“A Touch of Rustic County Life On the Edge of the City”

Baan Esan County House offers a beautiful and quite assortment of lodging options at a very reasonable price from a wonderfully friendly staff. This is our first choice accommodation whenever we visit Sakon Nakhon

A lovely place (but not if you have a cat-phobia). Lovely people running it, and a lot of charm.

Very stylish / rustic Esan. Far enough, yet close enough to town, lake, park areas, and shopping. Own transport would be a plus, but baht buses probably run into town and only 500 meters from main road. Very quiet, safe area. Beds Ok,

“Sorry for staying only for one day”

I stayed in Esan Country House only for one night and I regret that I could not stay longer. Everything in this place is made with much love and awareness. I loved the beautiful small garden and the beautiful room (Lilawadee) very much. The mattress is excellent and the shower is very good. Although close to the airport the resort is very quiet. Very helpful and nice is the host Khun Rung. When time allows she shows guests around to worth seeing places in Sakon Nakhon. Very interesting and nice. This place was one of the best I ever stayed in on my 8 month trip to Thailand.

“Fabulous owners, unique feel and interesting rooms”

This was one of our favourite finds on our trip. We Travel a lot and know Thailand well but Baan Esan was a special place. Thought and detail went into the room fixtures, the owners are delightful and speak excellent English, the coffee was superb and if you like cats they just had new kittens! The price is excellent and it is a shortish walk to most places. Definitely the place to stay in this price range.

Th e cafe/ bar area and garden are really interesting and relaxing to sit in the coffee is lovely. We had the family room which is large and traditionaly furnished only problem was the breakfast no choice (and no bacon with the bacon and eggs) but will deff stay again.

We stayed 3 nights. The resort's owner offers for a very reasonable price to drive us around. We saw culture, food, waterfall, nature...In brief we had a great time! Bravo!

“Away from the city, but quiet.”

Access away from the city center. Suitable for travelers with a car or motorcycle. It went away after about 300 meters.

Séjour d'une nuit. Dans un hôtel qui ressemble plus à une chambre d'hôtes . Propriétaire souriant et avenant . Cadre champêtre, très bien entretenu, petite restauration sur place à la demande.

ที่พักเป็นกิจการของครอบครัว เจ้าของใจดีแบบเจ้าของบ้าน บริการอาจจะไม่ได้สมบูรณ์แบบแต่ก็ดูมีความตั้งใจที่ดี มีห้องหลายแบบให้เลือก ห้อง deluxe ที่เราพักดีตรงไม่ต้องขึ้นบันได เหมาะสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ มีซิงค์ล้างจานและเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นทำงานได้ดี ส่วนที่ไม่ชอบคือ ช่วงที่ไปพักอาหารเช้าจะมีให้เฉพาะกาแฟกับขนมปัง ถ้าจะสั่งอาหารเพิ่มต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า 1 วัน เรารู้เรื่องนี้ในเช้าวันแรก วันนั้นเลยไม่ได้ทานข้าวเช้าที่ที่พัก ..หมุดใน google map ชื่อ Coffee อีสานคันทรีเฮ้าส์

บรรยากาศที่พักเหมือนอยู่บ้าน แต่ผ้าปูเตียงและผ้าห่มเก่ามากและมีกลิ่นอับ

จองห้องนางแย้มเป็นเรือนอีสานสองห้องนอน ข้อเสียคือไม่สะอาด เปิดแอร์ก็มีกลิ่นอับชื้น หมอน ที่นอน ไม่สะอาด มีกลิ่น ต้องเอาผ้าไปรองนอน ห้องน้ำสกปรก มีเศษคราบเต็มพื้น ด้านบนก็มีแต่หยากไย่ ส่วนข้อดีคือใกล้เมือง มีมุมถ่ายรูปด้านนอก บรรยากาศร่มรื่น เจ้าของน่ารักเป็นกันเองดีค่ะ

โดยรวมดี แต่ถ้าอยากพักเงียบๆ อย่าเลือกห้องพักด้านล่าง ที่มีชั้นบนเพราะพื้นเป็นไม้เวลาเดินเสียงจะดังรบกวน

ทางเข้าที่พักอยู่ในซอย ผู้ที่เข้าพักต้องมีรถส่วนตัว จึงจะออกไปยังสถานที่อื่นได้ ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ให้บริการตลอดเวลาเนื่องจากเป็นกิจการภายในครอบครัว หากต้องการพัฒนาให้อยู่ในระดับรีสอร์ท ต้องปรับปรุงอีกหลายด้าน สรุปโดยรวมที่พักสะอาด คุณภาพการบริการกลางๆ

ที่นี่กาแฟสด และเครื่องดื่มอร่อยมาก มีไวน์ด้วย อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบ ง่ายๆ ซาลาเปา โอวัลติน ขนมปัง กาแฟ ห้องที่พักไม่ใหญ่แต่สบาย ติว่าบนเตียงมีฝุ่นอยู่บ้าง
