If you want hotel fair price with great location on the strip and very good if you need to go to Las Vegas convention center. You can go by working distance. Clean room, Big bed and you will have a sweet dream stay in this hotel.

“すごく良い”
We had a long day that day and The Manager on that day did not accept my check in. Our flight got cancelled and delayed for the nth time. I booked through Agoda and my name used in Agoda was maiden name. I showed a photo of all my ID that has my maiden name and a copy of notarized document that ___ and ___ is one person. But still not helpful. There is no free shuttle to the airport as opposed to the information stated. The property is really clean thumbs up.

“3 Bedrooms suite…not really”
Booked 3 bedroom but it is really a 2 bedroom plus one bedroom. Rooms were not ready at 4 pm and had to wait additional 90 minutes. Receptionist didn’t text me when rooms are ready.

“Great place for vacations”
We took a 1 Bedroom King Suite room. All was good. Kitchen, bed, silence, shower... There is a Deuce bus stop in front of the hotel to south way. There is no casino, so the hotel is a goog place to stay, if you need a little privacity and peace.

“Feel at home hotel”
Our 1 bedroom king is big and very comfortable. It feels like your at home with full kitchen, washer/dryer, big TVs. It's really a place for family. Their mini grocery store only sell basic and very expensive. Walgreens is 10 mins walk.

“Grand time in Vegas”
This hotel is awesome. I had the 1 bdrm suite for a week and I was very impressed. Kitchen was stocked with plates, pans and silverware. Washer and dryer in the room. Had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice pool area. Very clean and the location. Is perfect. The strip on one side, just a few mins walking distance, and the Freemont experience just 5 mins drive. If they ask you if you want to partake in the Hilton 90-min presentation.....DO IT! I received $200play at the Golden Nugget and doubled it into real cash. I don't think I would stay at any other hotel when I go back.

“Rude”
The people at the valet booth were extremely rude. I arrived and the driver went to the right side. The sign said Uber and Lyft to the left. He was neither of those (private car). The valet person was rude and disrespectful. Furthermore, the hassle of the timeshare is ridiculous. It was not part of the requirements when I booked. The issue is they called more than once to get me to do a walk around and hook me. I explained from the first day that I was not interested. I barely come to Las Vegas unless there are golf tournaments. The rude valet and pushy timeshare sales personnel made the stay, annoying. I enjoy staying at Hilton properties, but I will not stay at this property.

This is very nice and clean apartment suite hotel near the conversation center. Stayed there foe 5 days and walking to the strip is arround 15-20mins. But its not so bad. Because so many walking to wards the strip from here.

Large Scale site but with such a small family friendly helpful vibe !!! Great Communication check in was simple / they actually got us a lower level room to accommodate my wife’s fear of heights , Security helped escort us through the stairway as she is afraid of elevators etc above and beyond help . The texting feature with very quick and timely responses Amazing stay!!!! If you have a family and want to relax away from the casino atmosphere for a bit this is really a getaway Awesome Experience highly recommended

“Family roadtrip”
Hotel is perfect for a family stay. We found it was close enough to everything but having no casino was a real plus for us with 3 younger children. Very clean, very safe. Good parking area.

It’s far from most places including Casinoland. Prices at their grocery store « market » are out of wack expensive and with terribly limited choice. Sad. Lacked hot water. I wouldn’t go again.

“Broken toilet and no wifi”
I stayed for 4 nights recently in november at this place. Water was leaking underneath our toilet seat. The front desk sent a team who did some work to fix it but it happened again on the penultimate day of my stay. I think they know there is a problem with the toilet but they are not willing to fix it permanently. Also on the last day which happened to be a monday, i missed a meeting because there wifi was down. It was down for a good 4-5 hours. Cant expect aomething like this from a brand like Hilton.

