in the middle of the bustle. all places of interest are well reachable. after a "busy day" you can relax in the hotel without any "disturbances" from outside. personal on the reception desk is friendly and helpful. the shuttle service is ok but not a hit. having bad room service and not really clean bath is poor. finding a really big cockroach in your room is not acceptable at all!

這間飯店的位置算方便，靠近些許景點和餐廳，客房清潔度可以，熱水供應穩定，然而，設施陳舊，櫃台人員表現不如東方人，飯店整體性價比屬中等，希望能提升設施和服務水準。

“Hotel is good, but ...”
There seem to be a lot of shady type of people who check in in this hotel. Over-all very clean, nice staff. Hope they would fix the key card issues encountered quite frequently (not working on lifts, rooms, etc) !!!
