“Close to disneyland but wouldn't book here again”
The staff are nice, unfortunately they don't clean the room every day. Also we supposed to have city view but our room right infront of the elevator and the only windows the room had is facing the elevator where people are passing by all the time. So it's elevator view. Booked the room coz of the name of "Sheraton" but apparently it's not Sheraton

“Walking distance to Disneyland ”
Our family with older kids enjoyed our stay. Went straight in the pool upon arrival. We just used the breakfast/coffee bar in lobby to make the most of a full day at Disneyland.. We walked, but there is a hotel shuttle ($16/day/multi trips) or public bus. Heavy traffic noise audible from our 3rd floor room location, but blackout window shades were a plus. Rooms have alarm clocks. Parking on site $23/day.

“Great Hotel nearby Disneyland Park”
Front Desk Andrew has been super helpful and friendly to us. The hotel was the cheapest hotel that we could find nearby Disneyland Park and it had everything we needed. The room size was a good size for two of us. We loved it and will choose Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim again!

“Just my experience ”
For the amount of money I spent I expected something so much better then what I got. I would say my view of the pool was nice. But the hotel is located next to a loud freeway, they never mention it was $18 per night to park, the breakfast was $15pp, my covers had stains in them, when I asked for face towels from the front desk I never received them I had to chase housekeeping myself to get them, on our 2 day there we was awaken to the alarm sounding off when there wasn't an emergency, and when we tried calling down to see what was going on and why the alarm keep going off they didn't answer. The room also had a terrible smell in it as well.

“Good value for the price”
It was a good stay for the price, but with a name like Sheraton it could have been cleaner and less cigarette smell.

The $50 deposit includes the $18 parking fee so you get $32 back in the morning.

I choose the hotel because of the name Four points by Sheraton it is now own by Marriott, my husband has a membership and a business traveler but we were wrong this place is filthy, trash never empty, the only one customer service put us in the room next to the freeway and is very noisy. My husband ask to talk to the manager but the manager didn’t get there until noon the next day and of course the answer is because of COVID they were short stuff. So I will not recommend this place.

“Disappointed ”
The jacuzzi was dirty they long have one person attending they charge 18 dollars for parking they don’t even ask you if you brought a car they ran out of towels. From all the hotels I have stayed in this is by far the worst keep in mind some of the ones I went to are 2 star hotels they didn’t even charge me for parking.

“Great location to Disneyland but a little run down ”
We found the location very convenient to Disneyland as we could walk there each day (10 or so min walk). The room was nice, a little run down. It could do with a renovation but it had everything we needed including an ironing board, tv, fridge, hair drier etc. Our room was backing onto a busy highway which was a bit noisy throughout the night. It was wonderful we could see the Disney fire work each night from outside our room as well. Very convenient and a good spot if your there for Disneyland.

“no one sorry and explain, without notice for room is not available”
we booked pool view room to see the Disney land firework from our room. when we arrive early at hotel, the roo was not ready. so we left our luggages at hotel front and went to Disney. we came back around 5pm and checked in. we went up our room and it was city view oppsite side. i went to down frondesk and i want to pool view room. and the front desk person who assist us, he doesnt look at me just looking the computer monitor and saying they full booked and no more pool view room..( we booked the room almost 3 months ago) and still looking at the computer and he said he will deduct the parking fee during our stay.. and i was waiting more explain regarding this ridiculous situation. and few seconds after, finally he looked at us. and saying 'that's it, all done' if he said sorry for this inconvenience or explain before we went up to look at the room what we received, i am not mad this much.. i will never ever go back this hotel

that i only booked one night, shuttle to disneyland, did i say 'only booked one night'?the hotel menage should be renamed the hotel mirage. when you get there you're greeted by friendly valet services. inside it looks upscale and modern/trendy with loud music and club med atmosphere. the wait was long for my booked room. there was not a room available, though i checked in at 10p at night.

“The hotel is not bad”
big room, location, friendly staffThe internet is not that fast. The room is like apartment like - not that I have anything against it just commenting it that is all. Other than that, everything else is fine. It seem noisy at the doorway but once u get into the room, it is quiet, that impress me.

“Spacious, clean room, good proximity to Disneyland”
Great food @ restaurant K'ya, very clean and spacious room, comfy bedsWe were allocated to a corner room on the 5th floor facing the pool and closest to the freeway. From the corridor, noisy from the freeway is deafening. However, the soundproofing is fairly impressive behind closed doors. Within the room, you can't really hear much noise from the freeway. We had a great view of the fireworks from the first evening and it builds up the anticipation to our visit to Disney the next morning. We had dinner there as well. Service was great, food was good and they good churros with vanilla ice-cream as desserts.

디즈니에서 약간 걸어야하고 중간에 도로를 건너는 부분도 있어서 밤에는 살짝 걱정했지만 괜찮았어요 디즈니 바로 앞은 너무 비싸서 ㅜ 호텔 수영장은 이용 안했지만 가족 고객이 노는건 봤구 방은 도로변이라 시끄러울 수 있다고 했지만 저는 크게 신경쓰이지 않았습니다~ 침대도 크고 편하게 지냈어요 ㅋ

“Bad hotel ever”
Anyone who decide to stay here. Please prepare money for car parking. This is the first hotel in my life they charge for the parking fee. the hotel also old not worse for money. I think the other hotel better.
