“Excellent”

Wonderful hotel in the best location in London. All of the staff we encountered were exceptionally professional, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Fantastic service, decor, location ”

Pretty much everything about this hotel was outstanding with the exception that (at least in my room on the second floor) you could hear a musical baseline into the early morning. It wasn’t that loud and I was pretty jet lagged so it wasn’t a major problem, but if you can’t fall asleep through such noise I might negotiate a quiet room location at check in. The room service (food and speed), service, decor, room size, location were all excellent. There is a lot of lighting and blind automation in the room that takes a little experimentation (not super intuitive) so I would let the bellman explain it to you when you arrive.

I used to love this hotel: I have stayed there about 10 times in past 2 or 3 years. Great location, nice decor. They used to have a great coffee shop/Tea room facing Regent Street which served a light lunch and pastries --bright and cheerful: the perfect place to decompress after arriving from the airport. But during the recent renno. the did away with it. Now it's called "Cakes and Bubbles" (dreadful name--sounds like a cake of soap in a bubble bath). Now you can ONLY have cake and champagne . Now there's no casual place to have a light lunch, a salad, a pastry. They do have restaurant serving heavy food (Steak and Fish) , and a bar. But now you need to order room service or go to the neighboring Spa to get a light lunch and a salad. There's just nowhere to sit comfortably and have a coffee and pastry in a cafe. So, I just moved to the Corinthian Hotel in Trafalgar Square. Same ambiance, much better options

“Great Hotel”

Great hotel, Clean and neat place, good food and location. Well run ! The room electronics are high tech and fickle. ELECTRIC CANT CANDLENA STEAMER OR CURLING IRON. Rheostats on lighting need to be changed and checked. I loved the hotel and reccomended it to several people who are going in next 3 months.

Though I found the hotel overall to be as expected there was an incident of concern the moment I arrived. I asked the receptionist if they would change a five pound note for five one pound coins and she said that she was unable to do that. Not a very good start.

Best hotel in London! The location is amazing. The staff are super helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to accomodate all our needs and more. The rooms are beautiful and modern, spacious and clean, with beautiful views of Regent street. The breakfast was great. I will recommend this hotel to anyone 100%. Hopefully I'll get a chance to go back.

“Nice hotel but poor service at check in”

Nice hotel at a good location but service is not on par. We requested for early check in but only got the room after 3pm even though they said will put us on priority. We had to keep checking with front desk if room was ready. The booking confirmation stated check in after 2pm but hotel front desk said standard check in is 3pm. When we finally got our room, the extra bed that was paid at booking was not set up, thus causing more delays. Tv was also not working properly. It just felt that requests made at booking were ignored.

The room looks good but i think it's still up there in price. The location is superb. The staffs were very friendly and a staff will show you around the hotle and explain everything after you checked it.

Despite the building is 150 years old, the recent renovation gives it a touch of moderness and the staff are superb!

Had a wonderful time. Slap bang in the middle of London with a view of Picadilly Circus from our room. Double glazed thick windows block the noise from outside - not a sound of traffic.

We had arrived before the given check-in time as our flight arrived in the morning. As we were travelling with a very young child we needed the room as soon as possible. As such, we upgraded to a suite. The hotel was quite accommodating in assisting us with the upgrade. We used a babysitter on the Friday night that we arrived (min 4 hours for babysitting). On the Saturday night, our son fell ill and we had to cancel the babysitter (an hour before she was due to arrive). We were not only charged for the full 4 hours, but it was more expensive than the previous night. What I had originally budgeted for this 2 night stay ended up being 3.5 times more expensive. Although it is a great hotel in a fabulous location, we spent over 2250 pounds for a two night stay (and only had breakfast on the first day we arrived while waiting for a room).

Stay for 2 nights with my wife. Impressed with all the hotel staffs which very polites and helpful. The best hotel around regent st and oxford st area. 1 minutes walk to picadilly tube. Rooms is outstanding in term of size, design and aminities. B&O tv is one of awesome thing. Comfy bed and great pillow.

가격이 상당히 높긴 하지만 위치면으로 타의 추종을 불허합니다. 다른 이름있는 호텔을 이용하려다 이곳을 몇번 이용해본 지인의 추천으로 예약했는데 가격만큼 서비스도 훌륭하고 친절합니다. 객실이 넓진 않지만 굉장히 쾌적하고 깔끔하며, 오래된 호텔이지만 시설은 최신식으로 하려고 노력한 흔적이 보였어요. 욕실의 거울속 TV라던지, 자동 블라인드등이 매우 편하고 놀라웠어요. 아이는 수영장 이용 시간이 제한적이라는 점이 조금 아쉬웠지만 수영장의 편안한 분위기나 깔끔함에 매우 만족했습니다.
