Didn’t feel it was a superior room and unfortunately no on site parking and our car was damaged in the public parking

“Friendly Host”
Used this for a night's stay - central location in Bedale. Taste of India recommended by Rob as a good place to eat - excellent meal. Unfortunately had to leave before breakfast so was provided with a sausage sandwich.

“Cracking pub accommodation”
It may not be the ritz, but the rooms are bright and clean, the staff (particularly the Landlord) are friendly, professional and responsive. The regulars in the bar are friendly, the newly refurbished beer garden is a delight to behold and the breakfast will keep you going ‘til teatime. Stay includes full English breakfast (although we had continental and were persuaded to add a bacon sandwich, which was delicious).

“Personal experience ”
(Personal experience) Positive points first. *Hospitality was great with pleasant hosts. *Rooms facilities are basic and somewhat dated yet for the price it is adequate and you have what you need. *Information on local events in your welcome book are a nice touch for those new to the area. *Parking just a quick 1 minute walk and reasonably priced with CCTV security. So the bad points, *Being traditional sash windows in the bedroom the noise outside is disturbing throughout the night as you can hear people walking past. *The sleeping was terrible as the bed needs serious attention and the mattress springs are not easy to ignore. All in all in an area such as this it's a nice pub, however the purpose of the B&B is predominantly sleeping for rest and being seriously compromised would not stay here again.

A very nice friendly little pub. Excellent breakfast and friendly stall. The room was clean and of a good size.

“Great place to stay in Bedale”
Central location in Bedale off the main square. Room was comfortable and very clean. Staff were friendly. Great breakfast.

“Nice Place”
Stayed overnight, at a gig in town. Nice little bar with a lovely beer garden. Room was great, clean and all the things you need, tea coffee biscuits hairdryer. Breakfast next morning was just the job, full English fry and all the fruit and cereal to hand also. Landlord was a real nice guy and nothing too much for him - would definitely stay again and recommend the 3 Coopers.

I needed somewhere close to Leeming Bar and found the 3 Coopers A warm welcome on my arrival, a clean bedroom with everything I needed and a great breakfast in the morning to start my day

“Fantastic place ! ”
Absolutely loved our stay here, our room is spotless ! Our hosts Rob and Sara are so lovely and welcoming and the dogs Treacle and Bailey are just adorable ! About to sample the bellybusting breakfast, i know its gonna be epic !! Would not hesitate to recommend 3 coopers and we would love to stay here again

Lovely couple who run the three coopers. Been here a few times and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was massive, had a lovely choice. Just had to cut it back abit, so if you have a big appetite you will not be disappointed

Just off the Market Square where free parking can be had but difficult to get on Market Day. Very friendly and helpful with excellent breakfast. Extremely good value for money.

“Not Welcoming”
Recently traveled with my young child, this place clearly did not appreciate having a young guest, previous reviews stated it was welcoming and friendly, i was made to feel uncomfortable and was only spoken to when necessary. Shame really as the room was immaculate and very spacious, the breakfast was top notch too! Very disappointed

Our new Bedale base! Landlord & Landlady could not have been more friendly and helpful! This is a proper little hidden gem. Everything about this place is comforting and friendly and we cannot wait to be back

“Stay with a personal touch”
Not the first time we have stayed here and this is our go to place in this area. Why? well the welcoming is fantastic, breakfast exceptional and freshly prepared, its quiet and clean, everything you want and more and we are made to feel part of the 'family'. Its small and even though the rooms sit above a pub it is quiet. Prices are very reasonable. You cannot go far wrong if you select this establishment.

Sometimes all you want is somewhere comfortable and clean for the night which doesn’t break the bank. And this is perfect for that.

Beds were very creaky just needed tightening up with an Allen key. TV was very small and way to high up the wall. Good breakfast. Would come again.
