“Incredible value”

For 20 USD you get a huge 1 bedroom apartment. The place is lovely, the food is good. I will come here every time I am in Ubon.

Dirty room, lots of mosquitos outside, a dirty swimming pool and very arrogant owner who doesnt like any criticism.

Happened to be passing through this town， and found this place on google maps...tried Agoda first but was listed under UbonRat... Anyway， great place， amazing fully furnished apartments with the lot. Including small pool and great restaurant. Nice staff... Cant fault this place. Ill be back....

The location is great right on the lake so very refreshing to wake up with the view, hotel room is basic but clean and very spacious. staff are good though English is limited

Everything is good there, the location is near the city center, the staff is unostentatious but effective, the building fit-out works very well, the lakeview is great (if you got the right room). I will stay there again when I come back.

ขอเล่าก่อนว่า เราคือคนในพื้นที่ที่ใช้บริการที่นี่หลายครั้งและอย่างต่อเนื่องทั้งการจองห้องพัก ห้องอาหาร ซึ่งสามารถให้แขกที่มาจากต่างถื่นได้ดี ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างขวาง วิวสวย และราคาไม่แพง ในครั้งนี้ เราได้จองไว้ทั้งหมด 2 ห้อง ซึ่งมีการโทรติดต่อทางที่พักก่อนจะเข้าเช็คอิน 1-2 วันล่วงหน้า ซึ่งในวันเข้าพัก ในช่วงบ่ายเราได้ทำการเช็คอินและเข้าไปตรวจความเรียบร้อยของห้องไว้ก่อน ห้องพักแรกไม่มีปัญหาอะไร ส่วนห้องที่ 2 พนักงานลูกบิดประตูใช้ไม่ได้ แต่เรามีกลอนให้ หากไม่ต้องการเข้าพักจะคืนเงินให้ ด้วยระยะเวลากระชั้นชิดแบบนี้ทำให้เราตกลงที่จะใช้บริการต่อ ในเช้าวันรุ่งขึ้นเวลา 8 โมง ทางที่พักได้ติดต่อเข้ามาทางโทรศัพท์ แจ้งว่าให้เราโทรแจ้งแขกที่พักอยู่ให้ทราบด้วยว่า ตอนนี้ช่างจะเข้าซ่อมประตู เนื่องจากจะมาแขกเข้าพักบริการต่อ เราแจ้งกลับว่าให้ช่างมาซ่อมหลังจากเช็คเอ้าท์ออกไป เพื่อไม่ให้เป็นการรบกวนการพักผ่อนของแขกที่กำลังพักอยู่ ทำให้พนักงานที่โทรมาประสานงานไม่พอใจ ว่างสายใส่เราโดยที่ยังไม่ประโยคทั้งหมดไม่ครบถ้วน เมื่อถึงเวลาเช็คเอ้าท์ แขกของเราไม่สามารถออกจากห้องพักได้ ต้องปีนออกมาทางหน้าต่าง เพราะประตูเปิดไม่ออกโดยไม่ทราบสาเหตุ บอกตรงๆ ว่า นอกจากจะไม่ประทับใจแล้วคงจะเป็นครั้งสุดท้ายที่จะพาแขกต่างถิ่น เข้าพักและใช้บริการที่นี่

ห้องพักกว้าง สะอาด เงียบสงบมาก แต่ปิดเร็วไปหน่อย ไปถึง 5 ทุ่ม ปิดแล้ว ดีที่โทรเข้าไป ไม่งันคงไม่ได้พักแน่ ทางAgoda น่าจะแจ้งไว้เวลาจองว่า ปิด 3 ทุ่ม นอกนั้นโอเคคะ

“Unfriendly disappointment”

1/5 stars: Our stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The property was falsely advertised as having both an indoor and outdoor pool, but the indoor pool didn’t exist, and the outdoor pool was out of service without any prior notice. Additionally, there was no elevator, despite it being listed as an amenity. The conditions inside the room were unacceptable. The bathroom had black mold, which caused respiratory issues for both me and my pregnant girlfriend. The windows were filthy, the balcony was covered in dirt, and there were multiple wasp nests. Despite bringing these issues to the staff's attention, nothing was done to address them. We booked a second room but were given a different one than what we had reserved. We were told it would be the same price, but this turned out to be false. Had we known, we would have booked the second room online for a better price. Moreover, the entrance area was unsafe, with broken skirting boards that were not properly secured, creating a hazard for all guests. When we tried to raise these serious issues with the management, the hotel operator loudly complained to us for wanting to raise complaints. She even went so far as to say that if she had known we would complain, she wouldn’t have let us stay at the hotel in the first place. With the safety hazards, false advertising, and poor management, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. However, despite all this, I am willing to give the hotel another chance in the future, provided that there are significant improvements in hospitality and overall service.

Buchung über agoda, hateen wir ein sauberes helles zimmer mit 2 klimaanlagen und neuer couch. Bei verlängerung vor ort um 3 tage, wurde es teuerer und wir wurden in ein qualitativ schlechteres zimmer umquartiert, nur eine klimaanlage und alte sofa. Pool ist lt. Rezeption seit einigen monaten nicht benutzbar, da die pumpe defekt ist.

Sehr schöne, saubere und große Zimmer. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nah am See und an der Stadt.

“Niet onderhouden en erg verpauperd”

Restaurant is gesloten. In het zwembad smerig water van niet schoonmaken. Zo ook het gebouw. Erg veel achterstallig onderhoud. Alsof er niets bij gehouden wordt. Heel erg jammer!!!
