“Location was excellent but expensive”

It suited my needs but living in Bangkok I found it very expensive for what you got. Room was small, breakfast not included, wifi only available free for an hour and I found the staff were aloof.

“good value, average experience”

The room was not ready upon arrival despite arriving after noon and having an advance reservation. There were ridiculous charges for all extras, particularly breakfast and internet usage. When asked about using the internet, the staff was less than cordial. Overall the location is excellent but the general experience, due largely to staff attitude, was average.

the hotel's main attribute is its proximity to great shopping, the central underground system, and many iconic London landmarks. The hotel itself is not distinguished - the single room was small, the bed not very comfortable and the bathroom adequate. Staff were efficient, not particularly friendly but adequate.I would stay there again because you are in 5 star location for 3 star price.

Staffs provide good service, bed is soft but the aisle is too narrow.. Good lactation, close to green park underground.. There are Boots, marks &spencer, Starbucks nearby. 2sations to harrods department, 3stations to covert garden.. Bed is very soft, but room is small. Lobby with a good smell, really enjoy the moment when have a seat in looby.

“Only good point is location”

this is not what you expect from hilton. small room, hard blanket, pillows that are so old they should be thrown out, shower over a bath tub (not even a big tub) and walls so thin you hear every person walking down the corridor and every nearby phone ringing. it's fine for one night for the location, 2 minutes from underground station and can be reached from heathens directly. do not go there for romance as i have been to more pleasant b&bs in england. the only 4 star aspect is the price.

nice and clean, very nice staff, but rooms and corridors are really hostel-like, extremely small and univiting. location is good for those who like to take a short stroll, green park is next door as well as the subway station. overall i loved my stay in london but expected much more from a hilton, especially for the price i paid. the restaurant was nice but the steak was poor, nothing like what i expected, how can you cook an almost well-done steak when the order is medium rare? overall a pleasant experience but will stay at a different hotel next time. one very good thing about this hotel though that it is in a very quiet little street, this was nice.

it's just a brief 5 minutes walk to the green park tube station. very convenient to travel around from that location.

I love the location of this hotel which is easily accessible and it's just a brief walk to the Green park tube station. The Picardilly line is really convenient and the rooms are clean and modern. However, if you have heavy luggages, the rooms can be a slight problem as there are steps in the room and in the corridor.

Near to Green Park underground which u can access to any attractions in London, walking distance to Oxford Street and all the shopping area, and just 5-10 min walk to Buckingham Palace

“Great Hotel Location”

I have stayed in this Hotel a couple of times and it appears they always have run out of some alcoholic beverage, this time it was Lager and Southern Comfort. Barman said that they had a party the night before.

가족여행으로, 런던 숙소를 결정하면서 고민을 많이 했습니다. 그러나, 평소 힐튼호텔은 기본이상은 했기때문에 별 걱정없이 바로 예약을 했습니다. 그런데! 정말 제가 다녀본 힐튼 호텔 중에서 방 상태는 최악이었습니다. 아주 작은 객실, 낮은 천장, 낡은 화장실, 냉장고도 없었습니다. 그리고, 이번 여행에서 가장 최악으로 남은 순간은... 가족여행으로 간 여행인데, 오전에 옆방에서의 소음이 다 들리더군요. 물론, 세세한 소리는 들리지 않았지만, 큰 신음소리가 저희방까지 다 들렸습니다. 정말 방 상태는 분명, 최악이었습니다. 위치는 지하철역이 가까워서 좋았고, 숙소 길건너 그린파크, 버킹엄궁전이 위치해 좋았습니다. 투어버스(Bic Bus)를 이용했는데, 숙소에서 멀지않는 곳에 정류장이 있어 매우 좋았습니다. 다른 레스토랑은 이용해보지 못했고, 조식만 이용했는데, 조식은 힐튼답게 좋았습니다. 힐튼호텔을 너무 좋게만 생각하고, 기대가 컸던 탓일수도 있지만, 이번 힐튼 런던 그린파크는 저에게는 좋지 않은 추억으로 남았습니다.

“Bien situe mais prix eleve pour ce confort”

L'hotel est a proximite de la station Green Park ce qui est tres pratique et la rue est calme. Il y a quelques restaurants de toute cuisine a proximite (Shepherd market) ce qui est pratique. L'hotel en lui meme est assez decevant, malgre que l'entree de l'hotel et le lobby ne paient pas de mine, l'hotel est tres vieillot et mal equipe. Pour 200 euros la nuit (sans petit dejeuner) on s'attendait a quelque chose de plus classe. La tele etait vieille, le frigo est sur demande, pas de meuble pour poser les valises, pas de canape ou fauteuil, la moquette et les rideaux de la chambre datent de 10 ans voir 15 ans. Le lit etait confortable et la salle de bain grande. La chambre avait 2 petites fenetres sans vue, c'etait assez triste. Heureusement que le staff etait serviable. Pour la wifi ce n'etait accessible (et gratuite) que depuis le lobby.

Das Positive zuerst: Tolle Lage. Die Zimmer aber waren winzig, die Einrichtung lieblos, die Schallisolierung zum Flur nahezu nicht vorhanden. Kein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer war extrem klein, in der engen Dusche gab es nichmals eine Seifenablage, die Isolierung war furchtbar - man hatte morgens den Eindruck, die Leute im Gang würden direct neben dem eigenen Kopf auf und ab laufen.

Noen av de ansatte var veldig hyggelige, mens andre kunne anstrengt seg litt mer... Frokosten var litt kjedelig, men ferskpresset juice og nystekt omelett (minus søndag?!😳) var et pluss. Ferske grønnsaker manglet i alle fall.

除了位置找不到其他任何优点，让我们入住最为遗憾的一家希尔顿酒店！！！

كانت سيئه جداً الغرفة صغيره جداً جداً لا استطيع التحرك في الغرفه وفي نفس الوقت بارده جداً والمكيف عطلان جلست يوم وطلعة زاتمنى لكم التوفيق
