very helpful and friendly staff, very close-by Euston station.
The room still felt spacious, even after we added an extra bed.
Hotel was fine location near the station room and breakfast were good no complaints
The room was very spacious for the 4 of us. Proximity was also close to Euston station which made it very convenient to arrive frm Euston and also travel outwards to other parts of London.
Front desk does not pick up call on 2 occasions. I need to go down lobby physically to request them to unlock the AC setting. Every day need to request to unlock AC setting, this is unacceptable as we paid for room and should have the freedom to set room temperature to our preference. Slow and weak wifi, no mini-bar fridge. Bed side does not have power socket for phone charging !!! Bed sheet not properly tuck. Avoid this hotel.
New
Nice hotel for overnight stay no frills Guy in reception was excellent and helped me with luggage storage Lady in kitchen was training someone Sunday and was very kind in here approach Would stay again
The room was small and can literally hear the sound of the latch form next door open and closed. do not expect to be sound proof. But resonable to be relatively calm noises and not hearing the conversation form the net room and aisle.
Friendly staff ideal location clean rooms recommended *****
Clean comfortable beds , safe Very small shower and train noise is an issue if you are a light sleeper. Ear plugs come with the room!
Dirty carpet but overall ok.
Difficult check in, long winded, automated podium, loads of questions, receptions staff were sat chatting. Small but clean room. Warning signs all over about anti social behaviour etc. Ear plugs provided in the bathrooms, as the trains are quite constant, but i didnt think they were that loud on the 3rd floor. Rear yard view with bright lights that came around he edges of the blackout blinds. really bright all night.
The location is good as it is near the railway station.
strategic location next to london euston train station
Not worth the price!
I don’t know if it was dust, mold, or simply the super try air but I had an allergic reaction after sleeping in this hotel for one night. I couldn’t sleep at all. Kept sneezing all night long. The air felt extremely stuffy. Also the rooms were Reall hot and the A/C didn’t work. I don’t recommend this hotel. It feels like a maze when you’re trying to get to your room. It was pretty run down.
I was surprised at how noisy the trains running underneath the hotel were. I'd recommend a room on the higher floor.
Suit only for young traveller, need more room ammenities such as microwave
We had an enjoyable overnight stay at The Wesley. Bar and Kitchen staff very attentive. My only gripe was the noise of doors being slammed through the night which I believe were staff. Other than that, comfy bed, lovely room and lovely reception staff.
Booked Superior Double room but were given normal double room size ! Not different from normal Double room. Cleaning lady do not encourage to come in to room to clean . No cleaning when hotel customers are not present in their rooms!
Being next to Euston is so convenient to go within London or out of London, especially to airport. Quite a number of Asian eateries. Just suit me…
Convenient to travel around and good restaurants nearby. Besides location not too much to expect.
Speedy check in and check out Peaceful and quiet Huge gym center Convenient location
The hotel very old and the room that shown in the picture not reflect the reality. I took a room and they gave a different one from the picture . Please take a moment of searching before decide.
Smooth and quick check in / check out process. The room furniture is in excellent condition and the room is well maintained, very clean and has v good size ( superior double) with complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water. The room also has AC, fan, large closet, safe, hair dryer, iron and LED TV. The bathroom is refurbished and has shower box with hot water and v good pressure - sanitary kit is also provided. Excellent daily housekeeping service. Although you could here far train noise from the nearby Euston Station but for me it was not loud and I still had quit and peaceful sleep- BTW ear plugs are also provided but did not really need them
staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean. Happy with our stay
I’ve stayed in better budget hotels in London but choice was limited when I booked but for a room only this was ridiculously overpriced for a Tuesday night 1 night stop over. But that is London for you at the moment. Double really what I think you should pay for.
Doesnt look that nice as on photos In real life the hotel is old building with broken wooden windows and mould. These windows were hidden from inside with covers. Shower had stains. Breakfast was a bit cold but overall not bad
It looks a bit old. But in general not bad. Quite clean.
Comfortable good value hotel. Close walk to station but have to negotiate road works.
We spent one night in a family room on the ground floor and hardly slept. The curtains didn’t block out the brought green light that lights up the front of the building and you can feel and hear the underground going all night.
It is our first time to U.K. as a couple. We chose this hotel because it is only a few minutes walk to Euston Station. It is very close to the ‘221B Baker Street’, which you could take photos if required The hotel is quite tidy with all the basic stuff you will need. The staffs were helpful and friendly in the check-in and check-out process. I will recommend his hotel to others who might be interested
Ideal for all links to see the sights
The only downside to the stay was the size of the bathroom being very small and having to change my room when first arriving. Otherwise it was a clean, friendly and comfortable hotel
The bathroom is extremely small. The shower area is terrible. Staff is not really helpful and impolite. NOT RECOMMENDED.
We visited London for a few days with our two boys 10 and 14. The location of this hotel was nice due to it being so close to Euston station. So it was easy to get around the city. However there was a bit of noise in the room from a train going by frequently. It didn’t bother us though during the night so we slept nicely. Very clean, the food was good at the restaurant and the staff helpful and friendly. It would have been nice to an updated smart tv with Netflix to be able to watch a movie together or a comfortable lounge where we could hang out when relaxing between trips around the city. But overall we were happy with our stay at this hotel.
Excellent Hotel, no faults whatsoever
Room was 40 degress with “central control” so you can’t turn off the heat/turn on the ac by yourself. Not even sure if the AC works since there’s a portable fan inside the room that will cool down the temperature. Not recommended
great
Overall is satisfactory. Room is bit small but washroom is quite spacious.
The hotel is small but in a very convenient location. The rooms are noisy, with paper thin walls and noise from the tube. It’s unfortunate because otherwise the beds were comfortable and the rooms clean.
Me and my husband booked a room for a 1 night stay as I was attending an appointment at UCHL, room was basic but clean, the reception staff were very polite and friendly, restaurant was ok food wasn't the best (chicken burger and chips) but the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage in the hold room once checked out while I attended my appointment which was really helpful. 2 mins walk from euston Station.
The location of The Wesley is very convenient. Access to tubes and trains are just few minutes away.
Close to Euston station. Clean. Friendly. Great breakfast.
Generally the hotel was worth for the money. Staffs were polite and welcoming. Meanwhile the room was different from the picture and smaller than expected.
It doesn’t look like the photos - it’s much more studenty and basic in reality. Some staff were lovely and helpful, others a bit grumpy. The rooms are more in the category of student accommodation. Compared to a nearby alternative (overlooking a big square) which has a lovely lobby and entrance- this feels like student halls because of the pokey entrance at the end of a dark street, and weird green lighting (not to mention the six steps, albeit there is a lift available). Other hotels nearby are far nicer for similar or cheaper price, so I wouldn’t recommend.
