Next to shopping ctr,big room,spaces,clean,big comfortable bed.newrby tube station,easy to find Halal food,All is good except price a bit expensive 😁.Walking distance to bus interchange(bus to tourist attraction info plse provide)🤣

my guest was visitor, stayed holiday inn for 4 nights. last night requested to cancel before 2pm and guest check out hotel on time. but they didnt give them money back for last night. so my guest was not happy at all.

Located at a big shopping mall with train and underground for easy access to the City of London. Airport Shuttle Bus to Stansted Airport stop right front of the mall. Another great Holiday Inn which meets your expectation.

Really great location right in Westfield shopping mall with lots of restaurants and shops. Also good value and very clean and comfortable. Next to tube station and 15 minutes into the city of london or to canary wharf

Good location for shopping & transportation, quiet & clean room with free wifi. "but some mistake done between Agoda.com and Holiday Inn of the booking regarding the breakfast including or not. Maybe human error or the system. Anyway already it done but still not very happy doing morning breakfast" . Other than that the good & great service by all the hotel staff.

The hotel is very near stratford mall. Rooms are very clean. Staff are very courteous. I will stay here again in my future visit.

It was wonderful. Staff was very accommodating and addressed all our needs even beyond the call of duty. The place although far from central london was steps away from the train which made it very easy to move around. great shops and restaurants all around. Breakfast selections were good and satisfying. Price was reasonable. I would definitely think about booking there again next time i'm in london

I found the hotel adequate for my needs nothing too fancy simple but effective room was of a decent size very new and very clean. The location was fantastic for shopping just walk downstairs and all the shops are there! Will be going again soon to do some more shopping

Nice brand new hotel with easy access into London - I was going to the O2 so only 3 stops away on the tube. Easy check in, friendly staff, breakfast was good. Needs better signposting in the shopping centre to direct you to the hotel
