“Staffs nice, but very far from center”
You need a car to come to this place. Parking is good. Their breakfast option is way more expensive than other regular 5* like Hilton Al Habtoor, which is kind of odd. Even high than Dusit Abu Dhabi which was a good breakfast. Rooms are basic but clean. Nothing around. View to nothing.

“Bright, nicely sized accommodations”
We stayed in this hotel for nearly 2 weeks and enjoyed it a lot. The location is convenient and the size of the property is great - not too big nor too small. The reception staff and bellmen were great - knolwedgable, kind, pleasant, efficient and helpful. We had a standard King room which is nicely sized with large bathroom, sitting chairs, large bed, desk and more. Also wifi is complimentary with a strong signal. Housekeeping was wonderful;always doing a top notch job of ensuring the room looked as it did when we first arrived. Very polite, friendly, professional and dependable team. The in house dining - restaurant and room service - were great. The lobby restaurant is visually pleasing and offers a wonderful buffet complete with open fire grill. The bar offers excellent cocktails, including nice happy hour specials. I recommend enjoying food and beverages on the terrace where they have a wonderful large screen t.v. and large spaces for group dining. If you drive, self parking is easy and plenty. If not, you can use their shuttle or quickly hail a taxi. I highly recommend this property!

“Overall good value and up to date”
Nice staff, clean, up-to-date it has everything you need for a nice stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as long as the price is not above 300aed/day its worth it, clean up to date and overall a pleasant place to stay very similar to Aloft. 4.5 of 5 and 8.5 of 10

“Huge Room”
It was unexpected to have a huge room. We were just quite confused with the walkway to the room as we need to walk through carpark. The room was clean and facilities were good. We'll surely be back again someday.

It was really a great peaceful stay. Room was spacious airy and top notch service. Connectivity to bus and metro is good, just 4 mins walking distance. Breakfast was great, many options were available. Give it a shot, worth the money.

The rooms and service was really good The only issue I had was the shower area is not closed and most of the times water gets out of the shower area and the whole bathroom gets wet Other than that the place is great and obviously value for money☺️ Hope they sort this issue soon!👍

“Disappointed at check in”
It was a very bad arrival at this hotel . I arrived this hotel for check in there was a big queue at the reception,they told that there internet is not working it’s a marriot guys common Then the receptionist couldn’t find my booking,after finding he told me that we have only twin bed available,as I mentioned while doing my booking that i need king size bed. Then i told him to join my bed , he told it’s already join but when I entered the room it was not joined Services was too late

“Place is good but staff are lazy”
We arrived at the hotel and the place was amazing. However, upon checking in, the staff says he was busy with his work and passed the registration to other colleague which was busy with other customer. Not a good customer service, though. And surprisingly, I was given a room with someone inside (the person haven’t checked out yet)

“Good New Hotel”
The hotel seemed short staffed. There is a limit to the water bottles they give. Good big rooms with comfortable bed. There are very few places to eat closeby and the hotel restaurant is open only for breakfast which is ala carte. Many supermarkets in short walking distance.

“Great value in a quiet location”
Great hotel that's very close to the Metro which gives you access to all of Dubai.Place was clean and staff were professional.İts hard to find a clean comfortable hotel for this price range.only drawback is that the area has nothing surrounding it and also breakfast is not included.

“One of the best budget priced new Hotel !”
This hotel is superb! Very clean rooms and staff are very helpful. Very good for family travellers with children and looking for a budget and family friendly hotel with a high class service. Although we got a problem in our checki in because they cannot see our Agoda Booking confirmation and it appears in other site, but its not their fault, they manage to still accommodate us and sort out the problem.

“Great place but no metro connectivity yet”
If you are an India traveling be ready to shell out on RTA card and bus transportation to the nearest metro. Also for a taxi if you are in a hurry and don't get a Bus on time. Otherwise, there a lot of good stuff at this place and around this place. You have a 24/7 Ramla store just 1km away, shopping center and a hospital next door in case you fall sick.

“Exceptional hotel at budget rates”
Brilliant hotel, excellent service. Its only 15 mins from the main city. Staff is exceptionally friendly. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider coming back here again for future visits. 6 out of 5 from me

“Just superb, I recommend 100%”
Impeccable value for money. The entrance and the rooms are beautiful. Super clean ... nice and caring staff ... State of the art gym and swimming pool just right. Choice of Breakfast..Departure bus 3 times a day to the center of Dubai, but city bus in front of the hotel, easy to get to the metro..No regrets my children 6 and 13 years loved the hotel, because also family room 2 adjoining rooms ... in short I highly recommend it and will definitely come back

I enjoyed my stay at Maisan Hotel but only negative point, I requested microwave service the reception informed they don't offer microwave service next day I saw staff giving microwave to room next to me when I asked the staff they told it is available I need to inform 1 hour earlier; next day when i asked they don't told no service available.

“Extremely good Property”
No wonder why this propert has 9 rating. It truly deserves it.. Its new property, Room is spacious.. good bedding , curtains and lighting... washroom is big too... Really enjoyed the stay here... Breakfast was amazing :)

“Maisan Hotel”
Modern and clean with a great gym, outstanding food at very competitive prices, a clean and well tended pool, friendly staff, parking, close to the facilities of Green Commu.nity Mall and with nearby access to the E311 highway . This is a very, very good hotel to stay at and highly recommended. Despite being a little further out of town than usual, the mix of standards, facilities, pricing, food and staff (plus shuttle bus provision if needed) make it well worth choosing over other, more central hotels.
