    “Don't stay here”

    Lift hot water work desk in room

    This place is not very clean pillows are just rolled up blankets in pillow cases quilts inside covers are rotten full of hairs carpets are thread bare needs a good clean up and paint job

    Good clean lace to stay that is safe and easy to get to

    Good, did not want to do anything other than use the room, I was out all the time...

    “never again”

    cost.

    Had a renovated room,clean and comfy, nice new furniture and re-done bathroom. The new shower was barely warm so very unpleasant showering experience. The curtains did not fit the window and were hanging down and looked dreadful, the nets sagging and looked dreadful. Ceiling light didnt work so room very dark. Lovely new tv but no remote control. Having bothered to renovate the hotel why didnt they bother to finish off? hang the curtains properly etc? The hallways were filthy, dirty stained carpet and stank of smoke. Will never stay there again. Travel to Birmingham regualaly but will stay else where.

    The hotelis close to city centre

    Overall my stay at this hotel was not very good the staff are rude the hotel rooms smell the rooms are very old and the beds are off nt very good standard i would not stay here again

    Close to city centre

    Overall i have stayed at this hotel twice know an i dnt think this hotel is good value for money because you can get a better room up the road for the same price but because of buissness there is nt rooms always available so i have to go with this hotel i dnt think it is a good place to stay

    “Bad staff”

    The hotel is very close to the city centre

    Overall i did not enjoy my stay at this hotel i have stayed here many times before down to buissness but the hotel has poor staff the rooms are dirty the beds are old the carpets are dated

    “I was welcomed back from a previous stay!”

    Good Location for City centre...good available parking

    I had a good stay Hotel generally quiet...no problems with the room at least no disturbance to early from housekeeping...
