“A hidden gem!”
My stay was only a weekend; there to speak at a women's conference being held on their ground. The facility is beautiful, a massive property with restaurants, live music, and great amenities(well, available due to COVID). The view of Lake Mead from our room was to die for. I am definitely coming back for a more personal stay. The only problem I had was the housekeeping situation. I think it was just protocol since COVID, but I did not enjoy seeing guests' dirty sheets and towels in the hallway as I walked to and from my room. Not a good look for such a lovely spa & resort.

Great getaway spot for a staycation! My husband and I love it here because it’s a beautiful property and makes us feel like we’ve gotten clear out of town while still being close to home!! :)

“Hotel is not responsive”
Dropped a message to the hotel a day before as something terrible (1 of my members were hospitalise) and thus was not able to make it to Las Vegas. Requested for a cancellation and waiver of the fee but no reply and the only message I got back thereafter was "Thank you for your stay" and my card has been charged. Not sympathetic at all.

“Ripoff ”
Besides fine print... if the total value plus fees is a certain amount... don’t advertise it as such and have the person billed an extra $240 for hotel fees that were non disclosed. Pretty much is theft.

“There is a sign on the front desk which states if you have a problem they will make it right. ”
They will not make it right. They will do the absolute minimum to keep an extremely unimpressed customer from leaving. The only reason I didn't? It was 10pm on new years eve and they are located in the absolute middle of nowhere. I'll never stay at a Hilton again.

“最高!”
The hotel is right on the lake which is very convenient to participate in water sports or take a stroll in the village where there are many restaurants and live music on the weekends in the summer. The pool is quiet. It's a great place to get away from busyness of the strip.

“Escape from the "other" Vegas”
This large hotel seems more suited to hosting conferences & events than couples travelling. Nonetheless we enjoyed the facilities especially the large heated outdoor pool & room service for our evening meal (no eateries close by & a closed restaurant). You will need a map however to find your room among the plethora of wide corridors and large meeting rooms.

“Las Pass”
We chose this hotel for unique and wonderful location on Lake Las Vegas to enjoy calm and relaxing day. It is 25 minute to the Strip, allowing us to enjoy the crazy nights and sleep well.

“Great location but terrible bedding”
Nice locationThe bedding comforter was torn and when we walk up in the morning all our hair was covered by cotton from the torn comforter.

I booked hotel for 2 days but my flight was late and i reached there at 5 am , without my asking they charged only for 1 daymy parents liked it lot , i had very good experience

“Beautiful Hotel, Great Service”
clean, well appointed, classyWhile some may not like the location, we loved it. The hotel is kept up very well, beautiful everywhere. The rooms as well as all of the common areas were spotless, employees were extremely nice. Will definitely stay here again.

我們退房時，說我們在房內抽煙要收取250元罰金，我們表示沒有抽煙，櫃檯卻要我們先付款再等經理回覆，結果枯等了一小時後卻說搞錯房號了，真的很掃興！

“Esperienza orribile”
Esperienza orribile, nessuno ci ha avvisato che l’aria condizionata era rotta, nonostante questo hanno preteso il prezzo pieno di un soggiorno normale e confortevole, mentre il nostro e’ stato un soggiorno nell’inferno. Non metterò mai più piede in questo Hotel, lo consiglierei solo al mio peggior nemico.

“Both of two rooms are unclean. Don't recommend ”
Very disappointed especially for the price we paid, somehow Motel 6 might even have better cleaner rooms and beds. We found a lot death and alive cockroach around the rooms and on the bed Both of two rooms are unclean. Don't recommend. Never ever come back aging even for free. Very discussing the room floor was full of hairs and the bed headboard are dusty of both of our twin's beds.
