I have a good stay at this Hotel.
Extra charged my bill without fully explaining the reason behind
We will definitely come back. This hotal is close to almost every tourist spots in Boston. And their cookies.. oh my so good.
It was noisy in the mid night as I heard people singing. Luckily we are too tired and ignored the sound.
Friendly staff, they gave us a really spacious room and free cookies! The room is also clean, has a mini fridge and microwave. Really enjoyed this place, recommended
Room is clean and very spacious as well, subway is just a 1min walk away. Chinatown is in very close proximity, probably a 5min walk.

This hotel has a great location, right next to Chinatown, Boston Common and shopping district. The staff are very friendly.
The breakfast limit $30 per person and parking fee of $59 were not disclosed at the time of the reservation thru Agoda. Also the front desk personnel didn’t mention the $30 limit for breakfast either. There was no one to greet guests on the sidewalk for checkin or valet parking.
The hotel is well located not far from airport and downtown Boston. Vast and clean room. Efficient staff.
The location of the hotel is good and it’s near to China town. However when I checked out there was a charge for breakfast which i didn’t have. It was not under my name. The reception agreed that it was wrong and changed it. However I got the charge amount in my card. Called them and the person said it has been reversed. This was a week ago and I emailed them but still no reply and no charge reversal.
Easy access to restaurants and they opened late! Walk to China town and shopping area. Only bad thing is a parking fee.

Located beside Tufts Hospital. Good location but not like a Hilton hotel, you have to personally drag your own luggages, no one assisted even if we had 4 bags as international traveller.

Street side room. The room has bad sound insulation and every bird and bus and honk can be heard all night through the big window. Bring earplugs.
Nice comfortable bedding. Like the pillows , mattress and linen. Very clean room & bathroom. Yet the guest room is a little bit too dark. Need more lighting. Love the soap , shampoo , conditioner. Very close to T Station . Strategically located near Boston major attractions.
We hung the do not disturb sign but housekeeping still entered. We left personal things such as keys in our suitcases, nothing was missing but they also moved our toothbrushes to tidy up and I threw mine away, had to get a new one. Just tell the front desk to mark your room as a no clean.

Comfort stay in a nice location, closed by China town
I recently stayed here and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the services provided were excellent. The hotel help me to keep safe my luggage. Their services is superb.
As a visitor from Vietnam, I recently made a reservation for a two-night stay at 'Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Boston- Downtown' through Agoda. Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding, I mistakenly booked the wrong dates, which were one month earlier than my intended arrival date. Furthermore, the booking was non-refundable, and cancellation would result in the loss of payment for the first night. Immediately after realizing my mistake, I contacted Agoda VN to inform the hotel of the situation. Agoda made three phone calls to your establishment from Vietnam, but unfortunately, no one answered. Additionally, Agoda also sent emails to your hotel in an attempt to assist with my reservation, but regrettably, there was no response from your end. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have encountered, and it reflects poorly on the quality of your hotel's customer service. It is disheartening to experience such a lack of responsiveness and assistance from your hotel staff and management. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and strive to improve the level of customer service provided to guests in the future. Clear communication and prompt assistance are essential elements in ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
This is a nice hotel in a great downtown location! China town is close by, museums, theaters, shops, countless restaurants and the waterfront is close! We loved the location. Room was clean and spacious! We would return.
Cannot find a usd or outlet to charge anything
Clean room , comfort bed and large can walk to China town and city, park overall is great ..just one thing is this hotel close to hospital and parking car and my room can hear some noise like ambulance or someone reverse car after midnight or traffic noise quite loud after midnight cuase us awake
Everything was good. However, no water complimentary is a negative point for the value of hotel. Still recommend.

The hotel room we got was dark and dingy. It’s supposed to be newly renovated but it looks old. The fitness center was smaller than expected. Location was great.
The location of the hotel is very convenient. The subway station orange line is barely 10 mts away from the hotel. The staff is very helpful, breakfast is nice and overall it was a good experience.

Staff was extremely nice and efficient. Property could use a refresh but rooms are clean and atmosphere is pleasant to dine and have drinks in lobby. Location is great for price as well can pretty much walk to theatre district and city center, Uber to north end if in a hurry. Overall a great stay for value. Would stay again and recommend!!!
Had a great stay in the hotel, nice large room, comfortable bed, soft pillows, cozy ambience, the room also had a coffee maker and microwave which is a plus point and friendly staff, special thanks to Joy for assisting us during our stay.

We came in at 4am on a very delayed flight. Exhausted and with my child, the front desk checked us in very quickly and had a snack shack available for purchase. It was much appreciated!
The room is not very comfortable, but the most frustrating part is that the air conditioner cannot work at all. We called the front desk and got some arrogant replies like telling us we can move to another hotel if we are not satisfied, it's already 10 P.M. and the front desk didn't say anything beforehand when we checked in. TBH the experience sucks.

Good location, easy access to T stations. Walking distance to China town and malls. Nice bar at the lobby. Fast check in, helpful staffs.
Steps away from the metro. Our room had EVERYTHING we needed, mini fridge, microwave, iron w/board, safe, coffee maker, hair dryer... nice. TV reception was spotty on some channels but that was not important to us.
Unless you want to spend unnecessary money, do not book this hotel. I have stayed at Doubletree before this and had a good experience, but this by far was the worst hotel experience in life. Parking is $45.00 per night and your parking spot is not guaranteed. WiFi is not included, although it’s advertised to be included (only includes the lobby). I have traveled throughout the US and numerous other countries and I have never had to pay for WiFi. If you want your room cleaned, you must request it due to COVID, which I understand but what I don’t understand is that this wasn’t mentioned to me when checking in. The experience was so awful, we decided to leave a day earlier. Never again.
At first I was nervous that my husband, son and I would be staying in Chinatown but the price was good so I took a chance. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. I was worried because other reviewers on TripAdvisor said it was outdated, dirty, and front desk staff unpleasant, but that wasn't the case at all. Our room and bathroom were clean. The only issue we had was the toilet wouldn't flush on our second day there, however the problem was solved very quickly. I called the front desk to let them know and the maintenance staff arrived within ten minutes. It didn't take him long to figure out what was wrong and the malfunctioning part was replaced within fifteen minutes. The location of the hotel was wonderful! There is a subway stop nearby but we found we were within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. We ate in the restaurant on two occasions and the food was delicious. Do not hesitate in booking this hotel, we are glad we did.
“Fantastic Stay for Groups ”
Our group had a fantastic stay at this property. The location was superb, with great shopping options and excellent walkability to explore the area easily. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the facilities provided everything we needed. The bathroom was well-maintained, and the housekeeping service was top-notch. We also appreciated the lovely views from the hotel. Overall, a wonderful experience!
