“Night away”
Exceptional facilities with a stylish room. Amenities were great, with a state of the art modern bathroom with a shower that's to die for. Bed is extremely comfortable. All in all worth every penny.

When checking in , Shannon on reception was more than helpful which made the process so easy. The room was pristine. The staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for anyone. Breakfast was superb. A wide variety of choices. I would highly recommend this hotel.

“Great hotel in good location ”
Fantastic large rooms and in a good location for getting around. We got on a late deal so excellent value for money. Good check in and check out times. Nice bar for when you get back in the evening and want a last drink before bed. Would definitely stay again

We booked this stay late minute and needed a city centre hotel with electric car charging - we were not disappointed and loved the Moroccan restaurant opposite which was walking distance where we have a lovely evening meal!

We stayed 2 nights for my husbands weekend, and can honestly say we had the most nicest weekend. Hotel was so clean, the hotel staff were ever so friendly. Definitely recommend

Had a lovely stay. Top class hotel with friendly, efficient and attentive staff. Perfect location for a wine tasting event in the same hotel. About 10 mins walk into the city centre. Breakfast very good. Hotel smells nice too! Recommended

“Exceptional hotel”
The hotel was spot on. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. The rooms are gorgeous and the beds are sublime. 100% will be staying here again. The parking was expensive but it's worth it knowing you're car is safe and secure.

I had a lovely stay at The Lowry Hotel. The welcome at reception was warm and friendly, making me feel right at home. The overall experience was delightful, and I would definitely choose to stay here again for future trips to Manchester. Highly recommended!

From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out everything was 5 star! The staff were excellent in every area that we visited, reception, bar and spa. We will certainly return next time were in Manchester.

“Birthday weekend back in Salford”
We are fresh from coming home after our stay at The Lowry Hotel and was extremely impressed by everything. Nothing is too much trouble and in this day and age customer service is on the wane this place has it in abundance. Will definitely be heading back again. Book the breakfast as well it is simply perfection.

“Lovely hotel but staff not so much”
We are regulars at this hotel and always choose to stay here when we visit Manchester. However this may be the last time we stay, as our visit recently left us very disappointed. Most of the staff didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing and some were very rude. For the amount you pay you should be able to rely on staff to get your order right and not have to wait half an hour for a simple hot chocolate when the bar is practically empty - just to name an example.

“Great hotel with room for improvement”
The good: 1) Spacious and well-appointed rooms 2) Very comfortable and soft bed 3) Large windows that let in a lot of light, but can be properly darkened with curtains 4) Hotel location perfect to enjoy the city centre while staying in a calm and quiet area The Bad: 1) Brief introduction to hotel's services while checking in 2) Slow service in bar restaurant 3) Standard checkout time is 11am which is rather stingy if breakfast ends at 10:30. Industry standard for checkout in most places (especially 5-star properties) is 12:00

“Lovely hotel with great parking”
Clean rooms, great bathroom and secure parking right outside (not the cheapest parking but it’s what I’d expect of central Manchester in a completely secure car park)
