“Surf for s king and got two queeens ”
I surf for an up grade but when I got there all they had left was standered room no rebate no sorry. When to go for diner was told come back in an hour and a half but we counted 12 empty tables when I walked by a hour later 7 of the tables were still empty. It’s a beautiful place but they have forgotten how to service the Costmor. Would never go back or to any of there hotels

“Great stay for a quick Nashville trip”
We stayed at the Gaylord Opryland for the first time while we were going to be in Nashville for 24 hours. I was very pleased with everything. We were able to get into our room sooner than check in, ate a quick bite at one of their many restaurants and we’re able to explore the grounds. Even though this is a big resort hotel, it never felt too big or overwhelming because of the layout and how they have everything set up. I loved all the modern amenities and loved our room, we will most definitely be back at this hotel on our next trip to Nashville. Location is perfect, about 10 mins from the airport and only a short 15 min uber ride to downtown Nashville & the gulch!

“Must Do!”
Our family of 6 had a fantastic time! The hotel was very clean and the staff were amazing.

“It was a good experience ”
The resort is hard to navigate, it needs more and more clear signage. The restaurants and stores should have better hours, if you are here on vacation you sometimes have later hours and it would be nice to be able to have more food options.
