“Perfect place in Boston”
Nice staff, great funk vibe rook condition! Helped me to check-in earlier. After a long flight, they saved me! Before I check-in, they offered me to have a breakfast and coffee and it was so thankful. I will come back here next time too

“Rockstar Status Unlocked!”
Wow what an incredible stay at The Verb Hotel! I have to say this was one of the coolest modern experiences with old-skool rockstar vibes. It totally feels like you’re walking into your own green room when you walk into your hotel room! They give you awesome landyards with your “backstage pass” which is your key card, and you get to keep it when you leave. There is Nitro Hot and Cold Brew on tap 24 hours a day (because you know rockstars need to be caffeinated), and the full service continental style breakfast was excellent (just things like waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit but full-service) and they made me a fresh smoothie which was so so good! The location is PERFECT because it is right in front of Fenway Park, directly across from the famous Lansdowne St, and you’re so close to incredible things to do all around this area of Fenway-Kenmore-Boston. Did I mention they have an OUTDOOR HEATED pool?! Located in the middle courtyard which you can see from the inner rooms and the bar/eatery. They’ve got a nice record player in EVERY room and we brought our own vinyl, but they have a ton of vinyl in their collection in the lobby which are free for you to use during your stay, there was even a record already set out for us. If you’re looking for a cool place to stay, look no further than The Verb Hotel!

“Fab Quirky Hotel”
What a fantastic hotel this is, there is so much too say what's good about it...Heading the list are the staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful. If you love Rock n Roll you'll love staying here. Rooms are great and location is really convenient for Red Sox baseball stadium, House of Blues and the new Music Hall venue that's being built nearby. Straight 30 minute walk into the heart of Boston but there is a metro station five minutes walk away and the airport is a short cab ride away - cost $23.

A lot of kitsch, not a lot of comfort. Beds were hard, sink didn’t drain. No elevator to second floor. Restaurant opens at 5PM.

“Super fun and cool hotel”
This hotel has a cool retro vibe bringing my husband and myself back to our days rocking out in the 90’s. The outdoor heated pool was amazing and the staff went above and beyond. Every person that works there was outstanding. Our rooms were clean, fun, and we had the best time/stay. Can’t recommend the bern enough...added bonus it backs up onto Fenway park, for those baseball fans.

“Friendly staff and comfortable ”
The Verb is located in a great little nook behind Fenway Park. It’s a music themed boutique hotel that’s very comfortable with a friendly atmosphere. I was surprised to see CO Bigelow brand bath products and even a mini fridge. Nice touches adding to a comfortable stay.

Staying at the verb was a birthday present for my husband. He loved playing all the records from the library and you can play them loud! Really cool memorabilia to look at.The staff was super friendly.. its a short walk to newbury st and are tons of different things to do in waking distance, so you don't have to worry about navigating crazy boston traffic.

Great location, very unique and cool. Insta worthy! Clean + friendly staff. Amazing stay. Only fault is that parking is very expensive ($65) —recommend you review garages nearby for your stay.

“A Rockin Good Time!”
I can't say enough good things about The Verb! From the second we were greeted by concierge to the second we checked out, we were treated like rock and roll royalty. The staff was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, the facilities were sooo clean and we felt incredibly safe staying there even in the midst of everything going on in the world. What blew us away the most was the attention to detail in all of the decor. We loved being able to choose our vinyls and rock out in our room. Such an amazing experience and we will DEFINITELY be returning to The Verb in the near future!!

“Great Atmosphere”
Each employee was beyond respectful and polite. Loved the retro feel of everything from the bluetooth speaker to the typewriter right in the room. My daughter and I love all things music so it was really neat to see the record player and records available for use. We stayed there as it was walking distance to Boston Childrens and when the time comes we plan on staying again. Everyone was great, house keeping was superb and were genuinely happy each time we saw them. I can honestly say I don't think I have seen a happier set of house cleaning workers in my life.

“Fantastic quirky hotel with great service ”
Loved every room having its own record player and the chance to choose from a wide collection by its hotel. The breakfast was great and having unlimited water, coffee and fruit was a nice touch. Best of all were the friendly staff and the resident cute puppy. The location is right by Fenway Park which is pretty good, although a little bit out of town so not one if you want to be at the complete centre of Boston but good transport options and Uber is easy to catch. Cannot recommend it enough. One final thing ... make sure you try the Japanese restaurant if you can. Amazing cocktails and food

“Awesome Stay!”
If you're looking for an awesome experience with a fantastic staff then you HAVE to stay at the Verb. The entire setup is cool, with a record player in every room and hundreds of records to choose from. My girlfriend is from Boston so we had a several places to choose from in regards to our stay and the Verb will be our go to hotel whenever we decide to go back. Sam, Hannah and the entire staff are very welcoming and made our stay worthwhile.

“The nightmare”
Because of the rock and roll theme, the Verb attracts a lot of late night partiers. We were woken up around 2:00 am by an extremely loud group who claimed to be locked out of their room. The night manager was missing in action so things escalated. In the morning, I spoke to the GM and he defended his staff who was clearly not available to deal with the situation until it got untenable. It was an awful night. Plus, their hvac is very antiquated. Do not expect AC in September even if it is unseasonably warm....

Room keys were not working so needed staff to let us in and out of our room every time. Charged extra for pool and breakfast which was not disclosed until check out because I booked through a third party. Did not even use pool or have breakfast. Could have paid less and stayed at a 4 star hotel. Food at restraunt terrible. Only pro is it is next to Fenway Park and has a unique theme.

“will definitely stay here again”
We stayed at the hotel 5 days total. The location was perfect as it was just right behind Fenway Park and walking distance to all the places we wanted and needed to go to. Our room was clean and surprisingly very quiet despite the fact that the window was right next to a parking lot and the hotel was in the midst of everything. The room was completely noise proof. Definitely would stay at this hotel again .

“Great retro hotel”
Great retro hotel Record players in every room, with plenty of albums to choose from. Right next to Fenway. close to great restaurants. Even one connected. The one connected is a little pricey for what you got. Other better choices nearby. Playing deep purple at 7 AM in the morning is the winner in my book.

한국식 소주바가 가까이에 있어서 여행길 지친 입맛을 돌릴수 있었습니다~ 치안때문애 5성급호텔도 생각했지만 특이점이 있는 호탤이여서 묵었는데 생각보다 가성비있고 좋았습니다~ 콘서트장이릉 가까워서 더 좋았던거 같아요~ 가까이 마트도 있고 굿 보스턴이 먼가 여유롭고 너무 평화로워 보여서 더 안정감 느끼며 여행했습니다 ~ 조식은 간단해서 ~ 멋뜰어지게 차려진 조식을 드실거면 따로 식당을 가셔야 할거 같습니다

“They charged more for nothing. ”
On the first day of arrival, clerk charged more $180 and promised to return back when I checked out. But the promise was not proceeded yet. I am not going to revisit this hotel.

Nos enfants ont découvert les vinyls grâce à cet hôtel : un objet "d'un autre temps" a pu être manipulé dans la chambre ; ils ont pu "mixer" tout en écoutant des sons "vintage" !! ;-) Un endroit insolite, plein d'humour avec des paparazzis qui nous suivent jusque dans les toilettes, comme une véritable rock star... L'hôtel est littéralement au pied d'un stade mythique, dans un quartier en plein essor, bref, un excellent moment !

“Fun and Convenient!”
Stayed here for the Fall Out Boy Concert at Fenway with our three teen daughters. Super fun place to stay and the location can’t be beat! Easy walk to Fenway, got to hear sound check from our room, and the parking option was awesome. Staff was friendly and very helpful! We will be back!
