“It was ok for London”
Location, boutique, nice looking streetThe room we got was at the back, next to the back alley, which was surprisingly noisy at night. To get there, we had to walk up the stairs, then down the stairs... with XL size suitcases (coming from Asia) it was not easy. Staff were mostly foreign, with not much knowledge of the local scenes.

“ Room only for able bodied!”
Location, Location, LocationThe room is small and the design is not specifically user friendly. There are steps up and down to the bed and not much room to manouver. The bath / shower is a specif issue - you have to step down in to the bath again from a tight space - which is basically a cubby hole at the side of the bed. Getting back out is another matter as there are no hand holds etc. I would not recomend this room for an okder is less able bodied person - it is boardering on dangerous. The room I had was gorund floor and there are blinds on the windows but these are quite see through. As the bed is right next to the window which borders a busy street - i felt slightly exposed as the room totally lacked any privacy.

“Cool rooms but wished it was less dusty.”
Close to tube station, early checkin honored, unique room designThe room was quite cool except that the bathroom was too small. It was impossible not to smash your elbows into the glass panel separating the tub and the toilet while in the shower. Shelves in the room, especially on the top floor where the bed was, were very dusty. ( and remained so for the entire duration of our stay). Not great for people with dust allergies.

“Trendy clean comfortable and compact”
Modern, clean, quiet, and well locatedGood value for money, especially given the location. Comfortable, modern, and good quality furnishings. The bathroom was also well appointed. The rooms are well sound-proofed, and the street is quiet, leading to undisturbed sleep. The rooms being small would be the only negative comment, but given the price and location this is not a criticism.

“Lovely hotel and nice staff”
Love the room style!!!we have stayed in this hotel for 2 night, and the room is really nice, small but warm. the staffs are really friendly and the breafasts are very fresh and delicious. the location is very near downtown, very convenient to go anywhere. if you are here for just couple days, here is a very good choice to stay. enjoy!

“good service and nice hotel”
nice bed and decorationsThe hotel is a bit far from Central, but not bad. Easy to Oxford Close, Picadilly, Leicester etc...Taxi will only cost around £5-15. The hotel has really nice, comfy bed, decoration is really stylish but small. The shower with steambath, perfect to relax after a long day. I just hate the lift and stairs are so small. You can barely walk with luggage I didn't have breakfast there...but make me to give points..so I have the medium...

“Value for money”
Locationgood bed & breakfast hotel with all the required basics for the business traveller, except for a proper place (no lounge, bar or lobby) to conduct meetings. for some people the design of the rooms might be too modern and not comfortable, but personally i found it fun. in general this hotel offers good value for money in a city where most hotels are ridiculously expensive whilst offering very poor rooms and services.

“Good location but wouldn't stay again”
locationThe room I was in (203 I think)was in a basement, was very small and the desk lamp, one of the 2 mini-fridges and the shower thermostat didn't work properly. The room design looked good at first, but was very impractical. There were 2 big steps down to the bathroom from the bed and it can only be a matter of time before someone hurts themselves in the night by falling down them. The location was great though- Regents Parks is super close, as are a number of Tube stations and great restaurants/shops etc

“Good hotel in excellent location ”
has everything a businessperson can needthe people in reception were helpful. the hotel looks nice and modern even though when looking closely it's a bit worn down. everything is white so it got dirty. the hotel has everything one can need in a hotel room as a business person who is there to sleep. one bad thing is the noise from the street. maybe if i had gotten a room that didn't face the street where they had facade works. it's excellent located.

“nice hotel in good location”
good locationthe hotel is a nice one, with designer rooms, which are unfortunately very small. The breakfast is a bit limited, (no buffet option)

“Super séjour”
C’est déjà la seconde fois que je vais dans cet hôtel et je vous le recommande les yeux fermés. Il est idéalement situé, vraiment à proximité du centre ville, à 3 minutes de madame Tussaud et de la station de métro Baker Street. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant, la réception ouverte 24h sur 24h. J’y retournerai encore une fois avec plaisir. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable, d’autant plus qu’à notre arrivée nous avons été surclassées en chambre deluxe.

“Un agréable hôtel bien situé”
L'hôtel se situe dans une rue tranquille à deux pas du musée Tussaud, de Baker Street et de la très agréable Marylebone Street. Dans cette maison Very british, l'accueil est souriant et détendu. Agréable chambre à la décoration sobre et à la literie très confortable. Ma fille et moi y avons bien dormi avant une longue journée londonienne.

“Mille Falk”
Nottingham Place Hotel, er et hotel i verdensklasse ! Det ligger 2 minutters gang fra Baker street, som er et stop fra Oxford Circus. Byen ligger omkring dig, og alt er i nærheden. Personalet er mennesker som ønsker dit ophold det bedste, de er servicemindede, opdateret og meget imødekommende. Man føler sig velkommen ligeså snart man træder ind af døren. De er utrolig søde og gode til at hjælpe med alt ting. Hotellet er delt op i to, så vi boede ovre på den anden side af gaden, i den hyggeligste lille studio lejlighed. Alt var pænt og rent. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage til Nottingham place hotel næste år! Man føler sig uden tvivl hjemme på det her hyggelige lille by hotel.

“OK for a nights stay”
The nottingham place is fine for a nights stay although at £150 there are very little facilities to show for it. If i was staying locally i'd get a 4* with pool, bar restaurant and probably a gym, but thats probably London for you. The photo's also make it look a lot better than what it is as i found the room to be showing signs of age and although for e.g the bathroom was probably nice when fitted its now got a mirror falling off the wall and shower that the head needs changing on and is worn throughout. We slept well on the bed although it dips in the middle as it looks to be 2 singles pushed together. Carpet is very worn throughout and dirty/patched up in places. If you're in one of the higher rooms (we had 118) then use the lift as the stairs aren't very forgiving. Don't get me wrong it served a purpose and is great for the Baker Street tube or Madame Tusauds (both of which we used) and is about a 10 minute walk to Oxford Street, plus the (French sounding) staff were polite and helpful (we were able to check in a little before 2pm aswell) and left luggage a godsend but i just feel that i could have probably paid half the price anywhere else in the country for similar. We chose not to pay the £11 for continental breakfast and walked round to mcdonalds instead so can't comment on that.
