Lovely hotel the rooms were very clean , there was a bit of a refurb going on the floor we stayed with carpet being replaced but this was only on the aisle, the room was perfect , good size , modern feel and spotless! Location is excellent, opposite Kensington gardens , with easy access to Notting Hill , Westbourne grove is under 10 min walk
THE HOTEL IS NICE AND QUITE LITTLE OLD , BUT THE LOCATION AND STAFF ARE 10/10
Great facilities and location in front of hyde park, amazing staff - especially Mori for his full support during our stay. The hotel was walking distance from nottinghill and many underground stops, and rightl in front of a bus stop. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting london.

Good location, near bus stop to the central. However what it said on the in room facilities was not there. No fridge, no microwave, no kettle ( I ask twice then i got it, but full with white pain), no free bottle water, no hair dryer, no other aminities.

It is close to underground and it is easy to get to all tourist attractions. The are is full of restaurants and bars. A few dislikes are a window was not opening, the ventilation is weak, therefore the room was pretty humid, breakfast was limited to a classic British taste. ( becon and eggs)

Don’t get me wrong, our stay was uneventful but it was alright. Decided on this hotel due to its proximity to the gardens where we’ll be spending most of our days but if not for that, would’ve chosen another one. What stood out only was the bloke that assisted me tremendously at the restaurant, other than that no help was provided by hotel staff.

Multiple broken gadgets Room on mezzanine with three steps Elevator does not service mezzanine floor

Location is perfect and is just perfect opposite Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Within close walking distance are three underground stations, Queensway, Bayswater and Nottinghill. My sister room was so hot. Informed front office,but no solution given. My sistwr had to buy her own portable fan for her room to survive her stay of 9 nights last May 2024

They gave me a room that was very hot because the heater was having problem and cannot switch to aircond. Dont know whether other people also experienced the same or it was just only my room. Stayed there for 9 nights suffering, cannot sleep very well coz the room was super hot at night. They cannot give me other room coz full booking and cannot give standing fan also. Had to buy own small fan to make the room a bit cooler. 1st and the last going to this hotel. Very bad experienced.

I checked in at 11pm and the air con doesn’t work , I’m not sure if it’s affect whole 1st floor as my colleuage also stay on same floor with no air Con too . They only offer a fan for her room which is really hot as no fresh air and my room got a portable air Con which is a little bit better . The balcony door cannot be locked and the bedsheet got stain on it which is really disgusting . We stay for the first night and request to change to another room and it’s much better . Staff is really helpful and nice . But I couldn’t believe this is Hilton quality standard . Worse experience ever .

Room was small and tight. Room service wasn’t good as the bedsheets were done half heartedly
We booked this hotel for its location. However, we booked with a filter that had parking, only to find out we had to pay an extra £30 per day for parking. The parking area was disgusting and very small. The rooms were nice but you can (and we then did) get much better hotels for similar prices. The location is great though. Staff were mixed, had a few quite abrasive staff and some very helpful. Overall, would not go back, in fact we left early to find a better hotel
the hotel room is basic but clean an conveniet to access to public transport and the Hyde Park. I enjoyed my stay there .
The rooms are clean nice but very small. Location is good for all kind of services. The staff are helpful and welcoming.
I recommend the hotel, supervisor James offered a perfect help and he is helpful and the staff friendly
Cleaning issues
not only Jason but all of the front desk staff couldn’t have done enough for us and were most accommodating. The rooms are London size, but modern and clean. the location is fantastic and the cafe on the ground floor is great.
The room supplies are never refilled; have to follow up for coffee, shower gel, etc. Many times. The breakfast is very average with many times empty (slow refills). The location is great; opp to Parks. Loads
despite paying at Agoda.com the hotel has charged me a second time on the credit card give for incidentals and have not reversed the charges despite requests
Becareful The hotel management cant find a solution as they are saying the mice are moving between the AC pipes!!!

Nice services
The staff in the lobby were so friendly. My toddler was running around non stop and they were fine with him. The subway is just a few mins walk from the hotel. The garden is just across the street! Highly recommend
Location near kensington palace and kensington park and quensway station.
My husband and me planned a trip to London to celebrate our 2nd year wedding anniversary. The overall experience of the hotel is good as it is very strategically located. However the room is small and can be cramped if you have shopping alot. Facilities are quite basic. Since London is an expensive city, the room rate is not the cheapest but the location is simply superb.
Reasonable price with good location nearly underground Queensway and Bayswater. The room is very clean and facilities are well. Highly recommend for your next adventure!
Nice location. Great service. Hotel concierge Mr. Caner is warm and friendly. Air conditioner in the room is a little bit hard to adjust. Otherwise everything is fine.

The hotel is just across Hyde park and near to tube station. The hotel room is bit small (but its normal in the UK), but the service is good. The breakfast is simple but nice. The staff is really pleasant and helpful. Most importantly the hot chocolate chip cookies! Thanks Doubtletree Hyde Park. Will come again & highly recommended.
So this was the last room I needed for the family trip. Arrived promptly at the hotel and upon check in, there was a slight issue with the room. Anastasia and enrich dealt with this spectacularly. The room offered was somehow still in use so my family were upgraded to a king corner room. That room itself was spectacular. I couldn't find a thing wrong nor a thing out of place. The layout of the room.would have benefitted from being a king corner with twin beds but that is my only changeable here.
Even after reconfirming for late Check in, the rooms were not provided to us. And they shifted us to Westminster Hilton which was a good hotel & walking distance to London Eye, Big Ben and few more tourist attractions. This Hotel was at a good location and a wonderful breakfast too. I would certainly recommend Westminster Hilton for a comfortable stay.
The price for the room we choose is too high and room is normal dose not deserve that price But the staff was very kind and friendly
The room size is huge, the staff are friendly and very nice. Location wise it’s close to Queensway station, just a couple stations away from Bond Street/ Tottenham Court Road, pretty good!
Breakfast was disastrous. No one pickup our piling up plate on the table.

I wish to highly recommend this hotel for everyone who's looking for a luxurious stay amidst a very affordable price tag, in a place strategically located to public transports, a massive park, abundant food & beverage options and excellent hotel services. All staff we came across have been friendly, helpful and courteous, especially Mr Caner. Definitely will return again!
It's well situated on the Central Line and close to Hyde Park - I need to run when travelling to London. London hotels are outrageously priced for what they offer but this place isn't so bad.

“Great option right in central London”
The hotels best part is its location. It is just opposite Hyde Park and walking distance from 2 metro lines. So if you plan to visit central London or want to do sightseeing around Central London this is one of the best options available. The facilities are limited and the room size is small for what we pay, but the rates in this part of city are very high so no complaints there. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast spread was decent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
