This hotel is conveniently situated in a large Service area on the M11. Free parking. Facilities are good. Staff are pleasant. Breakfast was adequate.

“Good overnight accommodation ”
We stayed one night here on our way to midlands recently and happy with the accommodation. Free parking and decent facilities. Some shops nearby too. Nothing fancy but good for an overnight stay.

“Great location, great price 👍🏻”
Stayed on business and at short notice. Booked through Agoda and got an excellent price compared to other sites. Large, clean room with a huge bed. Staff nice and bar/food all good.

“Room smelt of smoke”
We checked in and were given a disabled room. Booked a double. Room smelt of cigarettes. Really bad. Asked to be changed, they didn't have any doubles. Staff weren't that helpful either. Defo not a 4 star. Lucky to be 2 star.

“Very poor ”
Very dirty place no lift - just really shabby walls filthy bathroom and don’t even start on the carpet- staff were really friendly and helpful but you don’t stay with the staff!

Disappointing as we just assumed the Ramada by Wyndham would have been 4-5 star accommodation but it was very basic and needs some TLC. We didn't use the dining and bar areas.

“Good room off motorway, saves time.”
Hi, I find this Ramada a lot easier option than going into Cambridge -- it's not fancy, but it is pleasant and there is free parking and 24 hour services with a M&S shop where I grab a healthy salad meal for 5 quid -- it's 7 miles to get to Addenbrooke's Hospital and saves me time and hassle. The rooms are a tad dated but they are clean and comfortable and low price compared to city of Cambridge.

“Amazing staff and breakfast ”
They serve a delicious English and continental breakfast with nice pastries included. The coffee is fantastic. The staff is very helpful. I totally recommend this hotel.

Bed duvet stained and have taken some pictures, hair on toilet set on arrival. Room needs a serious 2 hour deep clean. Won't be back that for sure

“Overnight business trip”
I had a room at the backside of the hotel which was quiet as not facing the busy services area. The bed was on the firm side for my liking. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again if I needed the convenience of easy access to Huntingdon or Cambridge.

“Cheap stay for Cambridge ”
Short ride into centre of Cambridge (15 mins on weekend). Free parking and WiFi, food choices amazing at this service stop. There's a large supermarket nearby too. We only needed. Couple of hours of sleep before our next destination so worked out really good value for our purpose

“Pretty darn good”
Massive services and truck stop so wasn’t expecting a great quality and clean room but it was very good. Comfortable, Clean and a very good shower. Breakfast was superb, lots of choice. Ok, location wasn’t ideal for me as a bit to far out of Cambridge and bus stops short of hotel by a few miles.

“Comfortable overnight stay”
Handily located just off the A14 into Cambridge but so well insulated that we weren’t aware of traffic noise, this was an ideal place to allow us a couple of days in the city.

“Good overnight stay ”
Although the Ramada Wyndham is situated on the outskirts of Cambridge it had everything we needed. Room was clean comfortable and spacious with a clean ensuite. Tea/ coffee facilities and a comfortable bed. An extra 2 pillows would have been great. The only complaint we had was you could hear movement upstairs but that settled from about 10:30pm to 6:30am. Overall a good stay

“Feel homely”
Each time I go back the hotel after long hours of driving for sightseeing, I just feel very relax. Although it is a v run down hotel, the mall next to it has everything you want (Macdonald, KFC, M&S, Costa, an Italian restaurant, a kiosk selling noodle & rice, etc). There's a garden behind the hotel where you can spot some hares/rabbits, if you are lucky. Staffs are super friendly and they will do their best to assist you. Highly recommended.

“Location”
In Ramada everything is just too convenient, no worries for meals, shopping to Rushden is just 39mins drive away. All staffs in Ramada are friendly & helpful. You ask they solve! Although the rooms are not fantastic, and outdated, but I can sleep through till next morning cos I'm a light sleeper. Feel like home. Will definitely recommend this place.

I definitely wouldnt recomend this hotel. Very dated. Walls are badly marked carpet old and stained bathroom need full refurb sink tap completly loose. Finally the staff are not carrying at all definitely need improvement in every aspect.

“Shabby, tired and dirty ”
Cobwebs everywhere, one towel between 2 of us. 2 single beds joined together had a big gap in between. Lorry park directly outside the window with engines on all night. Bedroom was freezing, carpet looked like it had never been hoovered.

“Front Desk Staff was great”
Front desk guy was awesome, he deserves a raise, it seems like he works 24/7. The room kinda smelled like farts though, guess that’s cause it was a handicap room.

“Room is cold”
The heater doesn't seem to be working, we've turned the temperature control to 30C and it's still freezing. Parking outside is free. There is a small shopping mall next door, and there are many choices for breakfast.

“Awful Really ”
There were quite a few issues. Windows were screwed shut like a prison. The tv nearly fell off the wall. Paint was awful, holes in the wall. Light fixings we’re hanging loose. No bulbs in lights. Handles were hanging off drawers. For a known Hotel Branch. pretty awful!! Do not recommend !

“Good value for money…..clean cobwebs in rooms.”
It’s my second stay at the Ramada and I would absolutely stay again. Very warm and welcoming reception staff and clean communal areas but the stairs can be cleaned more regularly. Breakfast is very good- my daughter loved it.

“Good value and very friendly staff”
We booked this hotel when we needed somewhere near Cambridge to stay at the last minute. Next to a KFC and M&S, which was very handy. Family room was spacious and quiet. Clean and tidy and hairdryer provided. Very good value for the price we paid. Staff were very happy and pleasant also.