“Room Cleaning Only Every 4 Days!”
I'm really sick of hotel capitalizing on cost saving measures at the expense of guest experience. I just spent 6 nights here and they cleaned my room once. Once! I don't go to hotels have an "at home" experience. I like coming back to my room with the bed made, fresh towels etc. The irritation is they always pitch it as "Covid safety". Bottom line is they probably can't find staff and are looking to safe operating costs. Do yourself a favor and make sure you find a hotel that does the very least - clean your room.

“Family friendly ”
Nice facility, clean and well maintained. We stayed on the north end of the strip, which was convenient with kids. Just a short walk to Circus Circus. Like most Hilton properties I've stayed in the past few years, staff is either outstanding or terrible. Here, front desk staff and bellmen were outstanding. Housekeeping, all but one of security and pool personnel were unfriendly and fairly rude. But overall this is a recommended place to stay, especially if you want to avoid the crowded south end of the strip.

“This was not the place for me. ”
My room wasn’t cleaned well upon check in. Food options are limited and not even cooked well. Aside from lobby staff, most of the staff seemed not to like their jobs. They looked unhappy or even angry most of the time. And I was there four days. SAD!

“Full Value for Money stay near the strip”
Our stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations was quite satisfactory. The 1 bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 4. The location was good that the RTC stop is just outside the hotel. They could do with some more facilities.

Lovely hotel best of both worlds relaxing with the facilities provided nice it was a little way out from the huddle and bustle of the casinos but easy to get to the heart of the strip with the Duce bus stop out side

This is a great place to stay with kids in Vegas. There is no casino in this hotel. Which makes it family friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Choose to stay at the Tower 2 which has been renewed and is much cleaner. The carpets in tower 2 are new and part of the rooms are floored with wood. We found a bed bug in a room in tower 1 and therefore asked to be moved to the renovated tower. We subsequently machine-washed all our cloths in hot water before departing. Very convenient for when traveling with kids, the kitchen makes a very big difference. Free complimentary water was great, we got soaps for dishes, and washing machine soaps were also free.

Room was very far from the elevator. First room they gave us reeked of cigarettes even though it was a no smoking room. There are nicer hotels that are closer to the strip because this hotel is quite far from getting to the main part of the strip.

“Perfect for families”
Fully equipped kitchen, Jacuzzi in the bedroom, family orientedTook one night out of our 2 weeks in Vegas to stay at this location to celebrate a special event. From the minute that we checked in until the time we left the total experience was nothing less than amazing. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and even the time share sales guy understood that we were only going to be staying for one night and was not pushy in booking us in for a presentation. The worst part about this hotel was having to leave...lol.

“Great place to stay”
Quiet pool staffThis is a non casino hotel away from the strip but easy to get around on deuce bus 3 day pass $20 very spacious comfortable room with kitchen etc good internet and best of all a free laundry .the pool is good especially for kids .i would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone not wanting to stay in a casino

Very nicely decorated rooms..spacious..comfortableI loved my stay here..The rooms are very spacious ..with a good kitchenette and living area..The bathroom was good too!Its not on the strip though and you do pay for parking...but believe me its all worth it!Highly recommended

“Great Property, awful location”
The room, the staff and the Mini Market down stairsThe property was one of the best that i have stayed in and I have stayed in more than my share. The staff went above and beyond and the room was the standard of a New York 2 bedroom apartment. Everything was there in the kitchen and it made the stay with children very comfortable. Unfortunately it is a long long way from the bright lights of Vegas. Yes the property is on the strip but to get to Treasure Island it would be a 40 minute walk. As we had three children it was not possible to walk 40 minutes there, walk all day and then walk 40 minutes home. This meant that we had to get taxis which in itself was ok but as we are a family of 5 finding a taxi that can take 5 people is difficult. Also if we needed to get back to the room in the middle of the day because the one of the children needed to we could not. SO we had to carry everything that we needed for the day every day. We picked this hotel because it is one of the few non smoking hotels in Vegas and it is close to Circus Circus. On a map it looked like the right hotel for us. But in reality it was just tooooooo far away. I would not stay there again.
